Just went to the Bonneville Humane Society Thrift Shop this afternoon for first time in many years. I was so impressed with the volume and varied types of inventory in stock, plus how organized & clean everything is!!! The staff is incredible! And the kitty adoption corner is fun to watch, too! I would encourage everyone to check this store out the next time you are bargain shopping...it was a delightful! GO TO THEIR WEBSITE for days & times of operation. --Lynn R.

Unfortunately they don't have a restroom for their paying customers. Last time I was shopping there they told me to walk to the library. I left my cart of items and have not returned in a year.

Nice store that has a decent selection. Found some really cool items. Staff was mostly friendly. The clothes weren’t organized very well and pricing wasn’t clear. Great cause. That alone is a reason to visit!

My very favorite thrift store. Lady's have always been very kind to me. I always feel welcomed. They take good care of the animals. It is clean and easy to find new things to take home. Thank you for always being so good to me!

Horrible experience here with the employees. Every time I go here the employees/volunteers act like they don’t want to be there or maybe it’s just the heavy set girl? All I know is that I’m not going to support this thrift store any longer. Make sure you check the hours on the sign outside and then set your timer while you shop because the workers will close the dressing room and not tell you anything. It’s common sense really. I left a whole cart of stuff behind which could have been avoided if they mentioned that they were closing in 20 minutes. But hey, it saved me a lot of money today. Over an hour of my time wasted. I wouldn’t have even realized they were closed unless I overheard them talking about how much they wanted to go home. This is not how you operate a business, I don’t care if it’s a thrift store. They are lazy, unprofessional, and extremely rude. There are better thrifts in town, who actually appreciate your business and are happy you’re there and let you know it every time you shop there. Goodwill has much more consistent sales. Check out their $1 sales! First Street Thrift has quality things and Idaho Youth has a great selection of items. Happy Thrifting...elsewhere! Cross this stink hole off your list and you’ll be better off for it. ;)

Truly a great place to go and look at antiques and to play with the animals. I've been to so many thrift stores and humane societys but this one is truly one of a kind the staff are all so nice and truly have a passion for there jobs and truly care about the animals wellbeing. My first impression was that it was clean and for a animal shelter there was not any weird odor which is a great thing. I had such an amazing experience and I wish that they had one of these in California where I live thank you so much for the great experience .

My wife and I went here with our daughter to look at the animals they had. We were greeted by an associate whom was behind the cash wrap. As we made our way to the animals we were then greeted by Katarina and she was great! She greeted us with a smile and was open to all our questions. We asked lots of questions and Katarina did an awesome job getting the answers for us. I will visit again due to the great customer service we got.

I Love this Thrift Store. It is very clean and lots of good deals. They are one of the lower priced Thrift Store with lots of good merchandise. The staff was most helpful and very friendly. They have dogs and cats available for adoption. They were more than willing to answer all my questions about the animals.

Wow! This place has really changed in the past year. No more stink. Lots of new items and videos in slide out drawers. Much neater. Prices are fair and proceeds go to helping animals.

I go to this store often and usually their ok but I have to mention Tuesday Feb 20th 2018.I guess they didn't have many customers that morning so someone made the executive decision to close the store in the very early afternoon. I saw a customer walk out the door so I attempted to walk in, the door was locked. We were told by athat customer who was walking out that because they had a slow morning they were losing money and had decided to close for the day. Just how were they expecting to make money that day by turning down the NINE people I watched walk up to the door and be locked out?All I can say is wow, bad decision!

This humane society gave me a free $25 off a spay/neuter coupon for my cats just because I asked for it. The coupon is accepted by just about all of the vets in Idaho Falls.All you have to do is ask for it.Saving money is always a good thing.

We got our cat from you guys and he was just about to be dropped off at pet smart when we got in touch and yall brought him back to Rexburg so we may adopt him. He is so sweet and my husband and I are very happy and pleased
