We came to use the Cat scales and get something to eat and drink. The parking lot is big and all paved, nice and clean...filled with trucks.The restrooms could use some attention but they look like they stay pretty busy here so maybe they just hadn't gotten to it yet. The store part looked clean and well stocked. There is a McDonald's at this location and a service shop outside.We grabbed a couple of tacos out of the hotbox, some sweet tea and a souvenir shot glass and headed on up to get checked out. The cashier was friendly enough he didn't smile or wrap up our shot glass, just threw it in the bag with the tacos.Next, we went to the cat scale attendant to check out there. This lady was very nice and smiled big, she looked like she enjoyed her job, we watched her handle the customers before us.My husband went to the shop to see if they had some tire blocks to buy and the guy said, "Not for you" very rude. He acted like it hurt him to call the store to see if they had some inside. I took away a star because of the way he treated us.If we're in this area we'll definitely stop in again for the store part, NOT the service shop!

June 2022. There’s construction going on. No dog park and very little grass area. Although, didn’t let the pups out because it just seems a bit shady. People there just standing, not fueling up, not going inside, just standing. Did use the restroom and it was clean. Some of the food equipment/ drink machines had “out of order” signs.

No privacy lock in shower and dirty/dusty shower fans. Bathroom was disgusting. McDonald’s was dirty with flies. No hot food stocked. A sad state of affairs

Okay so probably the best loves north of salt lake city. Really clean, staff was friendly. N happy people. Rare. Good conversation the town is awesome as well. Met good locals here. Shower was awesome. Could have slept in there. Lol. There's a drain for the shower. Parking is simple. Extra lot across street. I suggest a fruit cup with your value meal. Drive well, oh don't pull your rv in the middle of the lot to do a tire check. Tire pass it. Ol ppl, less work

Generally the best prices for gas in the area. Clean restrooms, great variety of snacks, treats, drinks, and souvenirs. Staff works well together to get customers taken care of quickly.

I've come here for years and have never had an issue,until today.Around 5:38am Britany decided to catch me while I was walking out of the store and ask me "is your hair heavy?" While sarcastically smirking. I responded " No it is not, why do you ask?" She said "oh,well it looks like it....that's good" still smirking.If she doesn't ask every individual customer that just so happens to walk through the door about how heavy their hair is, she has zero business asking me very sarcastically about mine or anyone else's hair who happens to look like me and has dreadlocks.She needs to be re-trained..... yesterday!!#Thorough #NonBiasReviews #CustomerServiceFail

No comment on the interior, however, the exterior looked nice. Cheapest gas prices in the area. Loves seems to always be paired with McDonald’s. Great station with lots of pumps.

The missing fifth star was its lack of proximity to a Starbucks caliber coffee joint. I could have used a coffee "diluted" with other ingredients at the time I came. Other than that, it's just another Love's Travel Stop that I love. ❤💛

Would have given 5 stars if they had potable water. RV dump is right in line with Propane so that’s easy. Bulk propane hose is short so get as close to curb as you can. There’s no RV gas pumps so regular gas lanes are a bit tight for a big rig but still very doable. All in all, a good stop, but no good place to park a big rig if you want to go into the store.

Technician James if you can call him that … unprofessional to say the least but the most likely to scam you out some money when it already hurts … never understood why mechanics lie and try to price gouge but apparently there’s no rules to how bad people can be

Nice stop to get gas,food,snacks & souvenirs. We love to stop at the Loves travel stop. It is always clean & has some things here in case you forgot something. And they have a good selection of souvenirs.

This travel stop has an amazing variety of items to choose from! So many things to choose from here, whether gifts or things for a cell phone, vehicle etc! I love the wide variety of things offered! Several good food items to choose from, that are also prepared within the facility. Staff is friendly and the facility is kept clean! GREAT JOB IDAHO FALLS, ID. LOVES TRAVEL STOP!! 😀

SPOTLESS showers! I’ve been to two different Love’s lately that had absolutely disgusting showers. But not this one. The showers here are spotless and for that I am grateful!! Keep up the good work Love’s in Idaho Falls. Clean showers are SO important for a life out on the road - especially to women. So, thank you!

As w travel, we know that we can trust Loves and that we can expect true octane gas, clean stores and restrooms, and a variety of useful things, and snacks and drinks inside. The problem here was the location and the double traffic circles. It's south of town, just of W. 65th St., across from a Pilot. Since we didn't know the town, this got a little confusing. We paid $4.15 for regular.

Typical large corporate entity that tries to put on a good show, yet constantly treats the front line employees terribly while overpaying the management, and overcharging customers.Don't be dazzled by the misdirection they try to use. Look at the amount of non-functional equipment (air system, etc) and look at how much garbage is consistently laying around their lot.

Normally I get great service and the employees are awesome...tonight however was garbage. Employees just looked at me, no welcome, no smiles no friendly service. Got something to eat and a drink. Stood at the counter for about 3 minutes, then the shift leader walks up. This kid didn't smile or make eye contact, just rang up my items and mumbled "love's card?"What the heck is going on here? Is this a new business model?
