Great store and selection. Quality items. Friendly staff. I love that they keep their birds fenced off too. It's safer for the young birds and keeps children from getting into mischief- my kids included haha. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they also carry some adorable home decor items! Their candles were delicious smelling!

I’ve been using Kuna Tractor Supply at least weekly since they’ve opened. Eric the manager runs a good crew and sets a great example for everyone to emulate. Always polite and helpful.

I love TSC, I choose them over all others. They helped me help my fur cub. When D&B would not even take a step to help an old lady in tears find medicine to help 16 year old fur cub that can't be put under to remove her teeth. TSC took me right to what I needed to help her.

Chicks I bought weren't very healthy and the chick food had bugs in it. I had to treat the chicks for pasty butt the first day I had them. They offered to replace the food but I didn't want to end up with more bugs so I opted to just take it as a lesson learned. The staff was very friendly and concerned and the chicks have survived so far though.

Very interesting place. I came here to find a rigid wire fence panel and some hinges. I don’t think my lifestyle is going to bring me here very often, but I definitely enjoyed looking around and it’s nice to know it’s there.

I like this store. It has allot of good stuff in it at fair prices. We don't go their often but we enjoy it when we do. It has a good range of feed and other basic farming and gardening supplies. The kids enjoy watching the chicks and rabbits in the store. The staff are normally friendly and the chiken feed is a good price...

Visited today due to flyer in Sunday's paper. One checker, he advised he didn't think the flyer started until Tuesday. He called the manager John that we had a question. Waited 10 minutes. Another customer was going through check out with a cart of items. Showed the add price. Checker once again called manager John. That there were a number of customers asking about the flyer. He stated it doesn't start until Tuesday. Multiple people including myself walked out and left their items. They would honor the flyer. After driving 15 miles. Called another tractor supply ( Middleton) and they were happy to honor the add! Cheers to manager Amanda in Middleton!

Good prices and friendly staff, but this store is understaffed every time I come. Long checkout lines and long waits for help with outdoor items. Management, please help your employees and customers with more staff. In the end, it will result in more sales and happier customers who return more often and spend more money. Until then, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Store sells items they don't have, manager says one thing, associates say different, but all you get is a waste of your time because what you pay online for and says available for curbside pick up today is a total lie. Can't even print order cancelation receipt. Management team sucks.

Not real happy with this store as for the 3rd time I was unable to get the 10% discount as per the club and this last trip the checker begrudgingly gave us 10% off the entire purchase even though I was unable to pull up the coupon on my phone. I can hardly wait until D&B Supply moves in across the street. There is no reason an employee should act so rude and this was not the first time.

Went to pick up an order that I'd paid for online. No one at the register, and no one at customer service. Three other customers in the store and no employees to be seen. Finally found one who told me I had to go to customer service. I waited there for awhile before anyone showed up. Got the order figured out and was told they had to use a fork lift to load it. I easily picked it up with one hand when I got it home. Waste of time to drive out here. You can bet I'll pay the extra money just so I never have to go into that store again. More of a store for preppy dog owners than a real farm store. A lot like going to Walmart.

Beautiful clean new store in Kuna. It is also very well stocked with everything you need. Some items seem to be priced higher then my local supply store but on the other hand there are a lot of really good deals too.

One is always so friendly and helpful in our Tractor Supply.My puppies love their visits.They're 4Health dog and cat food are right up there in quality with a lot of the so-called designer foods. It is very impressive what goes into their dog and cat foods. I understand they have three veterinarians on staff full-time overseeing the production and manufacturing quality feed.

Terrible customer service at this location. I went in for one thing, a garden auger, that the website said they had in stock. When I got there I checked with the person at the customer service desk and they said that they had 7 in stock. We looked around the store and were unable to locate them. The person helping me asked the store manager, Eric, and was told they were in backstock. However, he also said he would not sell me one because they were already packed away for the season.Worst customer service at any store I have ever been to. You have an item in stock that I need but you won't sell it to me because you don't want to go get it out of the back?Worst of all I was the only customer in the store on a Monday afternoon with at least 4 employees working that I could count.Save your time and money and go to D&B Supply.

I came into the store close to close and Steve and James were both working. Steve says he goes by Steve 1. My cat had been missing for two days and had just shown up, his eye was messed up and he had scratches all over him. Steve immediately asked how he could help me and helped me find medicine that could help him through the night so I could take the cat to the vet the next morning. Both Steve and James were awesome and didn’t care that I came in close to close. Such awesome customer service!

I went here for a bag of "filler" cat food until I got to Costco for my regular cat food. I don't feed cheap cat food but definitely not gourmet either 😁 I wanted something close to what I normally feed (salmon and sweet potato) The employee was so helpful! And to my surprise, they have a large selection of cat/dog/etc food.

Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge about sales items and non sales items. They have a good selection of products for the farm or ranch but the product mix is somewhat confusing. What I mean by that is, they have clothes but you can find a better selection and prices at a clothing store. They have hardware, but you would be better off going to a hardware store. They have feed and animal care products, but you would be better off going to the local feed and seed. I will shop there again but will watch pricing very closely.

So my pickup hadn't been running for a while and the battery is getting old when I got the Tractor Supply it wouldn't restart. The wonderful young lady working the yard went to the shelf got a new set of jumper cables, brought her personal rig over and jump started my pick up. Tractor Supply has wonderful customer relations I say.

TSC is awesome. Their selection of mower/small engine parts and belts makes repairs and maintenance easy. Other supplies for the farm, lawn and garden make this one of my favorite stores. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Tractor Supply is great. In the last 2 weeks I've found myself there for lawn tractor belts, grade 5 and grade 8 nuts and bolts, and a new air compressor. All this despite the fact that I dont live anywhere near Tractor Supply. Why? They have the best combination of price, selection, quality, and service.Examples:I needed a pair of belts for my riding mower. I knew the measurements I needed. I assumed, incorrectly, that the Lowe's down the street from my house would have what I needed. After about half an hour there, they told me they could order the belts for me and have them there in a week and a half, and that they would cost me just over $100. I left and went to Tractor Supply. In 5 minutes I had what I needed and I only paid $40.The next day I went back to Tractor Supply to buy an air compressor. Their price was by far the best in the valley for the model I wanted. They loaded it up in my truck and I went on my way.Here's the impressive part. When I got the compressor home, I discovered it had been assembled incorrectly at the factory and leaked. I went back to Tractor Supply and told them about my problem. They apologized, and offered to either exchange it, or to give me the tool needed to fix it (3/4 inch pipe tap) for free. Being that this was a very large compressor, which required either a forklift, or several strong people to load or unload, I accepted the free tap and fixed it myself.In each case, the price, selection, and service was the best in the valley. It's worth the drive for me.
