We had our rear shocks blow out on our way to Yellowstone. Kayden seemed to be ready to help and could repair it as soon as he had the parts. After two days of waiting for him to get the “ordered” parts and hundreds of dollars for motel stays we went to another auto repair who had the repair done in less than an hour. Completely wasted our time and money. Immature and careless customer service.

Our car broke down about 40 minutes outside of burley. They quickly got us towed and in their shop. They discovered our engine was shot. They were upfront and honest with us. They let us know that we were better off scrapping the car instead of spending a ton of money replacing the motor. They made sure we were taken care of until someone was able to pick us up. Traveling from Washington to Tennessee with my Granddaughter her car was overheating, called Kayden at 4:30 in the afternoon and he came and checked out the car. We dissuced the issue and he ordered parts which came the next day, unfortunately there were other issues that more parts needed to be ordered being Friday night we had to wait until Monday for parts. We ended up stuck in hotel for 4 1/2 days but he was able to get us back on the road Monday night. He was kind enough to give us a ride to and from hotel and was upfront about parts costs and issues. I highly recommend his services and Thank him as we did make it to Tennessee. I truly feel as though he was honest and fair. I highly recommend Kaden! We were in town for a baseball tournament and my van wouldn't start and was not drivable. I called around and no one could work me in for 2 weeks, even in this emergency situation. Kaden was however willing to help us out that day and get a stranded Mom and kids back on the road so we could make it home. He worked quickly to help us out even giving me a ride to a hotel and bringing my van back to me after he finished up. Top notch customer service and quality work!

We were moving from PNW to Midwest and our truck over heated on the side of the interstate, Kaden was recommended and he came out that same day to diagnose and drove over 40 min to get our parts that night! Fixed our water pump and thermostat and had us back on the road the next day. Amazing, couldn’t recommend this guy any higher! He was super nice, easy to work with and very honest. He even gave us a break on labor hours. Fantastic and highly recommend!!

We broke down about 50 miles from burley on our way to Boise on a Saturday night, and they were willing to wait for us to tow in and take a look at it. The were able to get a new alternator and work all Sunday morning for us so we could get back on the road and back home! They even gave us a ride to and from a hotel as our car was getting fixed! Super nice and great mechanics, thanks guys!

Highly recommended. My college student children were traveling through Idaho on their way back to school and broken down in Burley. Kaden and team went out of their way to get the repair done and get them back on the road as quickly as possible. This included driving two hours each way to retrieve a needed part. What amazing service! I couldn't be more appreciative. The pricing was very fair and the repair work was high quality. These guys are great!

The team here is incredibly accommodating. We had an issue while camping on a holiday weekend and they let us get it towed in after hours and worked on it the next day. We're not from Burley, so they gave us suggestions on what to do while our van was in the shop. Even offered to give us rides around town. Super fair and friendly. Would 100% return if in the area.

On 2 different occasions I have dropped into this shop unannounced needing help. The first time was for my daughter’s edge. None of the dash lights and controls were working and the steering was off. Kaden dropped what he was doing and quickly diagnosed the problem and had her back on the road in no time. The 2nd time my other daughter needed her door changed out and he took the whole day changing it out and rewiring the entire panel. Again he dropped what he was doing to help me out. I was traveling through and broke down. It happened to be a bad fuel pump on my Nissan truck. Caden called and found a replacement fuel pump which was delivered from about 50 miles away. He got it changed out and had me back on the road by that evening, this was on a Saturday. Without the awesome help and professional service, I could have been stranded for a couple days. Thanks again for the awesome help. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, anytime!

My F350 broke down 50 miles away on I-84. The tow operator recommended the shop so we towed the truck there. The owner was super helpful, didn’t charge a lot, and spent much time getting me containers of antifreeze and water to continue on the last 10 hours of my drive from Texas to Washington. He was even going to lend me his racing containers to hold the extra water I needed as a stopgap for the engine coolant leak (head gasket or EGR cooler). If you need help Night Owl will go the extra mile for you!

I was driving back to Utah from Twin Falls when My warning lights came on.. On a Sunday no shops were open. This place was closed as well but Google just had the hours wrong. A young man by the name of Kayden (I believe) had answered from home. He offered to meet me at the shop anyway. He ran codes, tested the alternator and checked for other signs of trouble. No trouble codes showed and as far as he could tell everything seemed ok. Said it may just be a faulty sensor or something but the car should be good to drive home. He didn't even charge me for his services.. After coming in while closed on a Sunday. I was more than greatful. I was out of state with no other options.. A situation very easy to take advantage of so this place is DEFINITELY honest.. And just plain awesome! PS.. It may have been Kaylen.. Please forgive me if I got your name wrong brother.. And thank you so much again.
