Went to grab stuff for my daughter’s birthday and was completely taken back by the ignorant people working. They are all very rude there and not helpful. And when I asked them a simple question about what I was looking for and having to ask twice because they weren’t listening they again being ignorant answering my question. After they then all went back to laughing and standing around and gossiping between each other.I was completely unimpressed by their ignorance. I just decided I was done shopping there right when that happened. Completely rude!

Good prices and variety. I am disappointed that they stopped carrying high quality plastic forks and tablecloths. The other con is that you have to pre-order balloons or it'll be a 20-30 minute wait.

The problem with Zurchers is they're the only ones in town, so they don't care about their customer service. We went in the night before New Year's Eve and bought some balloons. Initially, they inflated one specialty balloon for us that fell straight to the ground, at which point they handed it to us and the supervisor said point blank, "well, sorry, some of our balloons just don't float". We asked for a refund because, hi, we paid for a FLOATING balloon. She hummed and hawed before finally exchanging the balloon for a much smaller one. Then the very next day, about 10 hours later, all 4 balloons we purchased were sitting on the ground, no longer floating as promised. Additionally, while waiting for our balloons to be inflated, all the supervisor and 2 employees could talk about was how late they would be getting out and who was going to clean the bathroom. Mind you, it wasn't even closing time yet. Extremely disappointing and rude. Do better, management. Your community deserves better.

We love coming here for all of our party decorating needs! Yesterday we were celebrating our daughter's 2nd birthday and had to come in morning of to get all the essentials! Coincidentally, our cashier had my name, Heather- and she was super nice and helpful getting just what we needed! Thank you guys so much for making our girl feel special on her day! 💗

Today I witnessed something completely unacceptable, 2 young men being let go over talking about Halloween costumes and cleaning putting them away as they were working. To then go to the front counter and find 3 female employees chatting away (not greeting customers as in job description ) but talking about customers in the store currently and past customers that annoyed them. I was able to stand right by them for over 10 min. Videoing on my phone never once being acknowledged! As a customer I am unsure if supporting a business that segregated and discriminates on gender along with race (as the one young man was of a different race) should we accept and supported? I vow to not shop at this business over the mismanagement, morals, and ethics it has shown. I hope this finds its way to those young men and they are either able to get there jobs back or file a complaint against zurchers. I do have video I am willing to share with these young men to support a claim. Please know who your buying from, everyone should be treated fair and reasonable. I will inform all I know that shop and ordering online is better.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen! We were in town for a deployment party and they offer zero USA themed balloons. But don’t worry there are lots of pride options to choose from but nothing America, military or USA. Not even leftover 4th of July! And the ladies in there were annoyed with me for questioning that. Just awful don’t waist your money or time

This is usually the best place to buy all your office party stuff. We spend quite a bit of money here throughout the year. Unfortunately we had an initial issue with payment at our most recent visit. (Easily fixed within a few minutes) The gal who helped us was snotty about it, even though we told her we were getting it fixed and guaranteed we would still be purchasing the balloons and supplies. It almost felt like she was trying to embarrass us. We fixed the payment issue, paid for our $60+ in merchandise and left.

We love this store, but today the customer service was horrid. We went to the register with our items and the first thing the clerk says without even looking at us is "ARE YOU PAYING WITH A CARD!" I answer yes and she sighed and began to scan our items. I then asked to purchase a couple balloons on the wall. Her response "IF WE HAVE THEM THEY WOULD BE ON ISLE 9, NO ISLE 3 WHERE YOU FOUND THIS STUFF!" My response was "ok, I thought they were behind the counter if they are on the wall.""NO", she snorted. Instead of looking for the balloons we just left. I had no words. And she was not young, she was at least my age!

This place is a dump, it’s twice the price as anywhere else. I’m not sure how it stays open there were absolutely no other customers and the girl at the counter told me it’s always that slow.

This place always has what we need for a great party!! Tonight we quickly stopped by to pick up some last minute Halloween costumes. We did not realized they closed right after we walked in and were so kind and courteous to us while we shopped. Once we realized they had closed we apologized and quickly left but they were so kind. Retail is so hard right now, everyone is short staffed, working long hours, and I’m sure feeling worn out, and these great people didn’t show that at all. Sorry again we stayed late. Thanks for your great staff!

I bought a pair of high style costume socks that didn’t work for my child so I brought them back the next day and they said because the package was open that they wouldn’t do a return or exchange. It was obvious that they weren’t worn or anything. Very disappointed.

I don’t know how they do it, but Zurchers always has whatever random thing I happen to be looking for! The store is well-stocked and the staff is always helpful and friendly! Whether I’m grabbing decorations, balloons, random dishes,or a costume, I know I’ll find it at their convenient location!

This place is always great for party supplies for my boys birthdays its a great place to go. However this time i couldnt find the type of balloon i wanted to use and Riley helped me find the right one. All round a good place will definitely keep coming here for future parties.

Zurchers is pretty great. it's mine and my brothers Birthdays this week so we were getting some last minute birthday stuff today. We wanted to get a # 1 and 8 balloon for my brothers 18th Birthday, I'm not sure if the prices went up, or we're just poor, I'ma go with both. We didn't get the 1 and 8 balloons, but he liked the one's we did get. I'll leave a good review, one of the ladies at the front desk said "Welcome to Zurchers!" Everytime someone walked in the store, not sure if it was protocol or not, but either way it made me happy.

I love that it's organized they have a lot of stuff but for being the only place in town that you can count on for decorations they don't have a big enough selection especially for kids parties. Not enough characters to choose from. I went thinking since the movie Coco was very popular I'd have no problem finding something and turns out they had nothing in that theme. I love to support businesses in my area rather than shopping online and I was forced to order online and make my own.

I just heard about zurchers a week ago. My first time in there was a good experience it was very open and bright and there was brand new stuff everywhere. All the candy and everything was stocked properly and zoned. The store looks good and the employee was nice, overall had a pleasant experience.

Generally I’ve had great service at Zurcher’s, but today I had an experience in which I have decided that I won’t go back. I had taken a single Mylar balloon to the counter for my 9 month old and was told by one of the young girls behind the counter that the employees wouldn’t blow it up for me because they weren’t blowing up balloons other than the graduation orders that they had. I do understand that they were busy, but I wasn’t wanting an entire balloon bouquet blown up, I wanted a single balloon blown up for my baby. I am disappointed that they couldn’t take 30 seconds to blow up a balloon for a baby. My baby loves balloons and it was something simple, but something that would have made her super happy. I won’t be returning to Zurcher’s. I’d love to keep business local, but situations like this, while they may seem small and insignificant, make all the difference in customer experience.

Went in to order some balloons for a baby gender reveal party, employee was very helpful and nice! I explained how I wanted the black balloons filled with white, yellow, and green confetti. She got everything I wanted. The day I picked the balloons up I checked with the person helping me and she said everything was done according to instructions. When the balloons were popped each one only had very little confetti!!!!! I was so disappointed!!!! Specially because I ended up paying for the theee bags of confetti and it was just sent to me!!!!! Not very impressed.
