Louise did not seem in hurry to get out of here as she normally does at groomer. Really nice nice people and they did a beautiful job on her. I don’t know what they use but she still looks this fluffy pretty 4 weeks later. She will be 12 this year and they have her looking half her age!

Nice little shop. Great groomer! Reasonable prices. The groomer is very patient with my dog and can get his face nicely cleaned up, even though he doesn't sit well for grooming. She always gives him the cutest bandanas!

Took my laberdoodle Ruby into Tiffany it was her first cut ever and she did an amazing job she came out looking cute and little bows made her into a country pup also she was never scared of Tiffany not once. I would recommend to anyone to bring there fur babies even if you gotta make a little trip and there store products are even better everything is priced very reasonably and makes me happy most things they carry are all natural

This pet shop is very good. My dog smells great after a groom. I also like getting every tenth bag of dog food for free. Very fiscally logical since I am poor. 10/10 would shop again

From the gal at the front desk to Hillary who grooms my dog...Pet Stop always goes above and beyond my expectations. I will not go anywhere else! I began with Pet Stop almost 2 years ago when I got a puppy, and they were located super close to my home. I have since moved over 20 minutes away and still make the trip to have Hillary clip my dogs nails and trim him up! Smoky has those tricky nails that are black and hard to see the quick, as well as, I am one of those over-nervous dog owners who does let Smoky out of my sight. Hillary is gentle and accommodates all of Smoky's needs - as well as my needs :) and gets the job done with much knowledge, experience, passion, and love for animals. Thank you Pet Stop for always being so wonderful to my dog :)

I keep forgetting to leave a review, but I just want to say we have used them now 2×1 when they came to our house and one at their building. Both times we have received wonderful service. They are quick to respond through phone or text they are always kind, we are glad we found them .

I have been looking all over town,to purchase dehydrated grasshoppers for my ducks and chickens but couldn't find any. I recently tried North Idaho Pet Stop and was very happy to find they had grasshoppers!! The staff Cassidy is friendly, helpful and even ordered extra grasshoppers so I could give my flocks high protein and keep them warm in this very cold weather. I highly recommend this store for great customer service and quality pet food!

In terms of cutting skill set...GREATLY lacking 😑. As far as clean & shiny, sure they are fine, nails etc.We have a German Shepherd & a Airedale. Our Airedale has been there 3/4 times and each time it was different and with NO variances in the cut. As airedale's have specific cuts. Again, the staff was nice enough, but with the prices that they are everywhere I would choose someplace that be able to execute the basic cuts. After all, it is a grooming business.

I highly recommend Petstop for dog grooming. We have been taking our Border Collie & Mini Schnauzer there every 2-3 months for a while now. They are incredibly helpful with our Mini’s haircut & great with our Collie!

My Kaia has hair like she fell out of a tornado. She turned out beautiful from her groom today and was happy. Some grooming places the dogs leave in fear. Great place!

My little eight month old Shih Tzu went here for the first time today. I was very impressed. The shop is clean. The owner is very nice. My little girl is difficult to groom and she still came out looking great. I love that her main concern is the safety and well-being of the dogs she grooms. I appreciate she is willing to work with my little Gracie a great experience overall!

We took our dog to be groomed here, when I picked her up there wasn't much of a difference.Her claws were still too long, she didn't smell any different, just a little damp.For the price I was expecting my dog to look at least a little different and smell better for sure.

We love coming here! Lyndsy is very helpful and informative. The store has a great selection of quality dog food and treats, and they now do nail trims! :D Lyndsy uses a dremel which is so much less stressful for my dogs than clippers. We'll be back for regular nail trims for sure!
