Thank you so much for treating my beloved cat Lucky's worms. When she threw up blood and live writhing worms this morning, it was like something out of a horror movie, and I am still shaken. I've never owned a cat and never taken one to the vet - this was a pleasant experience, much easier and less stressful than I expected it to be, and much more economical than I expected as well. Thank you so much for your professionalism and your kindness. I will surely be back for all Lucky's veterinary needs, and I will return your cat carrier. Next dose in two weeks. Should I get myself checked for worms too, if Lucky had them? 5/5 stars, outstanding business, I heartily recommend them to all. I will continue to pray to Almighty God to heal my beloved little cat, and thank you for being God's instrument of healing. Great and loving care of your animals. They go above and beyond if they are able to. They are carrying and friendly.Also know your animals name as yours. I highly recommend them! I would give them a hundred stars if I could. The Fattu family has taken their pets for as long as I can reimburse. I've been in the valley since 1974I came into The family in 1989.

We use to love boarding our dogs here but their last stay they got treated like strays. There was no communication on our dogs staying there. They assumed one of our boys was not up to date with his vaccinations. Instead of calling and asking, they did an exam and gave him 4 vaccinations. If they had asked they would have found out he had just had those vaccines less than 5 months ago. I did complain and got a call from the doctors wife who apologized and stated we would get refunded. But unfortunately we only got refunded for 2 vaccines, not the unnecessary exam and all the vaccinations. The whole thing just sucked because I really trusted them and loved boarding my dogs there. What I’m more worried about is now I have a double vaccinated dog who could possibly develop problems from getting so many vaccines at once.Update to their reply— once again wrong!!! Just excuses for your mess up because you did not communicate or ask. Only our 1 pup was due for the cough shot. We talked about that and knew he would be getting that from you while he was boarded with you. Our old boy who received all the extra vaccines needed nothing. He was up to date with all his vaccines, he had just had them less then five months ago including the cough ( as you can read above). But you can’t pick up the phone and just ask????!!!!! That was his third stay at your boarding facility, I know you had our number. Why not call and ask??? Instead shoot him up, charge it out and make up stupid excuses as if you’re protecting the all the animals there as if he’s a stray and sick. Reminder he was boarding there not a stray who is possibly sick. And How hard is it just to call and ask???? Whatever!! You can make all the excuses you want, the fact of the matter is you messed up and can’t make it right. Red flags for everyone out there!! I will never trust you guys again.

I've always been SO thrilled with the care and compassion my fuzzy children have received from Dr. Cook and the attentive staff at KPMC.My springer is a nervous girl, but the staff are always so patient with her and give so many treats to keep her happy! Even when she grumbles a little, Dr. Cook still adores her and tells her what a good girl she is. :)

Dr. Cook is by far one of the best vets I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only does he care for the animals, he works with me on alternatives to what might work with my dog. He is responsive , checks in, answers all of my questions and works with me to narrow down necessities when my budget is tight.A dog I rescued has had skin issues since getting her about 2 years ago. The first 6 months (during winter) she didn't show signs of the itching getting worse but after that it became unbearable. She started chewing all of the hair off her feet and itching constantly. It's been a long process of trying new things to mitigate the itching and get rid of the issue. We're still on the journey but his recommendation of Apoquel really has been a game changer for both of our lives. I have a local vet but they weren't open minded, willing to work with me or try new things. They just kept wanting to do skin cultures that turned up with no information to move forward with.A gift certificate I won at a silent auction brought me to Dr Cook and I'm incredibly grateful for how much effort he has put in to help my dog. It's about a 2 hour drive to see Dr Cook from where I live. I wholeheartedly mean this... if you need the best vet to help your animal, take them to Dr Cook at the Kellogg Pet Medical Center!

Dr. Cook and his staff pulled together a team at closing time to perform an emergency C Section on our Labrador Retriever. As we arrived there was a puppy in the canal and they rushed her in, got it out, and saved it. Then they did a C-Section to bring out the last four puppies. The staff made us coffee and were very supportive as we had had no sleep the last 24 hours. He had us stay until mom and babies were good to go which was into the night. Mom and her nine babies are doing wonderful as they are nearing two weeks of age. I can't thank them enough for being there for us. Happy Labs Kennel

Dr. Cook is amazing. Very caring. We had to put our sweet angel down due to Health issues. He went over everything in detail and explained our choices. Due to her age 12 1/2 we opted to get her out of her pain and not have her suffer any longer. My sweet Angel you are so very much missed.😢 Thank you doctor cook, for Taking such good care of her these last 6 years and for the kindness you showed.

