Worst customer service at their booth at Oshkosh. My 12 yr old son walked away crying from their booth after one of the Kitfox owners, Debra, wouldn’t answer his questions and weren’t kind to him. He was a big fan asking about the Kitfox multiple times a day. We were looking at purchasing a kit but we will be looking at other companies now like Highlander, Avid, Zenith, Rans Courier, Ridge Runner, Taylorcraft, Ridge Runner, Bearhawk, Super Cub, Husky, or Cessna(s). I guess they have all the business they need, and they are rude, would not trust them to take care of me especially considering required support from their factory during the build process.

Needed some parts and they went out of their way to help. Ended up messing up and having to go out to get more supplies, they stayed after hours so I could get them. They seemed happy and patient, they were more than happy to answer my questions and make sure I was doing it right even on an older KitFox.

Drove all the way from mt home. To find a couple I bolts and brackets for my ultralight airplane Only to be told that they won't sell me any parts because I don't have a kitfox! Is my money not the same as anyone else's? Very dismissive and unwilling to do business with me eventhough I own an airplane and some parts would be compatible. Was actually looking into buying a kitfox but not anymore!

John, Debra and, crew are so helpful. This is my second Kitfox build but, first since the McBeans took over the company. Theirs is a serious improvement over the old Skystar company.
