What an amazing place, I took my dog Gunner in for the first time and the customer service was amazing, Gunner was scared when he went in, when I picked him up, he was happy and looked amazing. We have been back every 8 weeks. Gunner now looks forward to seeing the ladies in the shop and always comes out happy and looking amazing. I highly recommend this groomer for your pets.

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to The Cut Above, the Falls. 🐶✂️ As a devoted pet parent, I've struggled to find a grooming service that could handle my sweet but spirited, Wynne Girl. After being turned away by other groomers who said she was "unmanageable," I was feeling pretty hopeless. 😔But then, I found The Cut Above! From the moment we walked in, I knew this place was different. Their patience, expertise, and genuine love for animals shone through immediately. Even in the short time we're there to get my pup's nails done, they took the time to get to know my dog, earning her trust and making her feel comfortable. We have gone there 3 times and Wynne is already calmer and less figity when getting her nails done.We’ll definitely be back! 🐾

Our dog looks amazing and smells great. He went into the salon happy and came out happy. The cut looks great on him and his toe nails look awesome too. He seemed to be really happy with the whole experience.

We got to join A Cut Above during their March ribbon cutting at the newest Idaho Falls location, and we’ve had some of our own pets through as well as some of our client’s! They’ve done an awesome job every time and the owner seems to remember every interaction she has and everything each animal needs, no matter how long in between visits (it’s kind of uncanny).The location’s been handy since we can drop our pets off at this Idaho location on the way to the airport and the company will deliver them to the boarding place themselvesThey’ve got several local awards and it’s pretty easy to see why. The owner also loves getting involved in the community and has been a part of several events our team has put on. Love having them in the community!

Love this place and the groomers! I used to live in IF but moved away for 2 years. I came to Pocatello temporarily, and my Daisy was in NEED of a full groom. I took her there and she remembered the crew and they remembered her. They do a great job and are very kind to their "clients". GO!❤️

I want to shout out to A Cut Above for helping us quickly get in a sheepadoodle doodle that we are rescuing and bring her down to Arizona. She had been neglected for about six months in the backyard and was so matted and miserable. We called at A Cut Above and they got us in right away to help us out so that we could get on the road and get her to her new home. She’s all shaved, cleaned up and much happier now! Thank you to A Cut Above outstanding service.

My daughters and I both have schnauzer rescues that get extremely anxious when they leave home...but not here. They love it here. The staff is professional and the grooming superb. If you have a fur baby, this is one of the best places you can bring them. We brought ours because of word of mouth referrals and they were right. Price is competitive but service and how they treat the babies is awesome.

Today was the first day my puppy went to a cut above. I was nervous to leave him but I am very happy about the experience I had. They didn't do a full cut on him due to him being stressed and I was completely ok with that. I love how they cared about his well being. I will definitely be coming back.

By far the best grooming experience I have ever had, I cannot even write adequately to express how fantastic of a job Kirsten did. They are so sweet and helpful over the phone and have a very happy and relaxed environment when you bring your pup. I have 3 scottish terriers and have looked for 5 years for a groomer who could perform a good show cut, I was almost in tears when I got them back today, their cuts were marvelously done, we will not ever be going anywhere else. Cannot reccomend them enough!

Had our Nervous Labrador wash and groomed, they handled him very well. When we picked him up, he was cleaned and looking sharp.Most importantly, he was calm and happy, which was a huge change from the experiences we have at other places.HIGHLY recommend A Cut Above.

They were able to accommodate my schedule. This was our 1st visit. Chica came out looking and smelling great. Her black fur was shiny and almost fluffy...hard to do with a terrier coat. Unlike a previous groomer who sent her home in Dec wet. Very happy

My dogs look ready for the red carpet! I could not be happier with their grooming!When I first dropped them off, I was worried because this was only their second (third?) time being groomed by anyone other than me; but when I saw the other happy dogs and crew already in the salon, I knew I was in good hands.My pooches must’ve sensed that good people worked here because they didn’t even look back. It stung a little….. but I’m glad they were well loved and could share the love back. :)I will absolutely be referring everyone here anytime they find themselves in Idaho Falls!

Hands down the best place around to get your dog groomed. They don’t turn away dogs that are hard to groom and recently brought on a trainer as partner to help with the extreme cases. They genuinely care about there clients and their dogs.

I have a tea cup yorkie, I brought her in at her scheduled time. They didn't get to her until 4 1/2 hours later. She was so traumatized, know every time I put her in the car, she thinks I'm going to take her there and she just shakes.
