I love this Albertsons. I go frequently, especially for meat, produce, deli and soda sales! Close to my house, clean, well stocked and friendly employees. I recently tried the grocery pick up. I ordered quite a bit of produce. It was all perfect. My shopper was Shawn G. He was friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work!

Just a nice place to shop if you need anything. Keisha works there she's really awesome 😉. Hard workin people there. VERY CLEAN STORE. Been going here since I was about 15 years of age. Has idk @ 10 other business' outside in the strip mall of Albertsons.

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.I went to this store for the first time on April 15 at around 10pm. When I walked towards the refrigerator isle the person on the intercom announced that attention was needed on the refrigerator isle.I found that very strange because there had been no announcements prior to this - for context I am black. I lingered in the store a while at the checkout to see if there would be any announcements made when the white people go in the isles and there was none.There wasn’t even an announcement that closing time was approaching. The person felt so comfortable with racially profiling me that they even announced it over the intercom.It’s 2024 and this is still a conversation we having - it’s honestly so exhausting. The fact that the worker was so bold in his racism is sickening.I ended up going to the other Albertsons to buy what I needed because they obviously don’t want black business at this store.

The service is great here. They opened extra lanes when the lines started getting long. Pretty good selection of fresh food. It is not a large store. I was able to find everything I was looking for. Nice selection of beer and wine.

This is always a good place to go, maybe not for the best prices, but for customer service and ease of shopping. I regret having to leave a 1 star review. However, after over spending ($70 for 6 pumpkins), the guy with the bad teeth in the deli was very rude and clearly was having a bad day. It is the job of a professional to leave his or her emotions at the door when they get to work. This guy gave me my first truly bad experience at Albertsons and I decided to not buy my family meal there tonight. Employees like this make me question being a patron of business establishments.

They close the doors early and then get an attitude when trying to spend money there 10 min before they close. Guy was super rude tonight. Lost my business for good.

It's close by and with the app, you can get some deals cheaper than Walmart. The inside deli has cheap dinner for under $15. The produce is better than Walmart.

The store is great. The selection of fresh meat is awesome! The only complaint I have is outside the store smelled bad. I know it's not Albertson's fault, but some other business is making the area smell unappealing

A great, upscale grocery store! You can buy a variety of local beers, sushi roll and ready-to-eat salads. Good to prepare for a travel to MT Grand Teton.

Spent $47.99 on 3 bags of produce…not even organic! 🤷 Wayy overpriced!! I should have gone elsewhere but I was pressed for time. Never going back!!Response to Albertsons:Prices are on the rise, that is true. However, the prices I paid at this Albertsons location Farrrr outpace the prices I have seen anywhere else in Idaho Falls. $50 for three partially filled bags is outrageous. I could pay $50 for 10 bags of meat, dairy products, snacks, etc at any other store. Please don't invalidate my concerns by telling me I am wrong about my opinion.

I went get the party bucket the lady at the deli put in some chicken strip and filled in the rest with potato wedges. The problem was it should be 2lbs chicken 1lb potatoes. I got 1.5lb potatoes and 1.25 ish dry chicken, she didn’t weight it and when the chicken ran out they just added more potatoes. This sucks for a group of people who want Chicken. This is the second time at this location on broadway. If you want fried chicken go to the Ammon or 17th street locations.

I absolutely LOVE Albertsons as a grocery store, this location is hands down 5 star worthy!! They always what I need! Even when I didn’t think I’d need it lol! Employees always cheerful and helpful!! Keep it up Albertsons!!

I haven’t been in an Albertsons in years. Stopped by after my flight landed before I drove 2 1/2 hours home.It seems like what I remember Albertsons to be like and would stop again.The one change I noticed was no quick line with a limited number of items. Now there is a self checkout line with one customer service representative for 4 or so self checkout.I laughed inside remembering a recent meme stating ‘I wonder when I will start getting W2s for my self checkouts’ lol. I went to another line, there was only one person (very full cart but I was enjoying stretching my legs after the flight and before heading home)Was it perfect, no the cantaloupe was mostly green in the cut up fruit bowls and a few other things. But I would stop again.

This has always been a good store. They've got most everything grocery-wise you'd need and a friendly staff. They may not have the cheapest prices in town, but they're not the most expensive either.And I'd rather have their fried chicken than KFC any day.

I've just recently moved to the other side of town and have been using this Albertsons for the last several weeks. I must say that their deli is one of the best. They're turkey and chicken pot pies that are hot and ready, are an incredible value at just $5 each.

My last time at that store. I bought groceries and have for many years at the Albertsons on Broadway. I wanted $25 back. When entering in the computer at the checkout stand, the page blanked out. I asked the cashier if it took my request because I needed $25 in cash. Was going to donate this to the Skyline High School food back for the girls there. She told me she couldn't tell until the end. I got 25 cents back. I told her I wanted $25. She said it was too late and I now had to go to customer service. I wasn't happy, but went. At customer service, I was told I had to buy something. I showed the girl my full cart and she said it didn't matter, I had to buy something.I did not buy anything more, I will not again, and I was unable to donate. This was ridiculous. For as much money as I have spent in there, I would expect better.Goodbye Albertsons.

I like pretty much every Albertsons grocery store that I've gone to. I really love the deals that they have for instance their deal that they have sometimes is by three sodas get one free or buy 3 12 packs for a really good deal. I also really like that if you sign up for rewards program every time you put your phone number in and you go grocery shopping you earn points and that leads to more savings. Albertsons has really good deals and really good savings. I also like sometimes Albertsons is not as busy as Walmart and pretty much has almost everything I need as well.

Clark in the floral department went above and beyond to help me as a temporarily single dad trying get a corsage at the last minute for my son's date. Other stores had declined to help. Clark was obviously ready to be done for the day, but offered to go the extra mile. This meant a lot to me and I will be going there for all future floral needs.

The employees are great. They will actually help you find what you are looking for, and never appear put off at a request for help. Produce is great, butcher is awesome. They price match, are always smiling and are just all around positive. Makes for a stressless shopping experience.

We go here when we don't want to drive all the way to WinCo typically we pick up bratwurst and our fruits they tend to last longer than either Walmart or WinCo. Also when having a barbecue we typically pick up macaroni and cheese we used to get it from the front deli section but now we found the Frozen mac and cheese in the far right back corner and decided it's way better all the employees here are friendly and more than happy to help.
