Melaleuca, Inc. is not a company that stand behind their customers. They have charged my credit card for 11 months and have not sent me one product. All the money have want to my account but during this hard times, who wants a company to sit on their money. $597.90 was not refunded to me and will not be refunded. I have cancel my account at this time and it was not easy to do. If a company have quality products that customers love, why make it so hard to cancel. You should ask yourself this question. So I have filed a depute at this time. Updates to come, so follow me.

I was referred to Melaleuca several years ago by a friend who adored the company. I have ordered every month for several years. I called to cancel my membership last month. I found out that a backup order was processed so I called to find out why. The customer service rep(a very nice lady) figured out the problem by asking me how I spelled Melaleuca when I emailed my cancellation letter. The email wasn't received because I misspelled Melaleuca . The male clerk never tried to see why they didn't receive the email and he didn't tell me that my subscription wasn't completed without that email. They received the email as soon as I corrected the name. The nice female clerk offered to get me a complimentary $10 return sticker so that I would not be charged to return the backup order. All she needed to do is to get permission from a supervisor. Well, to my surprise, the supervisor said no. The clerk felt bad, she would have given it to me but she didn't have the authority. I called the corporate office and received the same answer. I can't believe that your company is being so petty over $10. That is a very small amount of money. I guess you must not know the value of a happy customer. I tried to cancel. It wasn't my fault that it didn't go through. I am very disappointed and unhappy. I would give your company a Zero star if it was possible. I received an email saying that you would welcome me back. Hell would freeze over before I ever patronized your company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They claim they have non toxic products but that’s a lie. Their products have the same toxic ingredients as ones found on the shelves of any brick and mortar or online store selling well well known brand name products. The only wellness you get from this wellness company is cognitive dissonance making you think you’re spending your hard earned money on better products without toxic ingredients. They take your money and don’t return it.Honestly if I could give no stars I would but I can’t.You’ll find better safer completely non toxic products at a farmers market, or small business. Save your money and buy products elsewhere.

Been a happy customer for 13 years. 35 points is a piece of cake. I noticed all the crybabies complaining about the nuttiest things. If you want to cancel, no problem. Nobody gets charged for anything they didn't already agree to. They act like shopping for $60 of products is the end of their life 😉You can't fix stupid.

Called company phone number to deliver packages. Shawna (?) answered the phone and said drop off at the front desk, at the front entrance. Came to front entrance and the girl said take it to the side of the building, to the mailroom downstairs. If the person answered the phone doesn’t have a clue what she’s talking about, should I worry the same thing about the people working here and the company altogether?

07/06/23 I have checked in by 5:35 and now it’s 7:29 pm it’s been two hours the loader is slowly loading my trailer one pallet every 10 minutes and that’s not fair and worse thing to do to a trucker even though we called them 3 hours in advance if the load is ready they said YES it’s ready. So annoying

I love their products. Their Renew lotion is amazing and their cleaning products smell great, I love one of their bar soaps so much, their version of "Febreeze" is sooo much better, lighter, and seems to eliminate smells very nicely. The vitamins are expensive in my experience, but they have proven, for me, to be great quality. I have loved almost everything. I just don't like how you have to buy a certain amount, roughly $80 worth, a month and I'm not a fan of that policy. Biggest gripe? The shipping fee! it is outrageous in this day and age to charge customers that much for shipping, when Amazon doesn't even charge shipping. BUT the shipping is very fast so I surmise they are quite efficient. I also have issue with the spray bottles and shampoo pumps, they just are not a great quality at all and I often find myself frustrated with them.

This has nothing to do with products but about your hiring process. I get called to come have an interview and then told it went good and I would hear back in a week on the job. I have not heard a single thing, if you didn’t want to hire someone at least give the benefit of calling like you said you would.

I was introduced to Melaleuca in 2007 bought my 35 points every month never had a problem I canceled my account in 2013. But I miss the products and finally found someone that introduced me again and I'm happy buying what I need most is the oil, body lotion, shampoo and all my vitamins. I love this product and If you want want to say that this company is a Scam or Prymid. It might be so is every company we work for and the government itself. So people don't blame the company or anyone for the lack of your missed understanding that your going to get reach overnight. It takes work ethics and dedication to do it. I'm personally don't like to babysitting anyone and that's the reason I'm only a client that buys the wonderful products❤

I do not recommend these products. The laundry detergent and all purpose sprays do not clean well. I felt by a ‘friend’ pressured to buy the products and ended up with a lot of stuff I don’t need or want.

Horrible company, I had an account with them from 2009 to last year. They are definitely not a customer based company, I have had a conversation with one of their reps and she sounds horribly sick but due to their policies they couldn't call in, yet vandersloot is on TV saying stay safe stay home. Great advice frank too bad you don't take that kind of care with employees!

