I’ve been taking my pups to Shayla’s for years after my last groomer quit taking my dogs because her assistants thought they were whiny. They kept them in cages for hours. I’d whine too. So I found Shayla and my pups love her and her assistants. When I tell Samson, my spoiled English Springer Spaniel that he’s going to see Shayla, he gets so excited. He runs to his leash and then jets for the car. Shayla does such a wonderful job grooming my sweet boy but the love he receives when he’s there is priceless for me. I don’t think you’d find anyone who takes care of your fur babies like these gals do. Sammy and I are so happy we have them. ♥️🐶

My Great Pyrenees puppy had the best experience at her first ever grooming appointment! I hardly recognized her when I picked her up, I can’t believe how much of the undercoat they were able to work out! She’s a happy girl and of course rolled in the mud just hours after her appointment. Hah! But it’s okay as I was able to schedule all her appointments for a year out! I appreciate that they are not only great groomers but also genuine dog lovers. It was like dropping my pup off for a day of doggie daycare that just happened to come with an excellent groom. Win! Win!!

I have a very happy and sweet smelling puppy. Nice staff and excellent service. Very friendly, they even give you a baggy with some snacks. Our pup had a great day and came home sporting a super cute bandana. Recomended!

Our dog LOVES coming to Shayla’s! We have tried several other locations and nothing compares. He is always happy to go and they let him hang out with other dogs while he is waiting to get picked up so he gets some interaction as well.We actually went to a different groomer this week because I had procrastinated getting his nails trimmed and they allowed walk ins. They took forever to clip each nail. He was clearly distressed and it took several people to hold him down. I finally made them stop after the first paw and immediately sent a message to Shayla when I got in the car. She got me in the next day and when he went in to them it was a much faster and easier process. In the time it took the last minute groomer to do one paw, the groomer at Shaylas finished all of the nails and Tango barely had an issue at all.We will NEVER go anywhere else. Shayla’s has a 100% loyal customer in us now. Thank you for making your place a comfortable and fun place for my pup to go.

I got my small dog's nails trimmed. He screamed for 15 seconds straight, and several times after that. I couldn't see what the woman groomer was doing, since she was behind a wall. He has never screamed like that before. Also, she had to tell some teenage boy employee to stop laughing twice. I've been there 3 times before with no problem. She was new. And the kid laughing. Really?

I have used shayla for my older Yorkie for a long time and she always does great. I recently brought my 10mnth old puppy to get groomed. I was super nervous because it was my first time having him groomed. The staff was all super nice and understanding of my weird doggy separation anxiety.

I have the MOST dramatic coonhound who despises getting his nails clipped. The women here always accept him with open arms, which makes me feel better in the process. What can I say but WoW they are some of the nicest people you can meet, we had some concerns because our dog was so nervous and not very sociable but they took her and had no issues they gave some great recommendations to help with her and asked to bring her back earlier in the day and let her be a dog and socialize so happy with our service!!! I was absolutely amazed to see how handsome and happy she made my fluffy boy! It was our first grooming experience and Shayla explained everything without me even asking so I knew what to expect and how she would be treating my pup. Not only does she do an amazing job but she genuinely seems to care about the dogs and enjoy what she does. She made his comfort a priority and only charged a third of what I was expecting it to cost. I highly recommend her!

All I needed was a pedicure for my new re-homed Elk Hound.I explained he was a big baby, hard to handle and would escape given the chance. they come to my car.It took two assistants when I opened hatch and we got it done. I'm impressed by the service and professionalism. Way to go

Shayla's is a top notch groomer who goes the extra mile and adds extra touches to your "best friend" The biggest compliment I can give them is Beasley comes back from his grooming and is so happy and prancing around like he is the man. Our previous groomer, he came back like someone had just disciplined him. Listen to your dog, they will tell you and he told us to keep going to Shayla's!

Excellent price and they made my husky look like a queen again! I hadn't gotten my dog groomed in quite sometime because she had been very sick awhile back and I was nervous about stressing her out with a grooming session. I have a hard headed little Yorkie that does not like being groomed at all. Shayla is patient with him and always does a great job on his cut. I was out of town over the summer and took him to a different groomer and since then he can’t stand the sound of clippers or being brushed around his face. Shayla was fantastic and took the time to work with him and not traumatize him further. If you’re in the area I wouldn’t go to any other groomer, she is amazing! we recently moved to Utah and I’m tempted to make the long drive back so we can keep her as a groomer.

I have two cats and was becoming frustrated with petsmart scheduling and difficulty shaving my cat so I was looking elsewhere, but was having a hard time finding somewhere that did cats. That’s when I stumbled upon shaylas. I’m beyond happy I did. She was professional , polite and easy to schedule. I started with my one cat who had a crazy shading problem, and it turned out great. When I realized that I wanted her to be a little more shaved then I had asked for. I asked her if there was anyway I could bring her back for a bit more taken off and offered to pay the difference. She was amazing and was able to get her in that day with no charge. I really appreciated it and felt bad. I can’t wait until I can get my other cat cleaned up. Thank you again
