DON'T GO WITH THEM!!! Bad customer service. We called in September of 2023 due to water leaking from the upstairs master bathroom down to the room underneath. We found black mold everywhere. They came and completely took apart our bathroom and bedroom in 2 weeks, which was good. But then they didn't complete the remodel for 6 MORE MONTHS. We didn't sign a completion until March 2024. The guy in charge of the demolition, Lucas, lied to us many times. He said he had called our insurance agent to work out details, but then our insurance agent called us saying he couldn't get a hold of Lucas, the demolition guy. The pictures below show how it looked after they tried to treat the mold. I had to get after them to clean up ALL the mold.The price was expensive, even though insurance covered most of it. Our insurance agent said they were one of the more expensive companies that he's had to deal with. I went with Advanced cleaning and restoration because their reviews looked good, but, boy, were they wrong. Steven and Ishmael were nice to work with for the remodel, but they, too, were a little slow. Something always seemed to come up for why things were delayed. Nolan was over the remodel and he wasn't great at planning ahead or checking to see how things were going. We had to call HIM if we wanted to see things get done, like getting glass around our shower. They were always begging for a positive review. The awesome thing they did do for us, to try to make things right, is they cleaned our carpets where they walked, and even got a few tough stains out of our carpet that were there before they came. If you want things done in a timely manner, better pricing, and honest, good customer service, go with SOMEONE ELSE.I did talk to Aeshee (sp?) afterward, and she gave me back my deductible and 15% off the remainder of our bill to try to make things right.

Lucas and Michelle from Advanced Cleaning and Restoration provided outstanding service when they conducted a mold inspection at my house. They were quick to respond, arriving within 24 hours of my initial contact. Despite not finding any mold, they thoroughly inspected the affected area, even removing baseboards to ensure a comprehensive assessment. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free. What stood out the most was their refusal to charge me for the visit, emphasizing their dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Lucas and Michelle for their expertise and top-notch service in mold inspection and restoration.

I had a wonderful experience with Advanced Cleaning and Restoration! I had an unfortunate experience when my roof was installed poorly and when a large rain storm came through weeks later, it collected down the entire western side of my home. It completely destroyed my master bathroom, daughter's bedroom, 2 guest bathrooms, and my family room. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company to get estimates taken care of and even worked with them when my insurance company severely underestimated repair work. They squeezed me in and made me feel important considering nearly half my house was destroyed. They were always prompt at replying to my texts, and they went above and beyond to provide me peace of mind. We had the roof fixed by the roofing company, but when I saw what appeared to be more damage on my ceiling, I asked if they would be willing to come out with their thermal camera to do some testing. Out of their own kindness, they walked around my entire house pointing in corners and at walls to ensure me that there was no new damage. They allowed me to work with them on the rebuild of my completely gutted bathroom. I got to pick out my vanity, flooring, light fixtures, and brand new toilet. It was so much fun being a part of the process and watch my 90's bathroom be transformed into the modern ages. There was even a situation where they did a walk through and noticed that some drywall work wasn't to their standard, so they redid it to make sure it was up to their standard. I honestly wouldn't have known a difference, but you could tell they took pride in the work they did because of that. I love the work that they have done and I could go on and on with this review, but I worry about losing the interest of people who might be reading this! Overall, WONDERFUL company. Great people to work with. So glad I made the decision to call them during one of the most stressful moments in my life. Thank you Advanced Cleaning and Restoration for restoring my home and family from a very unfortunate event.P.S. Edit: I forgot to mention that if it weren't for Lucas and his knowledge of roofs (he used to install them), my roof wouldn't have even been fixed in the first place! The people who installed my roof were so naive and didn't know what they were doing, that he actually went up there speaking fluent Spanish, pointed out all their flaws, had to educate them on what to fix, how to fix it, AND followed up with me to make sure that they followed through on the repairs. I am sure that doesn't fall into his normal scope of work (maybe it does), but he did it anyway to make sure I was taken care of and got the root cause of my issues taken care of.Services: Water removal, Painting

I set up my carpet cleaning appointment with Michelle. She was professional and easy to speak with. Shawndae and Lance came out to do the work and were able to get out the grease stains that had been tracked onto my carpet by dirty shoes! Thank you Advanced Cleaning and Restoration!!!

Caring, professional, and compassionateOur entire downstairs flooded while we were on vacation and this company came in and got most of the mess cleaned up before we even got home. They were able to get everything moved from my basement which was a lot of stuff and we’re able to contract everything that needed to be done quickly and efficiently, everyone that came to our house was professional and gracious. Stephen was amazing to work with and always went above and beyond, this man definitely takes pride in his work and hold his co-workers accountable for theirs. I was very irritated when some of the workers were walking around my house with shoes in, Stephen was right on top of it and made sure it didn't happen again. If I ever need this service again I will definitely be asking for Stephen the man is the only one I would say I am confident working with.!!! Hell of a job man and thank you for getting my house back to the way it was if not a little better.

We had an evacuation pump stop working and resulted in the flooding of gray water into our basement. It effected almost the entirety of the basement. All carpets had to be removed, drywall had to be cut out along with baseboards removed.Ben and his team were amazing and very professional. All was going well. We got right to the end and carpet was the final task to finish the job. When it arrived it was found that the carpet was no longer made the same way. The color was wrong and the quality was not the same. Dee, Jacob, and Joey sprung into action. They contacted Ben and he caught to get us the carpet we needed to match like quality as we had before.The team went above and beyond to make us feel valued and top priority when it came to this project. A big thank you to all involved, especially Jacob, Dee, and Joey. They were professional and extremely helpful with every interaction. Cody recently re-did both of our bathroom floors in our apartment from scratch and they look great! He was very communicative, polite and professional. A guy from a different company worked on the bathroom in the unit above us and left trash and the old, dirty toilet right outside our door for over a week and Cody took time out of his day to come and remove all of it even though it wasn't his mess. This company has also done work at my parents' house and they were very pleased as well. Definitely recommend 👌

We just purchased a new home in Idaho Falls, and these guys took care of our mold situation in 2 rooms in our basement. We Had Cody for most of it and he was absolutely phenomenal. Cody walked us through the whole process and was very professional, and informative.
