I frequent family dollar. It's my go to place for a quick pick up for odds and ends. The store is decently clean and presentable. When they are staffed properly they are efficient and pleasant. A good variety of product and seasonal item's.

I love this store! Big, clean aisles to shop in, plenty of great merchandise and the staff there is ALWAYS helpful and friendly!!!! I can usually find my shopping needs there!! 🎉😊

This place is great because you can get in and out fast. They have a good assortment and prices are comparable to going to a grocery store.

Shout-out to the lady working at Dollar General today, 11/13, that suggested where we might find free chalk laying around Kuna because they didn't have any in stock. She was right, and we were able to have an epic day because of her!

This store actively sends employees to work sick with COVID and this store specifically is full of food and health hazards. Every time I walk in there I see cockroaches and other insects. The milk display cooler has roaches directly on advertisement display. See for yourself if you don’t believe me but don’t say I didn’t warn you. Do not shop here if you have respect for yourself.

Absolutely some of the poorest customer service I've experienced in retail. Both at the store and the corporate office. Not only did I get bad customer service by my cashier both times I've shopped at family dollar but I also emailed their corporate office. I explained both my visits to them in detail and never received a response. I will not be spending my money at this store.

I like the various items that they carry and the lower prices and the exchange/return policy it's very easy to get done. The manager Barb is a very hard worker and so sweet as she will go above and beyond to help you with anything. Great workers and great store!!!

Typically we find the staff to be very friendly and helpful but today Sun Mar 3 about 3 or 4 pm -was a definite exception. Having just drove in from a long trip from Salt Lake City and dealing with a painful knee problem I was highly unsatisfied while having to stand in the only open line waiting while the cashier chit chatted with another employee who was being checked out (she was shopping but still in her work uniform). Then we had to wait while the customer sent her companion back to grab additional items. I made the remark to my husband that the line at Wal Mart (where we had been just prior) was quicker than this but they were too busy chewing the fat to notice but seemed more apparent to us that they did not really care when the cashier urged them to send said companion back to grab another product. We were so frustrated at that point that my husband said lets go as this is really rude-so we set our goods down and walked out. Adding insult to injury the employee that was shopping yelled out to us " Couldn't you be patient just a little longer? I am shopping as a customer right now!" (can you believe that?) My husband and I have worked in customer service for many years and would never consider treating patrons in this way ever! There is no excuse for this level of rudeness and we are appalled!

Family dollar was great and the only problem with most public places are the restrooms/bathrooms because there was graffiti on one of the stalls but the employees were great.

I shouldn't give it 3 stars, I'm not really the best customer for a store like this. If you like small cheap department stores, this is right up your alley. It's handy to grab something in a pinch.

Employees where working hard trying to figure out where to put merchandise. Well one was the young man Jayden stood there with his hands in his pockets. I'm standing at the register he looked right at me & ignored me. I had to ask him to ring me out as he asked me, "are you ready?" He didn't speak to me unless I talked to him. Not at interested in customer service. Hmmm

Manager is an awful person. We get it, its a family dollar in kuna, and you probably hate your job, but move on already then. Don't ever try and return something, he will either not help or offer a shady solution.

My son and I both called trying to find out if the store carried a specific item and both got hung up on rudely when we tried to ask. 2/4/20 at 640Next time dont answer if you dont dont want to answer. It would have better pr.

Can't go wrong shopping in family dollar store. It's way cheaper than the rest but not as cheap as Dollar tree.
