Clean store. Good selection for a dollar store. Some of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Some of the staff shouldn't have a job. One lady got mad at me for letting my kids make a mess and not picking up after them. We had literally just walked into the store and my kids hadn't touched anything. I get your job can be frustrating but don't blame my kids and me. You got the wrong family. I always make my kids clean up after themselves. Regardless, that isn't how you treat customers.

Good selection and good prices for most of the items. There's a younger, male cashier that's really nice and he always talks to customers when they are checking out. Nice kid

Just visited today to reward my twin toddlers with balloons. Of course, we lost the balloons getting into the car. I embarrassingly had to go inside and ask for new ones. The lady working helped me get new ones and was so understanding and nice about it. Made a mama's day a little easier than it would have been.

What an awful experience. The manager there, short, older with blonde hair was so incredibly rude. She yelled across the store to me and my friend because she thought we had touched some boxes she was unloading? We hadn’t, obviously. We were trying to buy stuff to make a wreath, and had set an item down - which we intended to buy but had not picked it back up it before checking out. As we went to check out she rudely yelled to us across the store “You can’t just leave items here!” She acted as if we had personally tried to upset her. I called and asked to speak to the manager and she told me she had “worked in retail longer than you’ve been alive” and said she was “sorry but so many people trash their store” when I always try to put things back where I got them. I would boycott this store. I hope you’re reading this and know that I will not be back until a new manager is maintaining that store. Nothing gives you the right to treat your customers poorly and say you can because you’re the manager.

I enjoy bringing my kids here most weekends but this weekend was not very enjoyable. I believe managers should be able to maintain their cool calm and courteous composure towards their other employees and customers no matter how stressful the day gets. That was the complete opposite of how I believe her name is Shane was operating the store this evening. Making it very obvious with her tone and her body language at how frustrated she was with her job and it was very unprofessional

This is the first bad review I have had to leave for anywhere. I usually chalk a bad experience up to the person maybe going through something personal and try not to let it ruin my day.However this was such a poor experience, it was worth my time to mention. I brought my young kids in so they could have fun spending their own money. The manager Shane was very unprofessional, irritated we even approached the cash register to make a purchase, she was short and snappy, aggressively tossing my children’s items in a bag, some of the items fell out of the bag and on to the floor. As she grabs the items off the floor, the mop and broom wedged between the counter and wall hit my daughter in the head and rather then ask if she’s ok or even say sorry about that, she looks at my daughter even more annoyed and tells her to hold the plastic baskets we purchased and handed them to her rudely.” Mind you, I understand if someone is having a bad day, if the store was actually busy, maybe short staffed or if my children had done something wrong, but my children were quiet, eyes wide open, gathering their money and didn’t present any problems.” One of my children struggled to use the visa gift card, it kept declining after entering the PIN number. I said it’s ok I’ll use my debit card after trying twice. After we were ready to walk out Shane says, “oh by the way, next time if you skip the PIN and just hit enter it will work.” Knowing this information and not offering it during the purchase? Tone, attitude and aggressive behavior was unacceptable.

Love this Dollar Tree. The store is tidy and they always have good stuff! The manager is so sweet and the employees are always friendly and kind!

I'm very disappointed in this Dollar Tree versus others I've been at. The customer service here is almost non-existent. With most of my experiences here, the employees seem put-out if you ask a question. I have seen rare attempts at helping a customer. They just don't seem to care. I hope it gets better because of this honest review.

Whoa everything is a dollar!!! ....except for when it is less than a dollar!!! I take my girls in there and be like, "ladies anything you want its yours, but only one thing daddy is not made of money!" Bam instant super hero.... I wish their mom was as grateful. But seriously, it is a great place to go pick out treats with the kids!

Well presented merchandise, light and comfortable atmosphere and our checker was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, with a great sense of humor. Ice melter on sidewalks created a safe place to walk. Overall, very nice.

Manager there today wasn't very pleasant, all I had was a 50.00 bill and he told me that he couldn't give me change. I only had that with me. I asked if he could go get change in the office, he stormed in there and got it out of the safe like it was a problem. Just didn't seem to like his job, I hope he has a better day.

Had a fun time exploring this store. This is the first time I have ever been in this store. It was a little different than the other ones that I've been in before. It was set up a little bit different but I found a few things I needed and a few things that I could use. I also found a few good bargains. I will return in the future to shop again.

The cashiers were friendly and made sure I found what I was looking for. I mainly went for cold/flu medicine, but also got myself lunch. I highly recommend it. Only reason I put 4 instead of five.. you normally go in for one thing, but end up buying more lol

There must of been 10 people in the store shopping. I hear a lady talking loud, "come on people" or "seriously people." I had to see who this was. Of course an employee with long stragly white blonde hair. Ok, I work in retail. Customers are disrespectful, but do I need to listen to an employee be obnoxious. Retail is unfortunately retail. As I'm in line I'm debating if I should say anything. Oh, it's the manager. He could of give two s**ts this was going on. I love the dollar tree came to Kuna. Thinking I might be shopping at the one off Fairview/eagle store.

This store is not enforcing the mask rules. My friend and I where in the store for approximately 15 minutes and saw 8 people come in without mask. If the stores are not going to enforce it. Take your signs down. Just saying.

Clean and you don't have to worry about what the price is because everything is $1 or less. Unlike other quote dollar stores which actually are much more than a dollar such as the Dollar General.

I live in kuna and allways at the dollar tree they never have things stocked horrible customer service .I have asked if they can see if they have stuff in the back and they tell me no.I will drive to meridian to the other dollar trees or go to family dollar to get my stuff.

Pretty dirty and cluttered most of the time, and their solution to the pinpad was to put a plastic baggie over it...? I mean there's always wiping it down after a line ends, and I'm not sure how a baggie helps.
