This place was recommended by Dave Smith Motors at a discount. The price was great, convenient location and a room with a view of the park and gondola. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean, roomy and comfortable. Free breakfast included! We took advantage of the heated indoor pool and spa, just what we needed to wind down. The staff were friendly and helpful, which is also very much appreciated.Nearby activities: Skiing, water sports, hiking, biking, sightseeing.Walkability: Nearby park and museum

When the morning lodge is booked we love staying here. The rooms are always clean but our favorite part is Helen creating us. She is energetic, sweet, and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone’s stay is amaIng. We look forward to seeing Helen. She is just wonderful.Chantel was also a big help this evening. Thank you to the staff

We had to make a last minute room reservation on Christmas Day and Helen made us feel right at home. She was very accommodating to our needs as we had to small children with us. When we come to Kellogg we will be staying again. Thank you FairBridge for the hospitality.Rooms: Clean and tidy.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were way too soft for my liking but otherwise nice place. Breakfast options were pretty good and location to the biking trail was perfect. Our friends have stayed here before (including this trip with us) and we will stay here again next time we are in the area. I did think the price was a bit steep for the accommodations ($380 for 2 nights (Tues and Wed)) for what we got, however, being unfamiliar with the area that may be in-line pricing. Despite the beds being way too soft, we were able to get a good night's rest. Terri the manager was very kind/accommodating as previous reviews stated. Other staff were also kind and accommodating, the vibe was a good one here.

Was recommended to stay here by Dave Smith Motors after purchasing my new truck. Received a great rate for the area's average rates. Was close to some great restaurants and in a quiet area. Walmart was a short drive away too. Rooms weren't fancy but were clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was so friendly! Nice walking path with beautiful surroundings! Definitely recommend if you want a nice hotel and aren't looking for a 5 star hotel stay. I will definitely visit again!

We had to book this hotel rather suddenly with fires changing our previous plans. We had a couple little hiccups with check-in, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was close to one of the back doors which was just feet from the walking trail. The gondolas running above the parking lot were really neat.I know most people just go to the nearby water park, but the hotel pool and hot tub are well kept. The pool runs a touch cool, but the massage jets in the hot tub hit just right.Overall, for a small stop in the middle of Idaho, the Kellogg FairBridge has quite a lot to offer, and I’m glad our plans brought us there.Rooms: Clean, with lots of towels provided. Appreciated the microwave and fridge. Well air conditioned in the summer, with additional heating and cooling within the room.Nearby activities: Taking the trail just feet from the hotel can take you up to the mining museum, though I recommend walking down by the community garden to The Beanery, which has delicious nutty coffee and plenty of local treats to enjoy. The water park and gondolas are also within walking distance.

Maria was so wonderful. We were traveling with 4 disabled adults, two of them in desperate need of rest and a few hours sleep. Maria made sure we had adjoining rooms, that our service animals were taken care of, and that my aunts had everything they needed. In one of the most stressful situations, she was a rock. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for us and making sure we had a pleasant stay. There aren't words for how wonderful she was and what a blessing she was for us.

The Hotel Manager, Terri, was wonderfully welcoming and friendly! The room was definitely small, but clean and comfortable. All of the towels and washcloths were super soft and appeared to be brand new. We rode the Hiawatha Bike Trail and came back FILTHY! The Hotel Manager provided us with rags to use with a hose in a grassy area in the front of the hotel to clean our bikes and shoes. It was great to be able to clean our bikes right upon returning to the hotel. The location of the hotel is awesome! There is a grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is directly behind the hotel which is wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Fairbridge any more!! From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out, we were impressed! The 24-hour pool was a huge hit for my 6-year-old and I. Our room was clean, and comfortable, and every staff member we came into contact with, went above and beyond to make sure our time there was enjoyable!! I loved their breakfast, as well!

Sure, the Fairbridge has a 24 hour pool and hot tub, and the rooms are cheap. Sure, there's continental breakfast and it's right off the freeway. You would be better off spending 4x as much money and staying at Silver Mountain or going literally anywhere else. My husband and I stayed at the Fairbridge over the past weekend to celebrate the holidays with my family. Our room was booked as a queen suite and we stayed for 2 nights. First of all, the bed was definitely a full sized mattress rather than a queen. It was a spring mattress which is not the most comfortable but it could be worse. The continental breakfast is a waffle bar and then you have the option to make your own breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich options would be perfectly fine if they didn't have ham in a Tupperware container and what looks to be a cheese sauce in a ramekin with a lid. This seems to be extremely unsanitary seeing as how we just came out of a pandemic. Not to mention the fact that the pool and hot tub, while open 24 hours, seem to be not really clean but not really dirty. The entire hotel overall seems very grungy and could definitely use a good dusting. With how uncomfortable the bed is, we asked for an extra pillow and were told to use the one that's located in the dresser. Aside from the one extra pillow in the dresser, the staff will not provide you with another pillow or another blanket. The lobby and hallways are extremely hot and stuffy but the rooms are cooler. The lady that checked us in seemed nice enough but the lady who checked us out was not only extremely unfriendly but also seemed to be extremely grumpy. Lastly, I do understand that cleaning the rooms is a job that needs to be done, however, we were extremely upset to be woken up at 8am to someone vacuuming the room directly next to us. We definitely will not be returning.

Nice place to stay. Rooms were comfortable, the window covering actually keeps a ton of morning light out. Laundry facilities are clean and easy to access. Beds were perfect too! We came in the long way and didn't realize all the conveniences located just around the way. I would stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

Having to sleep in the car at a rest stop because of their false advertisement and refusal to honor the booking: more stars than this hotel.Incredibly unprofessional front desk staff (was questioned about the fact that I was wearing a mask). Would not honor their pet friendly policy that they advertise with booking sites (and on their website), refused to cancel the pre-paid room after they checked me in and informed me the pet was not allowed and are avoiding dealing with the booking company for a refund. Take your chances if you choose them.

Wonderful young lady greeting us. Easy check in. Clean room. No elevator but we didn't need it, even though we were on the second floor. Nice soft towels. (Some hotels have cheap brillo pad feeling towels) We would stay again.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. It's a little ski chalet type place. We were passing through the mountains and the weather got bad and they had accomodations. The room was clean and beds were adequate. The lobby and breakfast area were well appointed. I don't ski but if I did I would enjoy a return stay. It's a lovely Valley.
