ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! My Golden retriever named Bruno is terrified of people and extremely timid. He tries to get away before he has to interact with them. But our groomer was so kind and so sweet that he took to her almost immediately. Heather did absolutely amazing with my golden. She explained what she was thinking of doing, what would be most beneficial for him, and she knew exactly how to work with his coat... I am so impressed with it and I could not recommend her enough. She also explained to me what kind of coat he has and the best way to brush him, including what kind of brushes to use. Both me and Bruno are in love with her. The entire place was so clean, you could not see a speck of hair despite it being a groomer. Everyone was absolutely darling and all doted and loved on him and he felt so so safe. Will most definitely be going back sometime soon!

First time taking my dog here and will definitely be returning. Savannah did a wonderful job with my pups bath/haircut and was able to trim his nails which he is not a fan of. The place is also extremely nice inside and smells great - doesn’t have that musty wet dog smell at all. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best grooming my two dogs have ever gotten. I searched Google and read tons of reviews as my back is getting bad so I can’t wash my dogs without getting a back ache for a couple of days. I called Pet Center because of their rave reviews a few weeks ago and spoke with Heather. She was so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns as I have a pitty with terrible long nails (she won’t let me touch them without showing her teeth, so I just haven’t trimmed them in a long time) and I need someone with experience and confidence with this. Well today I dropped them off and Heather and Emily were the sweetest and professional groomers I had the pleasure of meeting. The entire shop is calm, super clean with an extremely friendly vibe. The best part is when you make the appointment they actually assign a specific groomer for your dog so they can build a bond and your dog can build a trust, how amazing and just perfect. When I picked them up I was so happy I made an additional 2 more appointments for them. My dogs have never felt so good and Hazels nails are much shorter and normal again. Heather told me she was good and didn’t show her teeth while getting her nails trimmed, I’m shocked and elated. Thank you Heather and Emily you are most kind!!

We took our small dog to Pet Central for the first time and it was a great experience. I was able to book within two weeks of contacting them. The grooming salon was so nice! The business is very clean and decorated so cute! Emily was our groomer and she was so sweet. She listened carefully to what I wanted and took great care of my nervous pup. She was done in 1.5 hours and my dog looked awesome! They are priced fairly. I rebooked immediately!! I highly recommend Pet Central!

Heather was AMAZING!! She was so friendly and informative. She gave me suggestions on how to brush my puppy to help with matting. She was very sweet to my little girl and made her feel more comfortable where it was her first time there. Her customer service was excellent! My experience at Pet Central way exceeded my expectations! It was a pleasant change from experiences I've had at other groomers! We will definitely be going back!

Kylie was amazing, the staff was very friendly and welcoming but Kylie made my baby boy feel so welcome for his first time getting groomed. He was nervous but she made sure to make him comfortable. He came out a handsome boy!

They always do such a good job with our Golden Retriever and he gets so excited every time we pull up to drop him off and is happy when we pick him up. The shop is always clean and smells good and I like how they groom the dogs where you can see them as you walk in. It’s also super cute inside and all the groomers are always happy and friendly toward us.

Pet Central has always been phenomenal. My dog got knicked a few times at other places and was terrified of haircuts, but they were slow, gentle, and careful with him until he was happy to get a haircut again. Pet Central is so amazing. I love it when we walk in the front door, and all of the sweet groomers welcome my pup, calling her by name, and are always happy to see her. They all are so welcoming, and it feels like home.Makynzee (my fur baby) is a pretty shy pup and can be very timid and doesn't like to be away from me or go with people she doesn't know very well. The girls at PC are so sweet and patient with her. They take their time with her and love on her to help her feel and know she is safe and being taken care of. I have noticed that with each time we have gone to PC, it has been easier for Makynzee to walk back to the grooming area and not be anxious about the appointment. When I come to pick her up, she is always so happy, looking beautiful with either a cute bow or feather in her hair or a bandana around her neck and smelling AMAZING! I know she was taken care of and pampered on by these lovely ladies.If you have a shy, timid pup like I do, and/or if you're just looking for a groomer for your fur baby that you want to make sure, will 100% take care of them and you can trust, I recommend Pet Central💓🐶💓

Simply the best!!Had a wonderful experience!! I was able to get my dog an appt for the next day when I called. The salon is chic and clean. Our groomer was Kylie. Kylie sat down with Max and I and got to know max before she took him back. Max looks phenomenal! He is very anxious about getting groomed but Kylie put him at ease was able to cut his hair and dremel his nails! I am so glad we have found a wonderful groomer!! Thank you Kylie! See you next time.

Reginald, my Great Dane, and Miles, my German Shepard Akita mix (lots of hair, let me tell you) were bathed, brushed and got their nails trimmed by Emmaly. She did an amazing job! She gave me a recap how each of the boys did and was overjoyed to help with them. 12/10 will recommend to others, lovely atmosphere with great staff.

I took my 12 week year old puppy here for her first ever grooming. I have never had a dog before and I had lots of questions. Though I tried to prepare her as best as I could for an easy transition, she was a lil restless and stubborn. However, Kylie was great with her! Very professional, kind, patient and great with my pup. She even sent me a picture while I was at work to show me how my puppy looked and that meant a lot. She also added lil cute red bows.