Put my/dads cat down here today! Dad passed in July. They were Awesome!!! 2-3 customers in waiting room but they had a lady stationed at the door waiting for me and asked if this was Cali as soon as I walked in. Yes. And I was immediately taken to a room. Paperwork and payment done in that room. Vet came in with assistant and they didn't question my decision once. Cat 15-16 years old. Absolutely terrible day for me, but they made it the best it could've been!Thank you so much for making this as comfortable as it could've been for me. Thank you!

Kellogg Pet MC is amazing, friendly, HONEST, and truly a joy to take your pets to. They are a very friendly staff who sincerely want to help, and Dr. Cook is the best vet in the valley to boot. They really do care about you and your pets, and are not just in it for a paycheck (I have been to vets who are).My dogs got into a fight with each other, and one got hurt pretty bad. KPMC was able to get her in right away. Dr. Cook explained what he figured would need to happen, and they got her in the operating room shortly after. They don't want the pets to suffer.It's awesome having a reliable, friendly, HONEST, caring and professional place to take your pets for any of their needs. When we moved over here from Hayden, we were worried we would not find a vet as good as the one we had there (and it took us a few tries and some bad experiences to locate that one). Talking with them here, and especially after this experience, my wife and I are very much at ease with the future of the fur-babies.

Great staff and Dr. Cook cares about your animal. We have taken our pets here for years. He is compassionate and remembers what is happening with your specific situation. The building is clean and easy to access just off the freeway. We also use the groomer at this location and have always been happy with the service.

I drive from CdA to bring my fur babies to dr Cook. I had an emergency abscessed tooth. Took my guy in for a drop off appt. Dr saw him before I left and actually had a cancel for tooth cleaning. He had the abscess drained, teeth pulled, cleaned and polished all in the same day.Everyone here is Amazing and truly care for our babies. Thank you Dr and your staff for the great care you provide.

Everyone is always warm and friendly and the medical care my pets have received has been nothing less then stellar. When you have to take a sick fur baby to the Doctor...it makes for a bad day. UNLESS it's to see Dr C!!! Hands down the most professional and compassionate Dr. our kids have ever been to!! His whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Best part? They speak TO you - not AT you! HIGHLY recommended!!!

I love to go to places that understand a little about me and show A LOT of interest in why I am there! My puppies are why I am there! The are a handfull and test my very last nerve at times! This pet center has gone above and beyond to assist me with recommendations, training and peace of mind to remember the are still babies even though at 6 mos they weigh more than me! Ok both just got neutered! I am a wreck!Overall :**Medical attention = Excellent**Billing and discount plans = Great!**Hours of operation = Very Accommodating**Cleanliness of facility = A +**COMMUNICATION is huge! 👍Last but not least- I truly believe the staff and doctors care about my pets and take the time to show their love ❤ to them! They like going - its just getting there! 😉

I boarded my dog while my family and I completed a bike ride in the area. We were from out of town and it was nice to be able to brung my dog with us on our trip. Staff were professional, nice and answered any questions I asked. They made the process extremely easy to complete. I will use them again if I am in the area.

I am from out of town and while visiting one of my cats had a bad allergy break out.I've never experienced a vet like this before. Absolutely blown away by the service factor. They explained everything, gave me treatment options, and made sure I knew what side effects and risk each option had.I will likely be driving over here for all of my cats needs. I found a new vet that is totally worth a two hour drive!

This place is my favorite animal hospital. They're friendly, professional, and pretty affordable. My cats third eyelid was basically ripped out while she was outside, and I was able to get her in and back home the same night. I was waiting for the quote, hoping it wouldn't be over $500 and it was well under! I was stoked!

I took our large silver lab into KPMC for a second opinion on a knee injury. Dr. Cook gave our Juno a very thorough examination and took time to really explain his findings and what our options were. He left me with the impression that he really cares about his furry patients and their humans. Very nice atmosphere and a great staff. We have found Juno’s furrever clinic.🐾
