The staff comes off like they are annoyed you are there.It is a super confusing grocery store that doesn't make any sense where items are merchandised. Someone needs to come take over and bring in GOOD MEAT that doesn't make families sick.

Prices are getting out of control. Just shy of $9 for a small chub of mozzarella cheese? Just shy of $4 for a tiny sleeve of fresh basil? WinCo is literally half the price on pretty much every item in this store! I understand that convenience has its price, but this is just gouging.Also, lots of outs on key items: eggs (what WAS on the shelf were all broken), Tillamook yogurt (what WAS on the shelf sell by dates ranged from less than a week left, to over a month with only 2 flavors represented.Can't support this store any longer.

Ridley's doesnt have as many options as maybe another large chain grocery store, but their prices are much cheaper and it is a great local grocery store to have. Happy to have Ridley's near my home.

Great store! Very inviting, both inside and outside. Unique products to offer. In store made bakery and deli items. Good gluten-free and low-carb options. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a pretty nice market. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. The deli/meat area has a great selection. It is bigger on the inside than what it looks like from outside.It's a nice store. The only issue that I have come across at this store is thier whole bean coffee selection is very small so I have yet to buy any coffee from them since they do not carry the selections I like.

I was just in Ridleys at self checkout. I did not ask or need help. The guy working at self checkout just jumped right in telling me what to do without even asking if i needed assistance. He is very rude to customers. He does not belong at the self checkouts. I don't care if you been working at Ridleys for two years, your customer service skills needs work and you need training.

Family market!? More like they treat their employees like dog water. The guy who is the manager is literally a pos, fired my friend “stealing point” what a joke they don’t have prove that he stole point. Along with he shops at this market all the time. His always spending money there. They didn’t want to pay out his 9,000 points he had. He also received employee of the month and just for him to get fired? Yeah they didn’t even give him any room to explain or anything. His a hard working man and came in when no one else wanted to do their shift. Did OT when they needed him. Changed his shift last minute and still came to work with a smile on his face. Don’t work or shop here. I already spoke to a manager there wasn’t the brightest or the nicest guy there. you guys need new management there. Or at least fire the guy who fired my friend, who has family to take care of and himself goodLuck finding a better employer who actual cared

First time at this establishment very clean and professional very informative staff I appreciate the food I ordered some sushi and and a fruit platter very well put togetherappreciate the time and effort it took to make these platters I enjoyed them I will continue to visit this establishment in the future

A lot of Ridleys employees walking around looking busy and asking if your finding everything and helping me find a few things, this one man was taking pictures of the displays, he even ask if I was finding everything... I did notice the store was well stock ... hope it stay this way and not just a short push ..... 🙂

This is a family vibe kind of place!When you walk in, you can always feel welcomed. They have a great perks program and everything a grocery store should sell.Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely a go to!

I was going to order Omaha Steaks for my kids for Christmas, n then i remembered that Ridleys has meat bundles so i went to Ridleys and got 5xs the meat from Ridleys for $8 less then what Omaha steakes wante for 17 items So glad i did this.!

The pharmacy gets the 5 stars! Staff is helpful, and know what they are doing. They work efficiently and quickly. I never have to wait long when i send on a script.

For the prices being expensive as they are this is probably the worst place to shop. Along with the staff who seems to care very little. I have had the same cashier a few times I have gone here and he literally will be text while checking out my groceries this is not just one time. I’m not sure what management is doing but it’s not managing. Not only that if you read the owner responses to the reviews they clearly are not written out of actually reading the review they are copy and pasted by someone who goes of of the review ratings

No employees at the deli around before dinner time on a saturday? Other customers were baffled there was no one there. I get that everywhere is short staffed, but to have no one available at the deli during the busiest time of the day on a weekend is just unacceptable!

This was by far the worse experience I've had here. I understand that places can be short staffed but that shouldn't be used as an excuse to be ignored for 10 minutes at customer service. Plenty of places are short staffed and they still can get things done. Quit using that as an excuse and strive to be better. To be honest there should be someone on staff to help with shift change so that there isn't a 10 minute wait for customers. Be better.

This is a fantastic little grocery store in a tiny town in Idaho! Their bakery is amazing as well as their deli selections. Surprisingly they have a nice selection of International cheeses, In addition to their large alcohol supply.Sometimes you'll pay a little more here than you would at another store but the atmosphere makes it worth it. As do the people that work there.

Always friendly staff and a clean store. Produce section has quality produce (we enjoy the salsa! Mixing both the pico and salsa together). Prices are a little bit high, so we do our big shopping elsewhere. 😕

Managers here are disrespectful, asked for help and instead Charlie walked off like it wasn’t his job. Terrible management, I even heard the employees say they can’t do anything or he’ll just fire them

Very unimpressed with the vegie and fruit dept in Kuna. Did you change managers? I couldn't believe the way the avocado's were presented. They did not look like something that I would want to eat. Presentation is everything!

It's a pretty good local Grocery store, with a good selection of typical grocery items. Seems to have been affected a little more than other local grocers by "Supply Chain Issues" over the last 2 years. Variety of selections seems to be less than other grocery stores, but typically has what one needs. The staff are extremely friendly, and overall the store meets expectations for the typical grocery shopping trip. Feels like a small-town, local grocery store, and that isn't a bad thing.
