Best groom my doodle has ever had. Teri is wonderful and Lindsey did such a great job with him and took extra good care of him. They listened to exactly what we wanted for cut and he looks perfect, is so soft, smells so good even 3 days later, and was super comfortable around them even though he tends to be anxious around new people. Thank you for such a great experience!

I will never EVER take my dog for grooming again at Doggie Works! They have really gone down in customer service the last couple years!!! They don't answer their phone, so if you call them to update them on stuff. They don't get it. I was 10 mins late getting my dog there. I am a cancer patient and alittle slow, my dog is old and it took a little extra time getting out of the house. The woman groomer could not care less!!! She immediately booked someone else! No compassion or understanding at all!! All about money!!! Waited 3 weeks to get in. So much for the Kuna small town business customer service!!! Definitely lacking at this business!!!!!! No loyalty towards repeat customers either!!!

Doggieworks did an excellent job bathing and blow drying my pug. They were super friendly and did quality work. I would like to warn others that they only take cash or check. They do not take cards of any type. I also found them hard to reach by phone. I tried to call and check up on my pet but could not get through. The price was very reasonable.

Great grooming service. I also left a tip for them because my dog was well groomed. The ladies other than the lady running the place had a horrible tone of voice when nothing was wrong. If you're stressed out at your job you never talk to customers with a tone as of you're 'bothering them". No customers no service. Anyway my dog looks great but my customer service experience was very poor. Ill try them one more time since they do a good job. But i wont deal with attitude again when I'm paying for them to do their job so they get paid.

I'm giving them two stars because in the past they have done a great job with our dogs, but for the last month they have not answered their phone or returned any of the THREE voicemails I've left. What's the deal? Did you guys close up shop? You should have some way to tell customers what's going on rather than just not answering your phone.

I have been using Doggieworks for about 5 years and have always been happy through 3 different dogs, large and medium. They are very caring and are able to follow customer preferences. So happy to have a great groomer so close to me in Kuna.

One of my dogs hates to have his feet touched, but when we go to Doggieworks to get his nails trimmed, he seems to forget why he's there because he loves those ladies so much! He's always happy to be there, even if it means messing with his feet.

I've been taking dogs to them almost since they started their business, that is 4 dogs total from a poodle mix, schitzu mix, my aunts dog and now my little chihuahua/yorkie mix and all I have to do is tell them summer or winter cut and always get the cutest cuts. They just know dogs and connect with them. They took my little dog when no one else would and even though he still doesn't like to go he sure loves it when he leaves.

Good groomers. It was small and bare bones. Service was very good. Had to wait a few moments for staff to appear from the back, but that might have been due to only 2 people at work.

They don't do a good job. Plus, your dog in there for 6 to 7 hours per sitting.That's not right. If your dog has to go to potty they don't take them out so they can.
