My first visit was positive, informative and enjoyable. They had what I needed for a more than fair price. Customer service was excellent. Which is how I base my return visits - if at all. I'll keep going back unless service suffers or prices hike and force me to search online.

This place is so clean! They have a section for just about everything you would find on a farm or in your backyard. No reptile supplies, sorry.Found exactly what I was looking for, DE and a river feeding bucket.Beautiful supply of leather leads and tack.

My wife bought a water warmer this passed Monday which didn't work. She tried returning it today with the receipt, and was refused any sort of return or credit. We'll never go back. Thank God for Cal Ranch.

Selection is OK, though I suppose their focus is on local requirements. I came in for some feed for Herbert, my three year old klipspringer that my friend Ebrahim Rasool -- South African ambassador to the United States -- gave me earlier this spring. The girl at the counter appeared not have heard of a klipspringer before, nor of any species of sub-Saharan antelope for that matters, and she suggested I try Walmart.

Not someplace I regularly go ..but the manager was rude and just not a nice person at all .I'm sure this place is amazing if your needing the products and services they offer..I do not and after my encounter with the manager I wont be back
