One of the best coffee places in our 3 week road trip from Colorado. Who knew this little town had this gem. Just amazing! They roast their own beans on site! This is the only place I have been able to watch the coffee beans I purchased get roasted in front of my eyes. Talk about fresh beans! It's above and beyond all the old beans available at the store. Well be back in the summer!

This place is great! The owner is super nice and makes a great cup of coffee. It’s a cute little shop with walk-in or drive through. I was in town for over a week and went there everyday (except the weekend- they are closed Saturday and Sunday)I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone passing through!

Love the name....reminds me of our wanting and striving to live on Higher Heavenly Ground.The service is always friendly and never rushed if we have a little chat. Delicious coffee! I get a caramel macchiato with just a touch extra caramel for my sweet tooth and it hits the spot every time. My 3yo loves the wild berry smoothie as well.

I visit Higher Grounds almost every day, and I love it. It is a really comfortable place to hang out, and they serve great coffee. There's also a lovely deck for sitting outside.
