Our dog spent 7 nights there and had a blast! Don’t send any of your own belongings besides a leash or you may not get it back. Very good price too!

My dog always comes back happy from this place. Seems like he was well cared for while here. Word of mouth is big on this town... I've already been spreading a really positive word to all that I know about this place. I highly recommend trying this place out for your doggie sitting needs.

We were on a trip to Yellowstone and thought having our 2 small dogs closer to us would be better than finding somewhere close to home. This is the first time they have been boarded. I did not know what to expect and can only tell my story. The staff was super nice and the dogs were safe there which is why they have 2 stars. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to keep a dog daycare and boarding facility smelling good. There was not a poop smell which is good but the grooming/ bathing station is right at the front so wet dog is the smell. It is great they offer bathing before pick up. After 7 days it was a nice add on ($) because we still had hours to drive home.We brought our dog beds and explained at drop off as well as on the admittance form that one of our dogs is only 5 months old and chews. There is a camera system you can log into between 630 pm and 630 am. The website shows a nice private VIP Room which I paid for. This is what made me feel good about taking them there. I could not access the first 3 nights of their stay due to login errors. I was saddened when I did login. My dogs were on a concrete floor, had it not been for their little beds I don't think they would have anything. There was nothing in there but the blanket and toys we brought. They seemed depressed which I kind of expected. No matter how late we checked the lights were still on. So basically our dogs who are used to being cuddled up on our sofa with us were in a room that resembled a prison cell for 7 days with no dark time and of course constant dog noise. I inquired about the conditions. The reasons was that the young pup had started chewing the couch so they took all the furniture out. What kind of dog facility doesn't have an alternative solution? Our puppy daycare facility at home has big bulky playground items like they have on a preschool playground. Chew resistant. Also, 2 of the dog toys we brought had big chunks eaten from them which means our little dog ingested them. Common sense to me would be to take those toys out. This experience broke some of our dogs spirit a little. Some just by situation and some by the circumstances. Like I said, the staff was nice and our dogs were safe but if I had to fork over $600 again I wouldn't do it for the situation we were in. In fact I would have asked for a credit but was to upset to even talk to them about it. I truly hope others have a great experience here. We were not happy overall. One mistake I made was not asking to see the actual room they were staying in. The photos show the website vip room and the other photo is a screen shot of us watching them. I'm just heart broken. I'm not sure how to move forward traveling.

I think it's nice that pets have a nice hotel they can stay at and have fun, when their owners need something like that.This place has been around for a long time so they must be doing things right. I know my daughter had Eddie stay there.

Our pups love going here. They walk through the door and forget about mom and dad. We honestly can’t see ourselves taking our fur babies anywhere else. Super flexible, amazing staff.

The staff here is great. They love my dog, he loves them, and he always comes home tired at the end of the day. The daycare drop off and pick up hours are extremely convenient for people who work longer days.

Ameripet always has the nicest staff and they are very attentive to my dog every time he stays. I take him to daycare multiple times a week, he always is happy to arrive and runs up to the front desk to greet whoever is there. Very reasonable prices and reliable when you need a last minute place for you pet to go for the day or while you are gone from home. I have never had a bad experience and will continue to go here.

We LOVE Ameripet. I have two huskies and I am a crazy dog mom. They always follow my written instructions and update me. The prices are very fair and my dogs love going. I have one husky who just turned a year but the first time she went she was about 7 months old and she still did fine. They rotate play groups to keep them small and not overwhelm the dogs. I also have a 4 year old husky that was not properly socialized and abused and they are so so so good with him! They check on him and sit with him in his run because he can't play. And then multiple times a day they will put my two together in a separate play area to let my other dog exercise. Then he goes back to his run and the other one goes back to playing with all the dogs. They are always aware of any issues and have good communication. The staff are so friendly and nice with my CRAZY dogs and I know this is hard because they are wild! Thank you Ameripet for giving my crazy dogs love and me reassurance that I can leave my pets.

I would 100000% recommend this place especially if you have a high maintenance dog because they truly care about doing what is best for our furry friends.My one year old pit bull mix is quite a handful. She is an escape artist that has extreme separation anxiety from me, so leaving her at home while working is not an option. Ameripet Hotel has been watching my pup every day for the past 6 weeks and it has been an actual life saver. She is able to get out tons of energy and play with other social dogs. The staff is also the absolute sweetest! They have done special arraignments for my dog so that she won’t escape and that has really helped me not worry about her while she’s staying there.

My girl absolutely loves this place!! When I first rescued her she was very iffy with having other dogs as friends, but once I started taking her here for doggy daycare it was like she became a whole new dog and loves playing with her friends at daycare! She's very quiet in car rides but once we're down the road from Ameripet she is already talking and crying in excitement, she loves this place so much that it's to the point once we get there she is dragging me into the office and doesn't look back at all for me when they come grab her because she's so excited to play!

We have used Ameripet for our boxer Rocky. Our experience with them has been great. We used their daycare, boarding, training, and grooming services and have been very pleased with all of them. It is so convenient that they offer all of these services right there. Rocky is so excited every time he goes to play at daycare and that makes me feel good knowing he is in good hands while I am at work or out of town. I highly recommend Ameripet to anyone who needs some extra help with their fur babies.

