They were in my home for quite awhile, answering my questions. I had a lot and yet they remained steadfast on making sure I knew about all products. They were professional, courteous, had samples, and didn't high pressure me. I was very comfortable with hiring this company to do my job.

The measuring and installation was seamless, and they were easy to work with on everything. Great follow through as well. No complaints! It was better than advertised.

These guys are annoying and won't leave us alone after saying NO multiple times. I'm in sales and understand trying to close deals and what not, but when I have to practically force you out of my house and tell you no 4-5 times, GET THE HINT and MOVE ON!Now their call center is blowing our phones up after we tell them no every time we answer. I've talked to many other Roofing Companies in this area and they all recommended us to stay FAR away from this company. WAY overpriced!

My representatives, Les Gardner and Nicholas Sorensen were great! They were very knowledgeable about their product and I could tell they love DaBella. They were very kind and their was no pressure to purchase. I am confident that my new windows will help with my heating bill each month. My sensor on my thermostat decided to go out that night, so my house was like a Sauna. They made the extra effort to help me with that as well. I would highly recommend Les and Nick to help with any remodeling needs. They are awesome!

Jimmy and Ramiro came to my house as I needed some windows replaced and they were very polite and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the product and was able to help me get into a window that suited my needs. I was very informed though the whole interaction and they were upfront and honest with every question I threw at them. I was very impressed with the quality product I was shown as I had little to no knowledge about the market for windows. These guys came prepared with all the latest information on windows I could have asked for. When it came time to make a decision on choosing a window option they went out of their way to make a deal that was just right for my situation. I felt by the time Jimmy and Ramiro were leaving I made some new friends as well as a great investment purchase. The windows on the home we bought were cheaper and not properly installed. We had Shannon and Malcolm come by to check out the house and show us our options. They took the time to show us all our options and make it work for us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable and patient. They were also just really personable and cool to talk to. We ended up deciding to get our windows through them and are looking forward to the end results!

Kelton and Jeremiah were very professional in their presentation of DaBella windows. Very knowledgeable in the product. Asked up front that if we really weren’t interested to say no at that point. We didn’t say no because we wanted to understand the program we had called about. The conversation continued. They spent a good couple hours demonstrating the product and explaining how the program worked. After finding the best price for us we agreed to purchase the windows with a 3 day cancellation window. We were approved but the more we thought about it it was not good at our age to go so far into debt. We called and canceled. Kelton was good but the guilt trip was slightly there. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and sharp appearance of the two young gentlemen, Dax and Kelton, that came to give me an estimate on my window replacement project. I was told over the phone prior to their arrival what to expect from them during their visit to my house and that’s exactly what I experienced. When we toured my home they found issues with my windows that I didn’t know existed, but was not surprised with either. They photographed the issues they found and discussed their findings with me so I understood exactly what I was dealing with. If I had to provide an example of some thing, I was unhappy with, the worst I could say is that they offered me a discount if I went with them instead of waiting for bids from other companies, and making them come back if I chose to go with them in the end. Ultimately, I was only slightly bothered by this because it made things a little awkward when the other contractors called me back. However, they were the original company that I wanted to go with based on my independent research of the companies I requested bids from. I have yet to get my windows and sliding door installed. Otherwise, I could provide feedback on that part of the process as well.

Am planning on getting siding, roofing and possibly new windows at the same time in the near future. Have heard great things about Dabella as an all in one stop shop so I called to get more info. I didn’t want to waste anybody’s time not being ready yet but spoke with Les Gardner who was very patient in explaining everything I could expect as far as products, pricing and installation. He was quite knowledgeable and explained details from beginning to end to include warranty and possible financing options. I felt more comfortable talking to him about all my concerns rather than 5 different people to get the same questions answered. He was very real with me rather than just being a pushy salesman. With Dabella’s already stellar reputation and reviews from real people to back it up I will be using them when I’m ready. Thanks Les.

Ryker and Mason were great to work with and their honesty was amazing!We have had to cancel the order due to health reasons and Dabellas is not working with us on it. No measures have been or will be made, and no down payment has processed. We have notified the down payment credit card we used and have frozen the account to make sure nothing can be put through. We have spoken to several people in their office with no reply.

I liked the windows but the sales rep was very inappropriate. Shannon was her name, and when I went to back out of the deal she tried to extort me. She offered up VERY personal favors for what she called a "discounted rate" from her original prices to make the sale happen for the windows.I probably would use them in the future if they stopped using their immoral tactics.

Guy who I spoke with trying to set up an appointment for a window quote was rude. He insisted on setting up an appointment on a particular day after I told him I wouldn't be there. He insisted my spouse could assist the salesman. After several minutes of him not listening to me, I told him I was no longer interested and hung up. I got a call at 9 PM from someone trying to confirm the appointment I never agreed to. Went someplace else. Would never do business with them.

Brian Chacon with DeBella is very knowledgeable about the windows he sales and very good to work with. The installation crew are very good at the tear out and installation.
