We first visited this place when our puppy needed treats, leading to a delightful experience as he got to taste delicious dog ice cream for the first time. He was a bit of afraid of people, so we came here for socialization training. Probably because the owner was so kind to him, he started to have better memories of people, which also helped with his socialization training. 😉Now, as a grown dog, we returned to use the self-bath service, and he felt incredibly at ease, almost as if he remembered the positive vibes from our initial visit. Everyone here is extremely friendly and kind. Additionally, the facilities are very convenient to use, and the availability of ample towels is a great plus. It's the perfect place to bathe the dog and take a walk along the Idaho Falls Greenbelt trails. We're definitely planning to come back. 🎶

10/10 experience! Thank you Tina and Maggie, they were very accommodating while I used their self serve dog wash for my parents large husky/shepherd dog. They provided great tips for getting as much dead undercoat out as possible, and supplied plenty of tools. I was thrilled to see they carry lots of dog foods, treats, and such so we can shop local. Sidka LOVED his free ice cream cup after the wash too - thank you very much!

So happy I found Splash! I usually take my pup to the groomer because I'm not very experienced with my girl's husky/border collie coat, but today she decided to roll in poo and we were in need of a spur of the moment bath. I happened to catch Tina at a slow time of the day and she was kind enough to give me tips as well as show me how to wash my dog. I learned so much and feel confident enough to bring her back to wash her myself. Also just a cute place in general and locally owned. Lots of treats, food, toys, and pup cookies. Sunny girl and I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Tina!

Such and easy and convenient place to take your dog for a bath! The tubs are clean, the employees are fantastic, and everything they offer in the store is really great quality! So happy to never have to use my bathtub to bathe my dog again!!

Not only do you support local by going here, Tina is way more knowledgeable than the employees you tend to find at those national chains out in Ammon. The products they carry are top notch and if you ever need something they don't have, SPLASH will track it down and try to get it in for you. Also, not going to lie, that treat case sure looks tempting even though they are for dogs! 😝

The self-serve wash is great. An employee trimmed and ground my dog's nails, helped me set up to wash, and helped me dry and rake out her undercoat during fall shedding season. The treats for sale looked amazing! I wish I had more time to wander around the store but I had to get back home.

This has been a great place to bring my dog Luna anytime she needs a wash. She is a large 90lb German Shepherd and is always difficult getting into the bath, it’s an impossible task at home, so I bring her in to SPLASH instead. The staff have always been super helpful coaxing her in with encouragement, & treats. Luckily once Luna’s in, she’s fine. They are always super kind, they offer samples and treats throughout our visit, and my dog loves them. They’ve even been kind enough to offer me to come in just to work with my dog, getting her more comfortable loading in and out of the tub. Excellent customer service, every visit has been a good one. Thanks guys!

This place is amazing! The owners are super helpful! I have washed my dog before. Never in a tub with hose and heated water. They taught me everything that I needed to do and were there to answer all of my questions without making me feel like I should have known. I will definitely be going back!

We just adopted a new dog so this was her first bath. The experience is wonderful for her however, she did not have any leash training experience so we were tugging against her pulling and her pulling against our tugging so the owner showed us a new harness that is truly a miracle we bought it immediately and my husband has tried it twice since we’ve been home and she is adjusting well and so is he. the dog also enjoyed the frozen cup treat.if you haven’t been, you need to go try this shop it’s fabulous

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about dogs, and dog training. They helped us get our new pooch get all set up for his bath, and provided everything needed for it, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a high velocity dryer. The best part is I didn't have to destroy my back and knees bathing a 50 pound puppy in my shower.My only complaint would be that it seems like the shampoo was watered down. It may very well be a brand I've never used before, but it didn't lather up very much.Great experience over all, definitely going back!

I took my Mazie for a bath for the first time. Tina was wonderful she helped me with everything. It's not easy to give a 130 lb great dane a bath. This place has everything your dog needs. Great place.

Nice and clean! Good set up station to wash and dry dog. Bibs and towels provided. Fair pricing, I paid extra for shampoo and conditioner for shedding, they gave us plenty of product. We are from Oregon where everyone has a dog or two, and we are used to having many different types of scissors that we can use while washing our dog, along with treats! We felt a little uncomfortable at their reaction when we asked for scissors. That would be the only reason we would not go back. So a definite 4 of 5 score. The store is great as well, offering pet food, dog supplies, leashes, etc. Overall a good experience.

I have been taking my dog to Splash for several years now and have always been treated alright, but after my experience today I may need to find somewhere else to take my pup.While loading my dog into the bathing tub, she got nervous and backed down the ramp. The attendant that was helping me grabbed her choke collar and proceeded to attempt to drag her back up the ramp by her chain collar, effectively choking her. My dog (and myself) were quite rattled by this behavior, but I bathed her anyway.When I checked out, I asked to speak to the owner so I could share my experience with her. I was quickly met with a response of ‘oh well this is her first week’ and ‘this was a good learning experience’. I’m glad it was a ‘good’ experience for them, however it was not a ‘good’ experience for us as customers. I’m disappointed in how dismissive the owner was about her employees behavior and how unapologetic she was about my bad experience.

My family absolutely loves SPLASH! I adopted my first dog named Diesel back in October of 2018. After adopting him I headed over to SPLASH to bathe him. Tina was super helpful with helping me convince him into getting a bath and keeping him calm. Now I have two dogs and they get super excited once we pull up outside. She greets them with treats and ends the bath with more treats. Both Charlie and Diesel absolutely adore her and are no longer afraid of bath time. All of the products that are sold are American Made which does mean they are a little more expensive but they are 100% healthy for your dog and are always worth the money. I am super thankful for everything Tina has taught me about being a good dog parent and appreciate her kindness towards my babies. If you are looking for a safe and friendly environment for your dog and are looking for good quality products I would 100% recommend SPLASH!!
