This shop is decent. It’s a bit pricey though compared to a normal pet store. Their supply is very limited since it’s super small. The best part is the cats that roam around the store, they are super nice and sweet. The ferret is fun to look at. Returns are easy. The fishing section is severely limited so best to go elsewhere for fish items.

We love Thunderpaws, Alpha got some amazing shoes, food and lots of treats. We spent over $300 here and the staff is incredibly helpful. They carry the best lineup if Brandon only quality products.

Forgot my dogs travel food and ran in here hoping they’d have his special diet, Taste of the Wild-Prey, Trout formula. Not only did they have it but there was a super friendly dog there to greet everyone as well as helpful, knowledgeable staff.

I walked in expecting to find some small snacks for my pets and found a variety of different bones, dried meats, antlers, chews, treats, pill pockets, foods, toys, collars and leashes. It was a paradise for anyone with a pup. Several cats were present in the store and were very friendly and purred when pet. Great options, great prices, and lovely staff. I can't wait for my pups to get their treats!

Three people working the store. Not one of them asked if they could help me find anything. Only one other customer in the store. Had to ask to be assisted. Upon check out, young lady was curt and did not say thank you for my business. Next time Amazon. Hurley would not have approved.Update: Still very unfriendly staff - gave a smile to one of the workers and received nothing in return. I suppose the establishment just banks on their being the only game in town; it's too bad that most everyone in Ketchum now is just rude and doesn't care to show manners and human decency. PS Gal with black hair your "have a nice day" reeks of insincerity!

The staff was so helpful and friendly! Bonus points for letting me hold the cute and friendly shop-ferret named Oliver. We really enjoyed meeting all the critters but most importantly they had exactly what we needed, a high-quality adventure harness for our dog.

The best store ever with the kindest employees in town!!!! We love you guys!!!! They’ll let you try stuff on or let your pet try treats. They’re amazing about returns and they’ve replaced things for me when they’ve broken!

For such a small shop, they had a decent selection of brands. I wasnt able to get the exact pet food I usually feed my pets, but I was able to get the same brands -acana and instinct- so I wasnt dissapointed.

They will special order what you need if they don't have it in stock. There's always a friendly 4 legged greeter. They even credited an opened can of dog food the dog I am sitting would not eat.

Complete pet store for all kinds of pets. They have an Amazon parrot who sings, "Take me out to the ballgame." For real. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