At first I loved this company! Their cleaning products and self care products rock. But to charge someone a crazy shipping fee when they are already spending $60+ every month to achieve that 35point minimum. If you don't purchase 35 points you get sent an unwanted box that usually will cost you about 100.Also I've been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks. They charge you for just about anything they can. They are just out to get everyone's money. They do not actually care about their customers.DO NOT BECOME A MELALEUCA CUSTOMER!

Melaleuca cares about their workers and their customers their products are amazing and not overpriced. All their products may be similar to retail stores products but the fact that they don’t contain as much sugar and absolutely no harmful chemicals it is not overpriced. The only reason for a minimum purchase of 35 points each month is to qualify you continually for discounted prices as a preferred customer. Amy one who says it’s a scam works for a competitor and is dishing out false information which is opening them up to lawsuits. Also posting dishonest hateful comments solely to divert potential customers from getting the help they need is a red flag on anyone who claims to have been with the company and posting bad comments. Furthermore they don’t call you and harass you about leaving or wanting a refund and they don’t question you about leaving nor make it difficult. If you no longer wish to be apart of the company whether as a customer or a rep that’s your choice and the easiest way is to just fall out. And to contact them about a refund. Melaleuca has a 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. They have a 96% re-order rate and over 2 million customers each month and growing. There is a reason the BBB Accredited them and rated them an A+ and why a lot of medical officials and scientists love working with them. They also have a proven track record and a lot of state and government approved tests that prove their products work including customer testimonies as well. That is why you should always ask someone who really knows the company first before reading lies that people post claiming to be a review.

I hate this business model. Everything seems fishy and "scamy". This is 2017--you can't get away with not having unfiltered product reviews. Charging expensive shipping on all orders is not how the world works anymore. Censored genuine communication, reviews, company info, etc. Questionable pyramid scheme-style business model. Forcing customers to hit monthly minimums is silly. Charging shipping both ways is annoying--I kept a collection of unwanted products in a box in my house in an attempt to batch multiple returns into one shipment to save on shipping costs...but then ended up getting denied my return because they were outside an unrealistic return window. This was AFTER I first called customer service before sending the shipment to get a return authorization and approval. You charged me for the products, charged me shipping both ways, then KEPT the returned products and would not even grant me a store credit! I can't think of ANY other retailer that would do something like that! Having to sign a PAPER cancellation form for a 100% online company is RIDICULOUS. Put your customer first and you will go much farther.

BUYER BEWARE -- STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY MELALEUCA! I do not take lightly blasting someone publically. I just don't want anyone else going through what I have experienced and I gave them every opportunity to rectify the situation. I told them what I thought of their unethical business practices and they didn't care. Here's my story:Many years ago, I joined Melaleuca, one of the first companies to offer natural household products. They require a monthly commitment for purchases and it worked out okay when we still had kids at home. Now we don't need the amount of product that is required.I contacted Melaleuca to see if they offered a different plan and explained my situation. I was told that there was not a lesser volume plan and I asked that my membership be cancelled at that time. This was over a year ago. I continued to receive my "back-up" order every month and my card on file was charged. If you don't place an order, this "back-up" order is automatically sent to you.I called the company several times over the year (admittedly not as often as I should have) and requested cancellation. In January of this year I spoke to customer service for the third time and they said that I needed to fill out a form that they would email me and then fax or mail it back to them in order for a cancellation to go through. I printed the form immediately, filled it out and took it to the post office.Today, my bank account was charged for a back-up order. I called them again, told them I was livid, that I was attempting for the fourth time to cancel my account, and was disconnected. This is not the first time that has happened either. The poor customer service rep who was stuck with me today, Ashlyn, asked me to write several pieces of information on a piece of paper and send a photo of it to her email. I did that and she assured me she will see that this is taken care of. However, she can't do anything about the box I was charged for today except offer a refund after I take it back to the post office, pay to ship it back, and send her a photo of another piece of paper stating I want a refund! These products are heavy and I refuse to pay the shipping to send them back.Long story short, I am now out another $140.00 after having supposedly cancelled my account in January. In addition, they want me to pay the shipping to return the products they never should have shipped to me.It's a shame that they conduct business like this. They are a global company, albeit a pyramid structure, but I love some of their products. They have left me no alternative but to discontinue their use and try to make sure they don't drag anyone else into their unethical business practices.

They have great products but systems/processes are awful and scammy. You have to pay monthly and It’s the most difficult cancelation process I have seen anywhere if you want to stop. On top of having to spend $80+ a month, just got hit with a random membership renewal fee for $20.33 that they tried to sneak by. Good products, awful company.

