My go to grocery store.Freddy's always has what I need and is getting better at keeping the store stocked at all times.The employees are pleasant and helpful and they don't smash your groceries.The store is generally clean and tidy and items are easy to find. If I can't find something, or an employee to ask I always turn to the app. The app is amazing at showing me where things are in the store.Great pharmacy. Easy to return or replace items through the customer service. They have money services as well. The garden department is pretty solid and their furniture and home decor items are pretty legit.

Consistent issues with accessibility, specifically the quality and literal accessibility of their electric carts. They’re often displayed as being fully charged and then die within ten minutes suggesting they’re not replaced when they stop working correctly and several times I’ve come in and to find them blocked completely by lines of the regular carts. Less frequent a problem but still one it’d be good for them to think about is display features that make areas like the self checkout just completely unnavigable with the electric carts and other bulkier mobility devices. As one of the “nicer” grocery stores in town I really wish they’d do better. Just being in possession of these devices for the sake of ADA compliance isn’t enough.

I love to shop at Freddy Meyers, they have things no other grocery store in town has. And their produce is always fresh, beautiful, and reasonably priced. For a big chain store they are above average!! And the employees I asked for help today were knowledgeable and so kind.

I didn’t used to be a Fred Meyer shopper but I am definitely becoming one. This particular store is great.It is really easy to navigate and find anything. The customer service is really good. There were plenty of workers when I couldn’t find exactly what I needed. And while everything is definitely priced a little higher than Walmart, they have tons of deals going on all the time in everyday items.The way the store is set up is very visually appealing, and the whole store was very clean. I like that it is a slightly upscale one stop shop. You have a pharmacy, groceries, a deli, clothing, garden center, furniture and other house appliances, as well as where I frequent the most which is the pet isle. They have a decent toy selection for dogs for not being a pet store.They did have a slightly smaller organic section than I have found at other stores like Broliums, their other produce was great. It all looked very fresh and was crisp. I didn’t see bruised fruits when I was looking for apples.

I stood in line for almost 30 minutes to cash a printed payroll check from Zions Bank. After waiting forever as one person tried to help a line of 9 people while others walked around and played on their phones, I get my turn only to be told they won't cash the check. No reason given and the only reason I went there was because my bank was on the other side of town. Add on the girl who helped me gave me a snotty attitude and brushed me aside when I asked her why. You'd get better service at Walmart. This place is a joke.

My favorite grocery store in town. I was really sad to see Smith’s close and struggled to make the move over to Fred Meyer. It was rocky at first, but they’ve exceeded my expectations over the last few years. Great employees. Amazing pickup.

This is really an awesome place to shop. There's plenty of food nearby if you're looking for a restaurant. The prices are a bit high compared to what I'm used to other shops but the service from the workers is awesome. They are always ready and willing to help and are very kind people.

Fred Meyers has a little bit of everything. They have a pharmacy, their own Starbucks coffee inn the west entrance, they have Fred Meyers Jewellers on the east entrance, Chase bank has a branch inside, Fred Meyers also has a deli, seafood, bakery, fresh produce, clothing, outdoor and home improvement supplies, home decor, and if course groceries. The staff there are friendly and always aim to please. Good seasonal clearance items as well and decent prices all around.

Check out clerk was not very pleasant. I bought $250. + in groceries, l asked for someone to help me to my car. I got NO answer. I had to bag my groceries. As the Clerk was TOSSING groceries towards me, litterly in the air and hitting on the table. After asking again for help out she said, " There is no one to do that." I was not happy. She then started to bag a few things, not very nicely, then said,"Someone just clocked in they will be here in a min." He did help out to the car and was very nice. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TRIP TO FRED MEYERS. I fussed all the way home, I guess I am still fussing a day later as I am writing this to complain.

Update: Watching this guy wheel out all of these carts next to Lincoln Ave. He actually stood there and watched several of the black containers fly off in the 40mph wind and hit cars driving by.Love the deli and the produce from Fred Meyer. Clothing options also convenient. Garden section consistently better quality than others in the area. Great customer service.

Recently shopped here and went through self checkout. The cashier working at self checkout, Jenica I believe, was the most unfriendly person I've met since I've shopped at this location since 2005. Love Fred Meyers, but if they can't keep a kind staff, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Their pharmacy was the only place from Idaho falls to Rigby that had my medication in stock , even with a national shortage. I wish I would have called sooner. Thank you Fred Meyer Pharmacy!!

Still a trash company!!!Over Priced Everything And Out Dated!Not to mention when trying to resolve a issue that has been ongoing over a year now and their tech people laugh and joke and make fun of people who aren't "Savvy" Online tech's are trash as well they sit and read what is going on and then never reply or even attempt to assist the costumer. Your pharmacy is a joke since they claim anything to do with Fred Meyer Pharmacy Website Actually has to be taken up with management and then these over paid people send it right back down the line to someone else and nothing has been resolved in a year. Trash Place IMO! Won't be spending another cent at this Midget Market. Good Luck!

I like the pickup option, as I don't like going inside and hate the remodel they did into another ugly warehouse-type store. I'm also finding it harder and harder to get the stuff I usually order, since it's frequently out of stock anymore. But the #1 reason for only 2 stars is because of the bakery...I recently ordered a birthday cake here for the first time. Because of this experience, it will also be the LAST time. When placing the order, I told them it was a birthday cake and asked them to decorate it so it was "Valentine-y." Yet when I arrived to pick it up, they had done nothing but a plain border. As this was for my daughter's birthday, I asked of they could do something more. They took the cake back to "decorate" it, but only added a few sprinkles and three small rosebuds, which we later learned were of rock hard (possibly royal?) icing and completely inedible. The revised look was a slight improvement, but still deeply disappointing. They also spelled my daughter's name wrong, despite the fact that it's a common name and I had literally spelled it out for them over the phone when placing the order.But the final straw was shortly after we cut into the cake that evening and the icing started melting and sliding completely off of it on the same frigging day that I bought it! When I take the time to special order and fork out $30 in this economy for my kid's birthday cake, I don't think it's asking too much to expect a far better outcome than when we got. Just completely inexcusable.

This review is *purely* for the pharmacy. Fred Meyer is a lovely store, however; the pharmacy has become complete garbage with seriously incompetent staff members. They have been going downhill for a while but lately it has been a steep nosedive. Can't get the correct needles for shots, even if you describe the needles you need. Can't get scripts filled, or call back Dr's so patients can get scripts. It's getting ridiculous. And now on tip of that, they're charging close to $50 for a script that should (and does at other pharmacies) cost about $6-$10. They won't take goodrx because they are "already giving you the best price they have" 🙄 mom and pop pharmacies are cheaper. And that is saying something.

I actually had never been to this Fred Meyer before Saturday, just don't spend much time in this part of town. I have to say I was pretty impressed. It's huge with a lot of variety. I was blown away with their wine selection. Also grabbed some chicken strips from the deli and they were delicious, juicy and not over-breaded. My kids really liked them. They also had a lot of healthy brands that I have had trouble finding in the area, like Nut Podz almond-based creamers and Primal Kitchen veggie-based dressings and dips. Check out was fast and friendly, as was the deli. I'll be back!

Finding specific clothing items on Fred Meyer's website is about as easy as shoving a mid-size sedan in your mouth, and only a touch more likely to successfully happen. How a major superstore like this has such awful website organization when their potential resources are practically infinite is beyond me. I'm amazed at the failure to take advantage of the internet market in the digital age.
