We were told to stay away from this hotel. No reason just recommended not to stay there. So glad we didn’t listen to them! It was so clean, and so nice! The towels were soft the bed smelled so fresh and the mattress was so comfortable! The front desk people were super accommodating and polite! We felt so welcomed there! Breakfast was delicious! Best place we have ever stayed! Highly highly recommend!Rooms: Rooms were very clean and comfortable.Safety: We felt very safe there.

We came to town to visit my dad and booked 2 rooms. Our daughter and grandsons were in the room right next to us. Both rooms were super clean and great beds! Ranai (owner/front desk) was awesome. She was so friendly and gave great service. Breakfast was homemade with everything provided, she even went to her residence and got peanut butter for another guest. We will definitely be back!!Rooms: Both rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable.Noteworthy details: Ranai, the owner was great and you could tell she loved what she did for a living.

I've stayed at most of the local Motels in the area but I've gotta say this is the most enjoyable place to stay if your looking to relax the bed was soft and comfortable the linens smelled great the staff is awesome I'll be back this motel is great and it looks like they put a lot of effort to make your stay is as enjoyable as possible and if you stay here you can get some awesome food from itsy yaya's restaurant awesome food awesome prices!Rooms: They are big and cosy

This little motel was way more than I expected. The front desk people were super friendly & helpful. The room was HUGE with everything I could have needed and a super comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast included hot and cold cereals, fruit, good coffee (& teas), OJ, bagels & cream cheese, English muffins, toast, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, and more. I will definitely be staying here again.

We absolutely loved the manager. We got in late. But she woke up and checked us in with a smile and invited us for breakfast and explained everything we needed to know..... The room is clean and nice. The beds are super comfortable and the room warmed up really fast. Breaking was so good. I haven't had biscuits and gravy that good for a very long time.I hope to be able to get a room there again the next time I come to town.Thanks you for everything.Rooms: Clean, super comfortable. Nice beds, the lights outside the motel at night are so bright I didn't sleep well. Although there are curtains it shines through like a bright spotlight. The prices on these rooms don't justify the means to stay, super nice vacation rentals cheaper in area. Personally I felt the rooms should have been $75 a night.

My husband, parents, and four legged friends came to idaho for a work trip over the Christmas holiday and our original accommodations that we booked were terrible. The hotel was a recommendation from the awesome coffee shop in town! We last minute booked a 5 night stay for Christmas! Renee and all of her staff were top notch. The rooms were great and had a lot of space! The daily breakfast was great! It wasn’t your typical “free breakfast” at hotels. It was made daily! Anything we needed, they got right away! I work for a management company, and would love an employee like Renee!So for that I give it 500 stars! Thank you so much for the hospitality! I’d recommend to everyone passing through the sweet town of Kamiah.

My partner and I had a very pleasant experience at Clearwater 12. The front desk receptionist Cheryl was exceptionally welcoming, funny, and accommodating! I bought a can of sauerkraut down the road and needed a can opener for it, and she had one for me, no questions asked. She also spent a lot of time troubleshooting and fixing our TV.The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and there is ample parking space. Breakfast is exactly what you can expect at a motel, and I enjoyed their maple cinnamon flavour waffle mix. There is a grocery shop down the road, and this is pretty much the only place there is to stay in Kamiah. We hope to be back again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was big and super clean, too. I was genuinely surprised at how nice this place was, regardless of price. Everything was perfect and I slept like a log. Bonus: There's a neat taproom and several restaurants within a few blocks. You can get pizza, some tacos, or some great beers within a five minute walk. Very convenient! I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm exploring the Oregon Panhandle!

The staff is super friendly, the room was clean, and they were very accommodating to my service dog and my little retired service dog. Full breakfast every day we were there. The only negative is that our room was on the end closest to the road and there was a lot of road noise and that's not really their problem. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Great place to stay! We called to say we’d be coming in really late and the manager waited up for us to check in, rather than us have to ring the bell. She was terrific...very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was super spacious. And the cherry on the top is the hot breakfast. One of the best complimentary breakfasts around. Next time we do another bike trip in that area, we will be staying there again.

Inside the slightly dated exterior this hotel is a gem! Friendly and attentive staff prepare a breakfast every morning with waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal, and juice. The rooms are clean and well appointed, I especially enjoyed the pillow selection. The other people staying there were diverse and friendly. Parking is plentiful. There is a tire shop across the street can fill propane and has delightful shop cats. This is the only place to stay if you are rafting the lower salmon

The room was clean and very roomy. However, what made this hotel special was the customer service we received. We got in really late, but accommodations were made as to how to get our key. Also, Ranai made us feel right at home when we went down to breakfast!! She made us feel like we were family from out of town. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area!!

Stopped for an overnight on a cross country motorcycle trip! Nice little Hotel! Clean rooms, great location, breakfast is included, and the owner, Ranai is super nice! I wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t pass this by!! I was driving from Boise to Whitefish MT. Kamiah was half way. The Clearwater Motel was the only option. So I made a reservation. When I arrived, I found … The town is small. The Motel exterior is “old school” 2-story. And … Check in was easy and friendly. Rooms are large, nicely furnished, and very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. I was so pleased with the experience that I booked again for my return trip 5 days later.

Very nice place and very well managed! Upon arrival I was greeted by Renai. She is very friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. Cheyenne also popped into the conversation and I could tell that these people cared so much about their property. When I got into the room I was wowed! Huge bed, Lot of pillows and super comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in my room, decent size tv with a good amount of channels and the wifi worked very well. If you are looking for a place in Kamiah, ID stay here!

This is the kind of motel where I give a sigh of relief and a big smile spreads across my face. The office staff & the manager are very friendly, informative and helpful. The rooms are very clean, large, with comfortable beds, great pillows (4 of them), fridge, microwave, coffemaker, ironing board and iron, and very soft and absorbent towels. The housecleaning staff were always very efficient and friendly, ready to provide help with a smile. Although we did not partake of the morning complimentary breakfasts, we heard rave reviews from those who did. The Clearwater river is a two minute walk along with a lovely large city park. A market, several places to eat and a great hardware store and drug store are all with a 2 minute drive. We couldn't wait to write this review because of the exquisite rooms and friendly hosts. This is how I want to be treated. I felt like I had come to a family reunion. What a great motel experience.
