Diggs playhouse is the best! Before coming here we had never boarded our dog so were a bit nervous. We went in before boarding to ask questions, take a tour, and get more info. Before the first time boarding there was a free half day (or maybe full day, I don’t remember) trial to see how the dog does there. My dog was skeptical at first but the people at Diggs were so informative and helpful and comforting! They told us exactly how she did when we picked her up and answered all of our questions. They’re very careful with the dogs and make sure they’re safe. They made sure to ask how she does with other people and dogs, if she jumps fences, if she has anything special she needs with her like toys, meds, special bowls, etc. They’re very good about making sure every dog is vaccinated and have you upload current vaccination records. This is awesome because we know she is protected and safe. They provide food for boarding if you don’t bring your own which is nice. It’s so nice to know that our dog was well taken care of and not have to worry about her one bit when we go out of town. Their prices are very good and I truly think that our dog wouldn’t get better care anywhere else. We’ve now boarded her five times throughout the year from just one day to five days, and each time she comes home so happy and we can tell she’s very well taken care of. They always update us when we pick her up on how she did, how much she ate, etc. The staff even takes photos and shares them on the app so we can see the dogs playing with each other. Such an awesome touch! We will be using Diggs for all of our boarding needs and can’t think of a single reason why we’d go anywhere else. Thank you Diggs!!

My dog was finally old enough to attend. Diggs was amazing! My puppy was so nervous, as was I. He was so well taken care of, he was happy and exhausted when he got home. We returned a couple of days later and our puppy again had a fabulous day. They care for each dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable. Take the tour! Check them out, such a great place! Update! Still an amazing place. I've been taking my boy for a year now and he is so well taken care of there!

I'm honestly not sure why it has taken me so long to write this review.My fiancé and I have been sending our pups here since they've opened — and we all agree, we absolutely love Digg's Playhouse.The team is very knowledgeable when it comes to the wellbeing and safety of our dogs. Our boys love getting dropped off, and sometimes, don't want to leave! Brenden, Michelle, Kimber & Madi are all great to work with and you can tell they are all passionate about what they do.Thor (my mixed breed senior pup) is always hesitant around new people and he very quickly grew fond of the team here. That's how I knew he was in good hands!Zuko (our Bernedoodle puppy) loves every chance he gets to run around at Diggs and make new dog friends.We even get to see them running around and having fun on Digg's Playhouse social media platforms.We're very thankful to have a place close to home that we can bring our boys to. We're never in constant worry about if they're doing okay — that is always my biggest hurdle when dropping them off for boarding. I trust the team at Digg's Playhouse fully and am so happy to have a reliable place for our dogs to be cared for when we need it.

This place is a godsent!!!! I took my dog Buck to Diggs Playhouse for a 9 day stay over the Thanksgiving holiday and it went wonderful!! The staff was so friendly and responsive to any question I had about him, posted pictures of him playing, and continually gave me reassurance that he was doing good. I am now so loyal to Diggs Playhouse for the amazing care they gave my dog. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family for any of their boarding and daycare needs. Best place in Idaho Falls BY FAR!!!!!

I found this place last minute due to my lack of preparation for the holidays and I’m so happy I did! I loved getting daily updates while I was out of state for my dog Olive and my husband and I were so happy! When I went to pick her up, they were so friendly and let me know how well my dog did while I was away and Olive was so chill in the car home when she has been very anxious to leave places in the past. I am really excited to have a new location to board and I definitely plan to take her for some daycare in the future on my drives to work!

This is a great option for long-term boarding as well as day-stays to get your pet some exercise and socialization. The staff takes the time to work with your dog and is always very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Additional services include grooming, and the storefront has retail offerings of dog food, toys, treats, leashes, and bowls.

My have boarded our Bearded Collie at Diggs on 3 separate occasions since the spring. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and helpful. They really like dogs, and their compassion for animals shows. I love receiving pictures of our dog while we are away, and they happily provide me with status updates. The faculty is nicely setup, with a good outdoor play area. This part is 5/5 stars.While this is our first dog and first experience with boarding, the reason I didn’t give them 5/5 stars is because 2 of the 3 times our dog has come home from the boarding facility, she has become ill. Once she came home lethargic and wouldn’t eat much for about a week. The other time she came down with kennel cough. I assume these happen in most boarding facilities, but I hope Diggs will strive to do better by keeping the facility as clean as possible and not allow animals to stay when they have any viral symptoms.We will likely send our dog here another time or two, hoping she stays healthy, because, as I said, I really do like the people running it and the facility.

Michelle and Brenden have basically raised my dogs since they were puppies along with training them as part of additional service they offer. When we worked the dogs would spend their days at daycare and loved it. When they figure out where they are going they get so excited. I am totally comfortable leaving them in their care. I would highly recommend Diggs for your dog’s care. During a reticent trip we included our cat in the stay at Diggs. When we arrived back in IF and went to retrieve our animals our feline was not sure he was ready to go home yet. That by itself should speak volumes for them due to how finicky cats can be.

My 3 dogs absolutely love diggs playhouse and the staff(they don’t even seem excited to come home after)! I always feel stress free when my babies are with them when I’m out of town. They send pictures of them playing and respond to messages very fast, it’s very comforting to know my dogs are in good hands. Diggs playhouse is the first and only boarding facility I’ll use for my dogs!

Daisy (1 yr old) has been a part of our family for 3 months. She is socially timid with people. We have never had her "out in public" so had no idea of her interaction with dogs. Needed to leave town overnight so took her to Diggs to introduce a new place and see if boarding was an option for her. Her initial visit went surprisingly very well. We took her back to board 2 day later and her little tail was in overdrive! She was excited to meet new friends. The staff was warm, welcoming and gentle with her as they slowly introduced her to her new surrounding. She loved it!!100% recommended!

Needed a last minute place to board my dog over a holiday weekend. Diggs Playhouse came to the rescue! They came recommended to me and I will continue to recommend them. They are friendly, clean and well-set up for large dogs. My dog came home tired and in good spirits, signs of a good stay. Thank you for a great experience, we will return!

I drove from Billings MT to fly out from Idaho Falls because I won’t board my dogs anywhere else. Amazing staff that truly cares for your animals. This place is by far the best boarding place I have found. You will never be disappointed going here!!

Left our boy for the first time ever for a week. Diggs always answered my messages if he was okay, I love that they post photos of them playing in groups together. The girl I met at checkout was friendly. Will definitely come back if needed in the future.

Our 2 dogs can be a bit of a handful. Thankfully, Brenden, Michelle, and staff are great at handling all of their energy.We were able to have a stress-free weekend away, and the dogs were in great spirits (and exhausted) when we picked them up. We will be back!Upon getting a tour of the new facility, it seems that the plans for this place are great, and I am excited to see it completed!

Great Boarder! I made a reservation for New Years Eve, and he accidently booked it, not remembering that they were closed for pickups on the first. He rearranged his own schedule to honor his erroneous reservation and took great care of our dog. Had pictures emailed to me of our dog playing with others and having a great time within a few hours. Facilities are new and improving, will be using them again in the future!
