Unfortunately it seems there is large lack of concern for customer privacy and security here. A cashier shared our information to their relative (who has been stocking us) of our visit. Including what we even purchased. The management seems to have little concern of this and simply leaves it as "we can't help what they do when they go home".... something to think about when shopping... there's many other places you can find your needs!

I am upset! A close female friend of mine frequents this location. Recently she has had her boundaries crossed on multiple occasions. The older gentleman who is maybe in maintenance or on the janitorial staff has started making what feels an s sounds like extremely inappropriate comments to her, and/or near enough for her to hear. Also being followed, thru and out of the store. This is harassment and completely unacceptable. No one should be made felt like that, she’s feels violated!!! PLEASE address this situation or it will be taken to cooperate.

Price wrong advertised. Three shelves product thrown in. No not from customers. Did not change price on it at register. I asked for manager. After leaving register, they all went to the shelves and just took off the prices. Got pictures of everything.

When leaving the store a greeter at the door wanted to see my receipt. I told him if they didn’t trust me he should scan the items himself. If he was going to accuse me of stealing he better be right. More people should just leave with their receipt and let them call the police and once cleared action should be taken legally against the store and whomever felt the need to accuse someone when nothing was stolen.

I always f it and it makes me feel more energetic, because there is so much energy in the store.But it's well stocked and clean. To he staff are great.And I use one of the electric shooters and they are almost always wiped down and fully charged, plus they will follow you and bring the cart back and return to charging.

On 02/26/24 I came in to get an item. I went through self check and the item rang up $2 more than it was marked for on the shelf. There was a short chubby guy with a long blonde ponytail standing near the door by the pharmacy side. I asked for help and he shook his head no at me. I did not know his position. I can’t read minds. Finally after I was about to just leave the item and everything, a different guy came up. He acted as though I was making it up and had me walk back to take a photo of the item on the shelf. I have a disability but walked my way back anyways. Took photo. After giving proof and having to get upset, he finally agreed that was the advertised price. So glad Walmart is sticking to their fantastic “not my department “ customer service. But hey, when you are a big cooperation, I guess you can afford to be jerks to your customers

For the most part, the prices are good. I am much closer to another store that has really good prices, but very long lines. My issue is that many items are out, or very low. Tomatoes, you seem to have an issue with keeping tomatoes stocked.

Today the store was less crowded than most times when we do our shopping. Sadly though several items we needed are only available on the Walmart website. We're not fans of online shopping, we prefer in person so we can get what need when we need it rather wait for it to be delivered to the post office, as we live off grid & don't have mail delivery available to us.

What makes this Walmart so good is the customer service. The people that work here are very nice and helpful. I was especially impressed with an older man named James who helped me checkout. He was extremely friendly and every so helpful.

I called 4 times which I have saved on my phone. Do you get someone on phone to see if I left my wall? Et there period someone answered and said hello did not say they were with Walmart. When I found out their name they were very rude. I will do a better job in the future of making sure I order online from other places open Walmart so I don't have to deal with Walmart any more. I am so sick of them.

I keep getting stopped so you guys can check my receipt because I had “items that weren’t bagged”, yeah I’m not bagging my case of soda. I’m not stopping for your dumb checks anymore. Don’t trust people at self checkout? Hire more employees to run your 20 unused checkouts then.

The amount of actual check out lines open vs having to use self check out is ridiculous. Older lady in front of us requested help out with her items (2 carts worth) and the cashier sent 3 requests off to get her help and no one came. Piss poor customer service.

If I could give it a ZERO I would. Went in last night to return an item and pick up a few things for dinner when we were approached by your VERY RUDE and disrespectful manager I’m assuming. She, without reviewing any camera footage or even confirming it was us, approached by fiancé and I demanding we leave the store because we had been “horsing around” in the bike section in which we had not even entered and even after telling her that it was not us and explaining we just walked into the store, she continued to harass and interrogate us. She proceeded to stand at the end of the isle while we were collecting our pasta and sauce and as we tried to proceed on with shopping she stood in front of us telling us we still needed to leave because she “did not believe it wasn’t us”. After asking if she had even checked cameras to see if they looked anything like us, she said no because it “wasn’t that type of situation”. Standing in front of us as if we were children knowing things off of the shelves and wouldn’t let me, AN ADULT WOMAN, proceed shopping until I “promised to behave” in the store. You have high tech security and cameras for a reason, why not use them instead of LOSING BUSINESS and proceeding to interrogate shoppers with no proof. Get her on a leash and make sure you have the right people before blindly accusing people of things they hadn’t done.

Lots of affordable options in food, clothing, toys, hardware, crafts, household goods, pharmacy, beauty, etc. Kind staff. Generally clean store. Bathroom cleanliness... Eh, not Target cleanliness, but not as bad as a gas station bathroom.

I don't usually post anything cuz I normally like Walmart but today I just got out of surgery and the greeter not only almost ran me over but he refused to give me the wheelchair with the motor to for the handicapped and also he was yelling and very rude to me and you know I understand you're short of staff but you should really scream the people you hire obviously he's a grouchy old man

Visited the Walmart in Coeur d'Alene and was really impressed. They have a huge variety of products, more than I've seen in other stores, which makes finding what you need easy. Also, the gas station is well-managed with quick service, which is a big plus. Overall, a great shopping experience with everything you might need in one place.

Staff are rude, no greeting, no thank you, they don't even try to count back change, but it actually goes higher!Management condones the behavior by not requiring more from employeesI was told " I'm sorry you feel that way."Totally discredited for expecting a little customer service!This store also has employees openly flaunting satanism.There is no place for that in the workplace!

This Walmart is large, clean, and organized. Unfortunately, the automotive area is fairly small and did not have a tire inflator I was looking for.

Purchased a box of oil from the in person cashier not self-checkout. They scanned my box and I paid in cash and received a receipt back. After walking 50 feet to the exit I was stopped at the door and asked to present the receipt that I was clearly holding in my hand in plain view to make sure I paid for my item... So now you think I am stealing and didn't pay for my item, unbelievable. You don't trust your customers and you don't trust your employees, you have like 3 camera angles on everyone at the store and can obviously see I paid for my item. If you think someone is stealing call the cops and stop harassing customers. If you think everyone isn't scanning all their items at the self checkout and stealing then close the self checkout and hire more in person cashiers. Stop being a cheap and lazy company and blaming everything on your customers.

Who ever manages this store should be fired. Shelves are empty and there are the same item in front of multiple shelf tags. The person doing the ordering does not order the items that need to be ordered, because they spread out the same item to fill the space. Thus the item that needs to be ordered is never ordered. Poor training of employees and poor management.

It was OK. Like everything these days, the prices there are skyrocketing, and their parking lot needs some major TLC to fill all the potentially tire popping pot holes from the winter weather.

My brother and I got him a vacuum for his new apartment and selected "mobile receipt". We got stopped and harassed at the door because we didn't have a paper reciept. Also walmart sucks

Went in to buy a phone in there electronics department on two separate occasions. Told the guy behind the counter I was looking for an iPhone, and instead of helping me out, he decided to try and talk me out of an iPhone for an android instead. Lol

Thank you so much to the Hayden Walmart bakery department for doing such an amazing job with my birthday cupcake cake.They went beyond what I had asked for. They came up with so much more details then I had thought about and for a great price! It was a very big hit with everyone. I had to take pictures of it so we could share with others that couldn't come over.
