We easily forget the benefits of a good brick and mortar store, that stands by there products. I purchased work boots from D&B that lasted less than 3 months and a defect in manufacturing appeared. All of the employees were awesome about the issue when I mentioned it, while shopping, and I was able to exchange for another pair of boots. This kind of service makes you continue to shop here for anything you need.

I found they have the best prices on Horse Guard supplements. I found what I needed with no problem. As I was trying to load the heavy bags, an employee walking by stopped and offered help. I didn't even have to ask.Also, I went on Tuesday and received my 10% senior discount, which made the savings even better!

Great store, they offer most things I need for my farm. I can usually find things cheaper elsewhere, but they will price match. (The manager at the Meridian store wasn't so friendly about price matching though, but the Kuna people are great! They are friendly and fun to chat with, the store is clean and well laid out

2.14.24Looking for parts for Mantis rototiller. Sadly, their shop guy is on vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all Mom's questions about the services they offer in relation to the Mantis.Great price on 9 pounds of Timothy hay for my rabbit. (Usely can only find 3 lbs sizes). Also, they had a great clearance bin. New pair of slippers and the most adorable mug.

Love D & B for shopping and such. Service at this store is a nope! Recently, I took 2 chainsaws in to be serviced at the Deerflat location. Dropped of an Echo purchased somewhere else and a Stihl purchased at D&B, was asked at drop off if they were running I advised they both were and simply needed them serviced, cleaned up, chains sharpened and requested an extra chain for each. I was called about a week later saying they were ready for pickup. When I arrived, the guy who serviced them was not there, and the invoice for the Echo stated it was serviced with a note that it was not running! I didn't want to leave them there and couldn't talk to anyone who worked on them, so I collected my saws, paid the bill, and came home. I tried to get my Echo running and found a fouled spark plug!!! I changed out the spark plug and low and behold it started up like normal. Super disappointing they they thought it was ok to return a non running saw without even doing a basic diagnostic, not to mention neither of the saws were wiped down or cleaned up at all. I called the store to make the manager of the store aware of the poor service provided, and she seemed very disinterested at all in the situation. I wasn't looking for any compensation, just making them aware and was met with indifference. I spent $90 per saw, overpriced for the value of service provided. I'm more than dispointed and will not be using their service department again for any of my equipment.

I unloaded here . Nice people . Quick .. when you hit the dock pull as far over to the left just missing yellow pole then go all the way to the right corner and you should be able to back right in . It’s tricky but very doable!

I went shopping the eve before their 20% off sale. I was bummed that I would not get that extra benefit. However, when I went to check out, I learned I could put my items on hold. Our cashier was so nice, and my hubby returned the next day to pay for my items.

Dropped off a chainsaw to have a loose handle secued, but they performed a diagnostic on the saw instead. They found the compression was too low to fix, but the saw had been running fine. They called me and told me it was ready, charged me $47 for the diagnostic labor and didn't fix the handle. Poor communication, no estimate saw was out of gas. Love the store and the people are usually awesome
