Becareful coming in to this store even as a shopper. I heard Manger giving out one of there worders personal information while they were in the hosptail and after that I didn't even want to shop there especially when I'm also having to wait on everyone because they are playing on their phone.The amount you actually pay attention to with how the employees are it's not worth even coming to this one, go to the one Broadway or 17th before they give out your card info or home info

Went on to buy sliced turkey from deli saus 6.99 lb when she handed it to me says 7.99 on package I asked attendant she says it will be correct at register it wasn't had to go to customer service

I have been going to this Albertsons location for years and they rarely disappoint on selection. Their sushi is a must if you go there. Compare to the other two Albertsons in the Idaho Falls area, this one is the best. The store also has friendly employees and is clean.

3 times now, two different stores, deals clipped on app, don't credit the discount at register. Two chats with customer service got 'disconnected' after both agents had my phone number, and neither one followed up.. store personnel in Jackson acknowledged the system doesn't work... The effect, this store sells you on a discount price at the shelf, and then doesn't honor it. Can you say bait and switch..?

I just moved to the area from Rexburg where I frequent the local Albertsons. I was picking up some boxes of soda cans and some dog food. After moving all day, I just auto piloted into carrying it all. Only the self check out was open but one of the employees (I think might have been in management if I remember from his name tag) offered to help scan the items since my arms were full. He was very kind and helpful and I heard him helping someone else with something as I left. It was really nice to have someone who seemed to notice and care about serving customers as people when it's so easy these days to just go through our daily interactions mechanically (both from the worker and the customer side). I've experienced this friendly type of service at other Albertsons before and I'm happy it seems this one will follow suit.Update: I've lived here a year and I'm still astonished at the Great service we receive here. I've never encountered an employee who wasn't friendly and making sure that I had the help I needed above and beyond what I'd experience elsewhere. That says something about the management if everyone seems to be on board with actually creating positive experiences for each customer.Seriously, even something as simple as I ordered grocery delivery but for a time before the hot chicken pot pies would be ready and I'd added those for our lunch that day since we were sick and not up to cooking. They sent me a message and sent the rest of the order ahead, so I'd get it on time and then sent the pies as soon as they were ready. I mean who even thinks to do that? It may seem like little things, but it seems like something happens each encounter with this store to make it just a bit better and all of that adds up! Way to go! Thank you and please keep it up!

I was there on 01/01/2024. Went through a checker's line named Chuck. He was very unprofessional. There was a guy at the end of the checkstand who Chuck was talking to. I was never given any eye contact. I was never asked if I found everything ok. All Chuck did was carry on the conversation with the guy at the end of his checkstand. And mind you, he wasn't even an Albertson's employee. Albertson's used to be better than this.

17th St and Holmes location:Great staff. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Deli is amazing (sushi, fried chicken, sandwiches, sliced cheese & lunch meat and sides). Bakery has awesome fresh breads an the bagels are awesome. Meat dept is so friendly, clean, helpful, and will advise you of the best deals. Incredible sales and promos. Baggers are very kind and will help you to your car at any friendly cashiers request.

I am just now getting over one of the worst cases of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. Bought fried chicken and a pasta salad side from the deli here on Saturday 7/1. It was the pasta salad that caused the poisoning. This is the last straw for me. Other shady situations, besides the higher prices, that I’ve observed: Bought chicken to bbq at home and discovered it was already bad despite the exp. date being 2 days later. Vitamins 2 years past their expiration date being put on sale for 50% off. Why would you try to sell those?? I really hope you fix your problems for the health and wellbeing of your customers. For me, I’m done rolling the dice with you.

Nice floor employees...We went through self checkout and both attendees were talking to some more interesting folks so I couldn't ask for help on a quantity. Considering it's sharing a building with Orielys and Good Will ,there were a lot of stuffy customers 🧐

Albertson's Drive up and Go is such a blessing for this busy mom. The employees are incredibly helpful, making sure they get the order just right. Mindy is amazing! If there ever is a mix up, she goes out of her way to make it right.

Place isn't all that great. They overcharge by like 150% for all products that you buy. The managers here aren't great.As an employee their communication is absolutely terrible. I got hired then. Spent a week just trying to get them to put me on the schedule. Lots of "I'll talk to her! I'll do that as soon as possible" then nothing in the slightest.Then comes being sick. Apparently they put me back on the schedule, didn't let me know they had, then terminated me for not calling to check, being sick for "too long" and had several mix ups in the process of telling me I was terminated.One week I'm fine and good and I call again and hear a different story.TLDRCommunication is horribleEmployees health isn't a concern for them in the slightestNobody talks internallyAbsolutely abysmal treatment from the front end manager and a load of micromanagement.I wouldn't recommend anyone work here, unless they were desperate

Shopped yesterday. The checker gave me a lot of negative attitude about my legitimate Albertsons app discounts. It was embarrassing. That was the third time in the last couple of months checkers have been rude. And last week I stood at the meat counter for five minutes while the only employee behind the counter turned his back on me and continued a personal phone call. I'll assume Albertsons 17th Street does not value me as a customer and move on to another grocery.

My tap to pay feature on my phone wasn't working and I had unfortunately left my wallet at home. The lady working the self checkouts was nice enough to hold my stuff up front while I ran down the street to get my wallet and pay for my items.

Albertsons is my favorite grocery store for a quick last-minute item or two! While I generally don’t get all of my groceries there, their produce is fresh and they have several fresh deli items available! I especially like that the store is clean and very conveniently located!

It is really difficult for a grocery store to fail, but Albertson's did. I was treated rudely by the front end manager - you know, the guy who is SUPPOSED to make customers happy. They put a SALE price on an item in font size 70b and then the kicker that you have to purchase multiple units to get the discount price (naturally in font size 2). When I questioned, I was insulted. When I asked to speak to customer service, Gerry called on the loud speaker, but no one showed up. Here's a hint: whatever it is, it's cheaper at Walmart. Nope. Not going back.

The only improvement Albertsons could make is on price. Otherwise it is a good all-around store that is clean, has full service departments, broad selection in sizes and brands of packaged groceries, and now options for drive up pickup or delivery of groceries.I have used delivery twice from this store to a family member and both times the in-store employees have gone above and beyond expectations. They partner with Door Dash in Idaho Falls for delivery.The pickup service was also easy and efficient the one time I used it.

Update: I called the customer service. They did nothing to help me besides saying the they could not help.Terrible customer services. Tried to return an item but Idid not have the receipt. The associate said that I could not get a refund. In-sore-credit was not offered to me either. I just left the item in front of him. Not buying here ever again!

Not bad. The selection is fine for a quick trip, but I couldn't do all my shopping here. The people here have never been particularly friendly. (UPDATE: it's been brought to my attention by several different people with different socioeconomic backgrounds that, if you're of a certain skin color, you may not receive fair treatment. So you may want to go elsewhere if you have extra melanin in your skin, or if you care about the unfair treatment of other humans.)

Very nice service, good layout of store, a little bit pricey although great sales especially on meat. They always have a bogo or buy one get three deals on meat. This store is way more convenient than Walmart by far, I can get in and get what I need and get out very quickly.

The customer service here was great as was the late night floral selection!!! Shout out to Isabelle (pretty sure that was her name)!!! She was super on top of taking care of everyone and being sociable in the best possible way!!! If you need help, she’s your person!!!

This store is close to my home and convenient, and I love many of the employees but their prices are 10-20%+ higher than other grocery stores. Inflation hit harder here. I have moved the bulk of my shopping elsewhere and just go here for a quick item or two that I need.
