The rooms themselves were clean, and the location was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. However, their advertisement of breakfast is a stretch. You're better off going to a gas station if you want a warm meal. Our refrigerator also died and we had to throw away a good amount of food, but the replaced the fridge the very next day. They charge a resort fee for some reason. Yes, I understand it is a sister company to a resort, but there a little to no amenities at this location. They stay was fine, but I do believe a little over-priced for what you are getting.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room at the Silver Inn, the room was spotless, spacious, and recently renovated. The building itself is old and breakfast is a bit small, but otherwise a very nice stay. Staff was friendly and could answer questions when needed. A little off the downtown of Kellogg, so not walkable to local eats or activities. Great for travelers passing through.

Rooms were nice but this has been through worst hotel experience we have ever had. Should have been a red flag that we heard yelling and screaming from a nearby room on the way to ours. The yelling, screaming, door slamming, cussing and banging continued off and on until 330am. Not sure if this is were the local druggies hang out or what but we are leaving early and will never stag here again

Great little motel. Ladies at the front desk are super nice. Rooms are very clean, bed was great. Even thought it's by the interstate it's very quite.Only thing I didn't care for was when I called to book the room, I gave her my credit card and they charge it right then and there, then when we checked in they wanted my card again to charge $1.00 to see if it's good. What dose it matter, you've already charged the room rate and got the money. Just weird!

Having car problens...I checked in and upon entering room number 4 , the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that I thought someone was in the room smoking. I returned to the front desk and told the staff member that I needed a non smoking room. She stated that they are all non smoking rooms and offered me a new room with an added cost. Upon entering room #12 , the over whelming smell of wet dog blasted me! I was discussed ! I sprayed all of my aerosol, lavender, hand sanitizer into the room to no avail. I shared with the morning staff of my unpleasant stay and received a measily 6 and change off of my room rental. The staff let me know that the room I was upgraded to was a pet friendly room. This is something I should have been aware before given a key. The staff was great! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was an unexpected bonus. But the stenchy room made me feel like the room was gross! Having driven away I felt like they could have compensated a heck of a lot more. Returning is not an option.Rooms: Never again.

Right off I-90 but tucked away a bit. Access to the Waterpark with booking. Sam's next door has great food and service. Room is clean and cozy with microwave and fridge, coffee and a noise machine!! Shower was so welcome 🙏 🤗 We will definitely add this to the travel list!Rooms: Clean and accessible, just right for an overnight. Huge television, in room coffee ☕️Nearby activities: A Waterpark pass is available with bookingWalkability: A few restaurants within easy walking distance and a small town just down the way.Noteworthy details: People were so friendly and helpful! Military discount available. So quiet and good a/c - light breakfast to go in the morning free

Nice clean stay for the night. We stopped here after a day in Glacier. A bit dated but comfortable. “Breakfast” is an overstatement. They provide coffee, bagels, yogurt, juice, some fruit, and granola type bars. It certainly provides calories but nothing elegant. No napkins or plates and only a few chairs in the lobby where food is served.Rooms: Comfortable and clean. A bit dated but all in all fine for a night.

I had an amazing time there! The women who run the place provide excellent customer service. I feel badly that I asked if they had miscalculated my bill when then hadn't. I am just bad at math! It's very quiet and private. You are guaranteed a good nights sleep and a lovely stay. Plus, it's VERY conveniently located to the ski hill, a restaurant, and walking trails for your dog!

Very nice hotel especially for the price point! I would definitely recommend staying here. I was traveling across country with a trailer and had plenty of room to park it up against a concrete barrier which put my mind at ease. My room also looked out on the parking lot.Guest services recommended several places to eat and I got a sandwich next door. Great experience. My only negative was breakfast. It was prepackaged muffins, yogurt, juice bottles, granola bars and coffee. If you're expecting "free breakfast", that is what you're getting.

Very nice, clean room and a bed that felt so comfortable!!My wife & I with our little pup really enjoyed our stay!!This is where we'll stay any time we pass through Kellogg.Safety: We were at the far end of the hotel from the office, yet we felt completely safe. Even taking our pup out in the middle of the night, we were not worried at all!

I loved this town so much. And this hotel is an awesome location.. if you walk across the street through an open ish almost parking area there's a trail off to the left that goes up the mountain or by their high school, super fun. And the front dest clerk was so nice to us.Nearby activities: There's a cool trail across the way from the hotel. Also, if you book with their resort on the other side of the highway they have a water park!