I love Ameripet! My dog goes here regularly as I travel for work a lot. He is always very happy to go. The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. They also offer Sitter 4 Your Critter, for in home pet services. I have them come walk my dog three times a week. They leave you a lock box for your key and a sheet of info about the dog (went to the bathroom, got a treat...) Very trustworthy!

My dog was there for four days. She suffered from extreme dehydration and gastric ulcers which she has never had before. We had to take her to the vet the same day we picked her up because she was coughing up blood and had blood in her stool. She stayed at the vet for two days under close supervision. Up to this point she has been incredibly healthy and has always been very well cared for. Just two weeks prior to boarding she was at the vet for a physical and her rabies shot - a clean bill of health. I'm not sure what's going on here, but I'm concerned enough to want to help others that might be considering this place.

We have had our dog stay here many times over many years. This place is highly recommended. The staff here are dog people! our dog actually gets excited about staying here when we drop her off! They offer day care and in the summer, take the dogs on hikes. we will often check their facebook page when we are on vacation because they will post pictures of the dogs on hikes! Love that!!!

My pup returned to me very nervous and shaken from her experience after just one day. She didn't calm down until the next morning poor thing. Her paws smelt like urine yet her fur smelt like spray you would put on after grooming a dog, which I didn't add on. And she doesn't particularly care to step in any of her mess which is why I was concerned.I'm sure for other people they have had a better experience but unfortunately for me it was not.

The staff was great and exceeded expectations by feeding my dog as well as allowing after-hours pickup when I got stuck working late. I took him for daycare almost every Monday through Friday for over starting while he was a puppy. He was always super excited and ready to play whenever I pulled into their parking lot. Their professional handling of all their daycare dogs helped make mine extremely well tempered toward any other dogs he has ever encountered.

We like them and will continue to use them to board our dogs when we can't take them with us. They have the most comprehensive care questionnaire I've ever seen and everyone I've seen there is great with animals. Both my dogs came out happy and healthy.

This is a great place that strives to provide the best care for your pets. Their daycare service is wonderful and allows your dog to socialize with other friendly dogs. I would love to move back to be able to use them! It's hard to find good places that board and also do daycare services! Their kennels are also regularly cleaned and maintained and the staff genuinely cares about every dog or cat that comes through!

I was so apprehensive about dropping off my girl, but it was something I needed to do for 3 days. I called with multiple questions and they were wonderful. When dropping her off they were kind and caring. I ran into a couple of cold shoulders when picking her up, and she definitely needed a bath upon pickuo, which hurt my heart a little, but for my first kennel experience, I was pleased.

This was the first time we boarded our doggy. We chose this place because they guaranteed us that she would have at MINIMUM three hours a day to socialize with other dogs outside. She is a very sweet dog that can get along with any other dog, so they said she would fit right in and shouldn’t have any problems. When I picked her up I asked what group she was placed in and how she did. They informed me that she was housed on a “side” of their boarding that had only groups of family dogs and those dogs were not allowed with other dogs. Therefore they gave her ZERO time to socialize or go outside other than to use the bathroom each day… FOR FIVE DAYS!!! We also left five bones for her, one for each day to help keep her occupied when she was in the kennel. When we picked her up they gave us two back, meaning they only gave her one three out of the five days! Especially knowing she was locked up all day long she didn’t even have her bones to chew on! When I complain to the manager she did give me a refund but couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t have just put my dog on one of the other sides for social time. Obviously there’s no supervision, reliability, or accountability. This was very upsetting and to top it off she lost about 10 pounds, so who knows whether she was even fed or just so depressed she didn’t want to eat! I would never recommend Ameripet to anyone who loves their animal!

We were only in town for a couple days. We wanted to board our Australian Shepherd rather than finding an expensive pet friendly hotel. The office was very nice and helpful and after just a few check-in papers we were all set. We picked up our pup a couple days later and he seemed very happy and well exercised as he did get to play with the other dogs.

My cat has always been very well taken care of at the Ameripet! The staff is very accommodating, and was willing to work with my cat's medication and food schedule. They've also been friendly in every interaction I've had, whether in person or by phone. It's been easy to make and cancel reservations if needed. I've never boarded a dog, but I would highly recommend this boarding facility for cats!

Our dogs love staying there. We travel a lot and we hate having to leave them but we feel much better knowing that there is a place we can trust and they will be well taken care. They have a big space so the dogs will not spend the day inside a crate. They will play a bunch and have a blast.

When I came in the first time, I didn't know anything and the front reception staff were SUPER nice and helpful. When I brought my dog in, they seemed to treat the dogs like their own. They even gave me a dog "report card" and I loved that.I would totally recommend to anyone and will definitely be bringing my dog in again!

Ameripet Hotel has been housing my dog Brady while I am in between homes. They are super friendly and are doing a great job of taking care of my dog. Super attentive staff, will definitely board my dog there again.
