Grooming wasn't worth the 90 dollars. Took my dog there to get bathed and nails cut and trim his coat and waited from 2 to 630. They did his feet really well but the rest was barely done. They put him in a kennel to dry off with a blower whl there was other noise going around. He was very stressed and wanted to get out of there as soon as I picked him up. My girlfriend and I just got him from the shelter and we just got him to know us and trust us and what he went through today at the groomers it feels like we have to start from the beginning never go here for grooming it's not a good place to get your dog or cat groomed

We love this PetSmart. We get our dog groomed here and she loves it. Of course, we have to get treats and toys, too. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

I don't normally write reviews, however, I had to give a HUGE shout out to Cash my groomer at the grooming salon. He is the most amazing groomer ever. I am sure my husky gives him a run for his money, however he is always so happy to get her in, and does such an amazing job with her grooming. He has worked with us on figuring out the best products for her skin issues and is just nothing short of amazing!!!THANKS SO MUCH CASH!!!! It's SO nice to take Cali to someone I really can trust that she is in good hands. You are the best!!!

This is the one place, besides the vet, that has the food I feed my animals. The staff are friendly and helpful. I know they can't control the prices, as it comes from corporate, but that is my only reason for the rating.

This location is very well managed. We'll organized there was a line, but they got another cashier right away. I bought fish, and the clerk that helped me was very knowledgeable. One of my fish died right away, which made me sad, but I will guarantee the fish for 14. Which is very nice.

Went in to the store tonight to get a moss-ball for my goldfish. The store was very clean. We were immediately asked if we needed help - very friendly and helpful staff. The fish seemed happy and healthy, couldn't see any dead floaties. The kittens were so cute and happy. The cages were all clean and all live animals seemed happy. Charity at checkouts was so friendly. They had candy for customers in the spirit of Halloween. Had a very good experience!

We have settled on one brand of dog food and if happen to come to town and they are out of the biggest bag (best per ounce deal) they have always met the price match (per pound) of two smaller bags... they might have even done a single bag price match before.Seems like cat food is hard to get for some reason.

PetSmart already earned a 5* from me just because the shelter I adopted my dog from told me about a coupon book they'll give if I showed my adoption papers. It was a really great coupon book that helped a lot with all the purchases needed with a new pet. On top of that though, they also have great employees. We enrolled in training which was wonderful and really got us leagues ahead of where we were trying to train at home. The grooming department has always been really friendly and thorough as well.

This store always has what I'm looking for and what I need. PetSmart also has things I don't need, and I end up buying anyway. My cats and dog are spoiled with treats and tons of toys. My dog, which is a rescue dog, and most likely was never taken to PetSmart, loves going there with me. He gets so excited, and I always let him pick out a toy.

The groomers always do such a great job with our dogs! I have used several of the groomers; they are all friendly and professional. We've been using the grooming salon for 5 years now. Once or twice I asked them to groom a little more upon picking up my dogs, something like trimming up the ears more, nothing huge, and they were always prompt in doing so right then, and so kind about it too.I also brought my Jack Russell here and the training classes definitely helped my wild pup!I really do appreciate every one who works here and makes it such a friendly place, thank you!

I recently took my dog into the Idaho Falls PetSmart to be groomed. As soon as I got home I received a call telling me to come pick her up because she was too stressed. When I arrived I was told that she had continually peed and got a little snippy and that their policy was that if a dog peed twice during grooming they would have to take them to the vet due to stress! What?? Two days later I took her to another groomer and they had noooo trouble. In fact, they said on a scale of 1-10 she was only a 2 for being difficult. I feel like the PetSmart groomer was either unexperienced or over booked. Not going back!!

My friend and I literally drove one hour round trip for a goldfish, she’s been so excited to get a fish for a very long time, and we went in and the employee (male with pink hair) that helped us refused to sell us a fish, saying our tank wasn’t big enough. If they sell one gallon tanks, wouldn’t it be an obvious fact that they sell fish that are able to live in a one gallon tank? Apparently not, it’s all a scheme to upsell innocent people just looking for companionship in a little aquatic friend. Don’t buy into their lies, your tiny goldfish will be fine in a one gallon tank

Well I highly DO NOT recommend Amanda at PetSmart grooming in Ammon! I had to keep adjusting how I wanted my pet groomed, she told me that I complained and so she wasn't going to groom her anymore.I didn't complain, I made a change on how I wanted her groomed, which should be allowed!Amanda will change on you and not hear you out, nor will she accept an apology or listen.This was a miscommunication and the other groomers told her incorrect information.She was very rude when I tried to talk to her.I will never take my pet to them again! I was over charged for a service I had never paid for before and they have groomed her for 2 years now.The miscommunication, added charges i didnt approve and the drama there isn't worth it!!

I adore Amy at the grooming parlor here. I have a real squirmy little dog who is quite the escape artist but I feel very secure leaving her here. From the get go Amy's been very attentive to my worries about her trying to run away and is just perfect with her. Just got her done again yesterday and she's happy, fluffy, and clean! Thank you for taking such good care of my Mavis <3

I adopted a dog from the local shelter and needed a lot of help with training. I've had dogs most of my life, but this one was very challenging. The puppy beginner class was recommended and that's what I did. We completed the 6 week course with no real improvement. I was told I could take the class again at no charge. I tried for 2 more weeks with no real improvement. I left messages for the trainer asking for additional help or suggestions and was never called back. I'm looking into other training options now. They were successful in selling me a bunch of products to help motivate my dog that only lasted about an hour.
