We've been going her for our fur babies for awhile now. After trying several other vets. Finally happy with the care our fur babies are receiving. This place is awesome, I would totally recommend them to anybody. From birds to lizards and doggos to kitty's. Thank you guys for all that you do.

We have been going to this clinic for at least 7 years. The doctors and staff are fantastic, just like they always are. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else! They are wonderful, caring people.A great pet clinic!!

I have been continually blown away by the kindness and professionalism of East Side Pet Clinic. My dog was diagnosed with skin cancer earlier this year and all of the staff, especially Dr. Ingvalson, have been amazing helping us through this difficult process. I recommend them to everyone I know with pets. I always feel important to them and I know they’re taking the best care of my animals.

Dr. Ingvalson is treating my dog for arthritis. I feel she and the staff are genuinely concerned and doing all that can be done to help Chelsea maneuver better. The wait is never very long, also.

I made an appointment for my dog at 11:00, I fit it into my schedule and planned around it, the morning of I get a text that my appointment is at 10:30, I called and explained my appointment was at 11:00 and I was curtly told if I didn’t get there by 10:30, they would have to reschedule me at a later time. Beware! Your appointment time will not be what you expected because the office staff doesn’t know how to schedule appointments correctly. I’m going somewhere else.

Eastside Pet Clinic is so good! They care about your pets like they are theirs. They are great at making an appointment as soon as possible and are so easy to talk to about your pet’s needs. Dr. Gray is very knowledgeable and informative.

I absolutely love eastside pet clinic the entire staff have been the most compassionate, loving ,understanding clinic that I have ever dealt with. I took my cat in for a checkup and Dr. Grisham listened to my concerns and paid attention to the find details of my fur babies behavior and asked to check him for diabetes his results came back positive and his levels where out of control. I am so grateful for her close attention to the small details she literally saved my beautiful babies life I didn't realize how extremely sick he had been until he started to get well he is a completely different car now he acts like a happy playful crazy kitten again. I am forever grateful to the entire staff at eastside as far as I am concerned the best vet clinic in idahofalls!!!!

It was very reassuring to be able to get my dog in quickly, and to have her diagnosis of pancreatitis confirmed and treated quickly and completely! We have taken our pets to East side for close to 40 years, and will continue to do so!

Okay so writing this is a bit hard but the vets there are nice blunt and to the point, that being said they do the job of 5 vets combinationd. I like how they all work together as a team to get the whole situation under control it is a great vet, and princess my dog loves all the vets though there is some she is apprehensive about. They have gone above and beyond for our furry family. Though there is some issues, the only thing I think is that they need a bigger building cause they should have more patients they are the best vet I have ever been to and I gone to a few and observed of other people's vets visits and I rather come here. They show kindness to the animals no matter what. Though I don't agree with putting animals down they do that. God bless this place and all the vets and everyone that works there amen. Have a great day and thank you, for helping us about every 6 months with a new issue each time. God bless.

The front desk staff are kind and helpful and the doctors and assistants are very kind to me and my dog. They are providing me with helpful options on how to make my dog better in his old age.

They never called us back on our dogs sample even when we called to ask about it they said they would get back but never did. Didn’t offer any advice or solutions, or even updates on our dogs vaccines. Paid a ton of money too. Go to the clinic in Rigby!

We love Eastside! My dog has anxiety and no matter which vet we see here, they are always so kind and patient! At our visit today we saw a new to us vet and by the end of the appointment, my dog was more relaxed and was best buds with the vet tech. I cannot recommend Eastside enough!

Our 2nd visit. Dental cleaning & extractions for our cat Chloe. Dr. Grisham did a preliminary check on Chloe (weight, temp, heart sounds, etc) and handled Chloe with care. She explained the procedure and offered us pre-surgery bloodwork and, after extraction xrays to ensure full removal of roots.We were provided a detailed & complete charges breakdown and thorough after care instructions along with individual syringes of pain medication, premeasured and ready to use.The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful.The waiting area is clean and airy.

We had a great experience with Eastside Clinic. We are full time RVers and they were very kind to get our dog Si in to update his bordetella vaccination. Dr Marion was very kind and took good care of our dog! Great staff as well. Spoke with Madison and we were also able to put our dog in the kennel the next day as we enjoyed a road trip to Jackson Hole, WY and knew our little guy was in good hands. We didn’t get the name of the young lady at the kennel but she was a real sweetheart as well. Overall the clinic treated our dog as if he were their own.Very pleasant and & comforting experience. Highly recommend.

I went there because my cat needed to have a surgical procedure done. Dr. Gresham is a wonderful lady and provided my cat with great care. Everything went great and my cat healed up beautifully. Definitely would recommend going there for your pets needs.

They helped me out with my chicken. Yes I have therapy chickens and she got sick. Thankfully it wasn't what we thought it was but instead of tossing her to the side and just recommending putting "a chicken" to sleep, they gave pain medication and antibiotics and within a week she was back to her normal self. I am very pleased with this clinic. They were great with my cat when she died as well. Took very good care of her until she passed on her own. Highly recommend this place.