I love the household cleaners. I cleaned houses professionally for about 2 years. I always hated the cleaners I bought at Walmart and such. They are expensive, they don’t work and often don’t smell that great. Melaleuca cleaners are much cheaper, as you can make 6 bottles of cleaner out of one thing purchased. And they work! They work amazingly well. They are safe for kids, pets, everyone! Highly recommend ❤️

WORST.COMPANY.EVER. they say be safe during these times yet expect their employees who have doctor's notes to go to work. It is definitely NOT a wellness company; nor is it a company about helping those it touches. Be warned stay away from this scam of a company! If I could there would definitely be a less than 1 star rating try more like -8

You begin your Melaleuca journey by listening to someone rave about the products and services. It’s very rare that you hear someone talk so highly of a company that simply sells everyday products. Most of us use products without ever taking the time to truly understand what’s inside of it and how it could affect our wellbeing. That’s why this company is so different and why people rave about the products. They teach you about the ingredients in the products, and how that product works compared to all of the large brand products. You get to learn about the company’s goals and how their products can help change your life. I really appreciate how they help you become a more informative consumer on all of the products you use in your household every day. I never trusted vitamins that I would see in the grocery store because not a single person I know has ever told me that this or that one can substantially help your overall wellbeing. So, once I heard about the peak performance pack I decided to try it out because so many people talked so highly of it. This product truly helps me feel more energetic and keeps me in a positive mood throughout the day. I used to get done with work and need to take a nap right away. After a month of peak performance, I’m able to work twelve hours without feeling fatigued.Once I realized this product actually worked as described I decided to keep trying some of their other products. I learned that all of their products are extremely safe to have in your household. In other words, they showed me how dangerous so many cleaning products are that everyone uses. Even the most popular deodorants in the store can be terrible for your everyday health. I highly recommend this company because it gives you the chance and opportunity to act towards making yourself and others you know healthier and more informative. This company truly cares about its customers physical, mental, and financial health. There are so many other things I could say about this company but the number one thing I care about is the virtue they carry. This virtue is trust and it’s something many companies don’t have, and that’s what makes it different from everyone else. That’s why you heard about Melaleuca from a friend that’s stoked about a wellness company.

BEWARE OF MELALEUCA! - Have been ordering as a retail customer for 15 years. They reactivated my account without my permission in June 2020, Charged me 19.00 and change then auto shipped some garbage order totaling 67.00 with nothing we use. I called inquiring and they told me I would need to ship it back on my dime AND exchange it for items i use at a higher price. Spoke with a Megan England who was very nice BUT did not offer to help me in any way. I should have spoken to a supervisor but after 15 minutes of BullS**T I decided to hang up and call my credit card company. I would expect this type of bullying from Vivint or some pest control company, but NOT this company! Sad that a company with such great products has such terrible customer support.

This is the #1 wellness club in America. All of their products are eco-friendly and made from natural products. They have cleaning products, personal care, beauty products, things for children and nutritional products. But, you have to be referred to the club in order to become a member.

If their whole mission statement is as legit as they claim, why aren't the higher ups willing to lease the space on supermarket shelves? It's supposed to be such an amazing deal. This whole thing is good, right? Why leverage someone's health into buying their wildly overpriced products? Further: why exploit the personal relationships of those the company "employs" or "partners" with just to use scare tactics about one's personal health for the sake of a profit? Promising personal health euphoria is no way to inflate a quarterly report.

It's a total con. For starters they make it extremely difficult to cancel subscriptions. Secondly their sales jobs are a total scam. It's one of those go bother everybody on your social media to buy their stuff with little to no payment for your services.

I use their products many times every day. Shampoo rocks. The gel is just to my liking, high hold and shine! Their makeup is popular and looks good on girls! Soap bars are of the highest quality and I can personally attest to the love and care that is put into each product. They treat my mom very well, and I can see the value in her work.Meleluca is a well oiled machine that has been around for a long time and takes care of its customers.

PLEASE READ THIS! I have been a customer with Melaleuca for 2 years. I absolutely LOVE the products and the customer service that Melaleuca offers. Yes there is a yearly membership, just like Amazon Prime/Costco/Sam’s Club. There is a point purchase minimum each month, just like Amazon prime had as well as other online companies where you have to spend $35+ in order to get free shipping. The horrible reviews are because these individuals were either not educated about Melaleuca and how they run their online store or they failed to listen when told about Melaleuca’s policies. THE CANCELLATION PROCESS IS SO EASY! The backup order information is clear as day...if you don’t want to shop each month, you don’t have to!If you’re going to bash a company, do it after you’ve done all the research necessary. Melaleuca’s customer service team and their 100% customer satisfaction policy is the best I’ve ever experienced. When buying from a company, no matter who it is, do your research. Ask questions. Call their customer service. Understand their policies and procedures.Melaleuca knows what they are doing and I am forever thankful that I was introduced to this online store.

Organic, eco-friendly and overall amazing products, and their customer service is literally the best of basically any company you could ever contact. I usually hate calling customer service lines but I have zero issue when calling Melaleuca. I would definitely give 5 stars if it wasn't for the rather high shipping: it ships by weight and since you're ordering 35 pts worth of products the packages are typically heavy unless you're just buying performance packs or make up. So please either lower shipping costs or speed up the arrival time, because UPS typically delivers within 3-4 days, for Melaleuca it takes a week minimum. Thank you.