Breakfast wasn’t breakfast just prepackaged stuff but still included. The room was super nice and clean. Friendly staff. Got there super late and the room AC was still on so the room was nice and cool and we feel asleep quick. Great price. Actually want to stay here again to use as a base to explore the area.

This place is an ok place to stay, but I have issues with places who still use Covid as an excuse to not offer services. In June 2023, there's no reason to not have room service "due to Covid". Also the gym was locked up.Besides that, breakfast was a little table in front of the reception desk. So you basically had to stand in front of the reception desk with your coffee and bagel in your hand to eat breakfast, or take your bagel to your room. Do-able, but not very convenient. To top it all off, upon checkout we were carhed a $4.95 per day RESORT fee!!!! Supposed this Inn is associated with a bigger Inn across the street somewhere and thus they are also allowed to charge a resort fee. That just was over the top for me.Will not stay here again. I'd recommend people stay in the town of Wallace, which is on the historical list. Cute little town, with much to see and do within walking distance.

Paid ALOT of money to rent this because original reservation fell through. The second day of visit the room was not cleaned ( I guess I thought that was standard). The room was clean but tub is an odd height so fell when getting out.I accidentally left a computer tray there and they want $150.00 to send it to me!Safety: The bath tub isn’t very safe. Even with the bath mat.

Updated rooms and very clean! The beds are so comfortable, rivals Hampton king beds. Staff was very nice. Small continental breakfast, but gets you on your way.

Kayla went above and beyond. I do not possess enough positive superlatives in my vocabulary to address what she did to ensure my stay was satisfactory...Now the important stuff to you, the weary traveler. Super clean rooms. Insanely easy parking. Friendly staff. Great highway access for those just passing through. One may wish to be closer to the action on the other side of the highway, but everything is nearby in a town of this size.

We got here after spending the previous night at the Best Western The Forge Signature hotel in Anaconda. The BW is fairly new and has very good reviews, yet we were nothing but disappointed due to many things that are wrong with it.After checking in to the Silver Inn here in Kellogg we knew immediately what makes the difference. Everything’s just so very well thought of. Check in was polite and fast. They updated all rooms and added latest technology (TV, AC, microwave, fridge) and even provide a sound machine to produce sounds of nature to drown out highway noise. The beds are new and SO good! They simply care about their guests and that makes the big difference. Thank you for these efforts, we enjoyed spending the night and would always recommend to stay here.

The Silver Inn in Kellogg, Idaho has just undergone some renovations and I anticipated a fresh, clean hotel to stay in while passing through Idaho. We were planning to tour the Sierra Silver Mine the next morning (fantastic, highly recommend) and so it was the best option locally. We have a family of 5, so I booked two rooms with two queen beds. The older kids' room was fine, seemed clean and they were comfortable. Our room was AWFUL! (Room 27) Apparently someone had previously smoked in the room and the ionizer spray was chokingly thick and literally gave me a sore throat. We could barely stand it. With the help of the front desk, we opened the window and blasted the A/C. I sprayed some air scent, but it was still not enough. The hotel was full, so we were not able to switch rooms. The carpet is new, but the carpet panels were not staying together and were moving around as we walked around the room. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed grabbing bottles of orange juice and granola bars from the breakfast bar for snacks later in the day. We brought our own food for breakfast. The staff were as accommodating as they could be and very nice, but still the whole experience was very disappointing.

I'm not going to lie, when I pulled up and saw the outside of this place I was concerned we would be staying in a dirty old hotel. To my surprise the hotel room was perfectly clean, incredibly modern and updated, with a huge bed, a huge TV, and a fancy microwave. Staff was also very friendly, and gets a bonus from me for wearing masks. The only con was they seem to be updating the exterior of the building, and the workers started working on our exterior AC unit right outside of our window at 8am. They were very loud with their tools and very crude with their language. I assume this isn't normal, so I won't remove a star.I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and ready for us when we arrived around 6 PM. However, we had no idea this hotel had two floors. We were given a 2nd floor room. My husband and I are both handicapped. When we discovered this, we requested to change to a ground floor room and was told they could not accommodate us. Very unfortunate they never asked if we had any issues with stairs when we booked our room. Very dated decor.

Elaine was super friendly on the phone when making our reservation as well as in person. It was such a refreshing change from dealing w/ reservation centers for bigger hotel chains!! She was a wealth of information about the area. Bed was very comfy and room was clean. Room had a fridge and microwave. Shower was great! For an older well maintained Inn, our stay was excellent and we would gladly stay again. Doug and Yvonne
