Dropped off my Montana antelope on the way to an Idaho hunt, the team had it ready for pick-up on my way back North a week later. Got to try some sample sticks while at the shop...best I've ever tasted. Looking forward to having them take care of many more animals in the future!

I trusted Casey with my once-in-a-lifetime bull moose and was thrilled at the result. He was very accommodating and did an excellent and expeditious job, even with such a big animal. The jerkey is moist and tender with outstanding flavor and the pepperoni, salami, bologna, and summer saugage is amazing as well. Packaging was thorough and has held up well. HIGHLY recommend.

My husband used D & J to process a bear (2020) and a deer (2021). Both experiences were very good. Nice guys, great price and both animals were processed exactly how requested. If we hunt in Idaho again we will use them again without hesitation.

Casey took care of my 3 boys and my parents deer this last season everyone was great to work with they were fast the packaging was great and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this place.

Took my elk to them. They failed to label the backstraps so I ended up thawing all the meat they packaged and found the backstraps and labeled them accordingly. I also had them make ten pounds of pepper jerky. I cannot taste any pepper but I certainly taste the overpowering flavor of smoke. They did a very poor job of removing sinew before jerking also. A few pieces I've had to just chew the meat off the sinew. The jerky is vacuum sealed and frozen. I opened one package and within 10 days it was covered in mold. I've never had jerky mold in my life. What is the purpose of jerking meat if it spoils? Apparently they don't dry the meat enough. I'll never go back to these subpar butchers and I suggest you stay away also. A very disappointing experience!!!
