I just went to another store and had a problem with a money order. And then I just went to ridley's where I usually go. And of course It was awesome. They helped me they were very glad to help me. The money orders are super cheap there and the manager and another lady that was on self check out was so nice and really helped me. I just moved here a month ago and so far I would rather come here than anywhere else. Thank you to the ladies that helped me with the money order. One of them was shiloh and the other one I cannot for the life of me remember her name.

Hi I would just like to say that the meat department labeld there stuff wrong and when it came down to it they would not honer the deal and refused to give the deal that it said on the sticker so only go here if you want scammed.

Prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores. Waited about 10 minutes in the deli to order some fried chicken and I wasn't attended to so I left.

Ridleys is great! I prefer grocery shopping there over other places. Meat and produce are good quality. I love it when they have sales, because I can stock my pantry. The only thing that needs improvement is when they do have sale items, they don't always ring up correctly. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens enough that im overly cautious and watching how it rings up. Their rewards app is awesome! Who doesn't love extra discounts. Now, if they would just have their own online site for shopping and grocery pickup, it would put them over the top. I am aware they have online ordering through the Rosie app, but that app is a nightmare. I have a hard time getting it to load. It's slow, and it always freezes. And a lot of things shown aren't available at your local store but it doesn't tell you that. Grocery pickup is a huge convenience, especially for people like me who dont always want to haul my kids through the store. If I have a huge shopping trip, I will go to Walmart pickup over Ridleys just because of the convenience. But all other times, it's always Ridleys.

I love the remodel! It is a tad pricey on some things but worth it. There was an older lady in the deli who was so rude and snippy. Not just to me but to what looked like a new employee who was asking questions of her. It was really uncomfortable 😕

If they keep pushing the self check and one register with a human at it, go ahead and switch to Walmart. Local-ish doesn't care anymore either

A good friend of mine was verbally assaulted by some fat white lady. The other day. Over food. Its best to save your money & do not invest in this place. Employees & Managers do not care for the well beings of their fellow man & employees. As for the lady. “Stop, get some help.” & a diet. A personal trainer to teach you how to not act like a baby in public.

I have been in a few Ridley's, and this one is in sad shape by comparison. I am glad that they are finally doing renovation as the store looked like it was constructed in the early 90's and had been left that way since then. Also the prices on groceries sure do not match the quality of product purchased.

Hopefully the remodel will help...I’ve tried many many years to shop here as it is the only other option beside the big W. The produce has been marginal at best for years and I’ve found expired food on the shelf’s (Mayo last time) multiple times. I’ve also been over charged by mislabels on the shelf quite a few times as well. I worked in the grocery business for over 20 years and I understand no one is perfect but these things happen often.MANAGEMENT you need to spend a little more time working with your employees in Jerome. I’d love to shop there and not travel so far.

I'll be honest. The new remodel was not thought out properly. Customer service shouldn't be facing away from the front door. With a wall blocking it. The cash registers you can't get your cart thru and walk around your cart to properly let the bagger load them. You have to step into the cashiers place in the next aisle.... 🙄🙄🙄

Our friend shops exclusively at Ridley's. It's nice for her to be able to walk down each of and choose the products that she wants without being hassled by other customers. We enjoy purchasing their chicken at the deli. It is the best chicken!

I love ridley's I drive from wendell just to go to ridleys in jerome when we have one in buhl. They are both great stores. But I fill like jerome store has more options.

Cashier was very pleasant and helpful. Would rate more stars but quite a bit of produce is bad (mushy/beginning to mold) and it seems they're always out of things, of which the most disappointing is not having the weekly freebie that's emailed out.

I just wanted to say that I like your store in Jerome. Easy to get in and out verses Walmart. But one thing I noticed is that the parking lot is nasty and it smells on a hot day. Just saying.Nice parking lot. Love it.

I think my review was removed after i did my update 2 days ago, I couldn't figure out why it was asking me to review Ridley's again just now. I looked and believe it's gone, so I like the store, employees are nice, helpful, their meat & produce are excellent, but I CANNOT eat one more thing with the Food Club label! EVERYTHING we've bought from them we don't eat, we actually threw it all out! I don't know how they can mess up even milk & flour, it's amazing, NOTHING they make is good, and the sm shelves are buried in the stuff, and the brand names prices went up shortly after we were bombarded with this... stuff. If you want to remove my posts go ahead, but we're not the only ones who HATE this brand, very many customers, people we know and have talked to feel the same, and there's Alot! If you value your customers this issue REALLY needs to be addressed. I'm sorry I bummed down to 3 stars from 5 it was only because of having to go ti walmart & win Co for everything but near and produce. It seems you refuse to listen to the customers, I know we're not the only ones that have complained as well. (My boyfriend Doug and I)Thank you.

Service and products are continually disappointing. I have reported to management a couple different situations with little or no concern. At this point I make an effort not to shop at Riddley's Jerome, but I was looking for gluten free bread and Walmart was out.

Ridley's was expensive a few years ago when I went more frequently Because they have a great pharmacy. The prices have become even more unreasonable. Their quality is good including produce, meat, and bakery items. I was unwilling to purchase more than one piece of fruit at a decent price and cheese on sale. I priced over 30 other items and was not comfortable with the price. I will probably not go back.

Great weekly sales. Customer Service Desk where money orders & postage stamps. Western Union services available. Pay station for Idaho Power. The store has a nice hot & cold deli selection, bakery & a small gluten free section. The pharmacy staff is friendly & helpful. The best thing is an app for your smart phone called SKIP THE LINE. It allows you to scan your items. Then check out by paying with a credit card stored in the app. All you do is show your check out screen to the Skip the line cashier and walk out the door. No waiting in line to check out.

Love the store they have the best meat around I will only buy my meat at Ridley's, and there assortment of soda is the best they have the best sales around.

The pharmacy is what makes the store so good. The store itself often has long lines to check out. Items that are on sale for the week are out of stock. If you have a question about an item in the store there's usually no one there to answer the question. I only shot there because I live so close and the pharmacy is a five star.
