Some of our friends were coming into town and we wanted to do something as a fun family activity that everyone could enjoy on lake Coeur d’Alene. So we rented a pontoon boat with a towable raft! We were looking for the best place to rent a boat in Coeur d Alene and this was honestly better than ever! They gave us a brand new 15 passenger 25’ pontoon that sat the 8 of us very comfortably. We also towed a inner tube for the kids and had a blast. The kids were from ages 2 through 6 and I have to say the afternoon rental was perfect. Sarah was amazing to work with in setting up everything and answering all my questions for the rental and Todd showed us all we needed to know in operating the boat. One of the nicest parts was hooking up our own music via bluetooth to the boat to play our own music! We are already planning our next boat rental trip and I think we’re going to do the full day because time really goes by fast when you’re having fun!

We rented a 21 ft Chaparral Ski/Fish for the 3rd of July with a tube for our towable. 8 of us were very comfortable on deck. The pick up was very simple and everything was explained thoroughly to us (I had never driven boat before but my friend had.)The main unknown before all of this was what exactly would the boat look like. I mean it has a picture on the website and all but anyone familiar with any sort of rental place, its like rolling the dice. I am quite pleased to say our boat was in fantastic condition. No motor issues, the upholstery was great, there was even a shaded canopy (which was not in the picture and my wife was _extremely_ grateful for). The tube was also in fine working order.To sum up: this was a great experience from start to finish. Communication on pick up, use and drop off were well detailed. The staff was already waiting for us and ready to go. The boat itself was top notch. Our entire day was super fun, which Harrison Idaho Water Adventure isn't directly responsible for but they sure as heck set us up for success! We will certainty rent from them again in the coming summers! (We actually rented 2 wave runners later the same week, but that's another review).

The boat was at the dock early for pickup. Stephen was great and showed me around the boat.The boat was in perfect shape. Plenty of power to pull the tube and that Yamaha 150 had amazing fuel economy.Top notch rental as always! We own a vacation rental in Harrison and send all our guests to HIWA for their watercraft rentals.

3rd consecutive year renting a pontoon boat and jet skis. Customer service amazing. The boat and jet skis run perfect. The best thing about this company is level of customer service. I ran over a tow rope with the jet ski that immediate seized the engine. Notified them at 7:30pm. The next morning they had team members out to fix it and when they couldn’t do it at the dock, they had a new jet ski to our dock within a few hours. Truly amazing stuff. I would rent from no one else ever

Great experience renting from Harrison Idaho Water Adventures! Booked online and was promptly followed up with on the phone to confirm the booking. It was early season so things weren’t in full swing, but we were taking care of in a super smooth booking process. Easy to find dock and the pontoon boat was easily the best rental boat we’ve been on. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a great day on the lake!

We rented a boat for the day at Harrison for a trip up the St Joe River.The boat was waiting for us at the Dock at Harrison when we arrived full of full and nicely cleaned. It was a 21 ft. Chapparal with a Volvo dual prop. Not sure of the engine, the boat wasn't particularly fast, but adequate for a leisurely cruise on the river.The people were easy to deal with; circumstances forced us to reschedule our rental by a day from a weekday to the Saturday before Labor day, and there was no hassle.This is the first time I have rented a boat, and although its pricey, for a once our twice a year outing it beats the heck out of owning one. (I've owned two).

Our son and daughter-in-law rented a pontoon for our family for the afternoon. We had such a fabulous time. So much fun and laughter. What a wonderful way to spend excellent quality time together. Harrison Idaho Water Adventures was so easy to work with and made the experience run extremely smoothly. They offered dock delivery which was a HUGE selling point choosing them. We looked into another two companies and they weren't very accommodating logistically and Harrison was. They communicated very well and provided everything expected. I would highly recommend them for your CDA water adventure!

Great experience! We rented a pontoon for the day and everything went so well! The pontoon was in great condition and so easy to operate. The two people I talked to and worked with were so helpful. We later rented kayaks and had a great experience with those also. Will definitely contact them again the next we are in the area!

I just need to review this company because our personal boat got stranded on the lake with teens waiting for us at Harrison and I called every single place I could trying to get help even the sheriffs office. I got a hold of Todd, they were closed and he tried to call anyone near who could help. When that didn’t work Todd hopped in to his car to come rescue us from Post Falls!! We weren’t even in one of their rentals!! Great community and great people, this company deserves your patronage!!

Could not have been any more accommodating or punctual. A true pleasure to deal with. There was even a recall part that needed to be replaced during our rental. Rather than bother us they scheduled the part replacement for while we were at lunch at Black Rock Marina.All in all a totally seamless experience on a very clean, very nice pontoon boat that easily fit kids, grandkids and dogs.

Had a really good time with the family on the water with a rented ski boat and jet ski. And Tony really went out of his way to help us out and comp us back for some missed time and used gas that we had to use due to things not really going to plan on HIWA’s part. The boats could also use some more upkeep in terms of keeping them in tip top shape. But overall, a great service.

Wonderful experience! They brought the boat right to our dock, tied it up, and showed up an hour early. They were cheaper than any other spot in town and our boat was so much nicer than the other rental pontoon boats we saw from other companies. I am beyond satisfied and would rent from them again

I rented a single person kayak. They left it on the beach for me. I enjoyed several hours of kayaking then just left it on the beach for them to pick up. It was a very easy transaction! And I felt it was a very reasonable price as well. I highly recommend these folks!Lake Couer D'Alene is beautiful, peaceful, and I saw many birds and fish. Be warned the south end of the lake is pretty choked with Eurasian milfoil, which can make paddling slow. Otherwise a very pleasant day of paddling!

My family and I had an excellent experience with Harrison Boat rental. We rented a TriToon all day. The boat was clean and ready to go when we got there. The customer service was great. Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable about the boat. They were very friendly. I never drove a Tritoon before. After Todd was done showing me how to drive it. I felt very comfortable. We had 5 children and 4 adults. He made sure we were all fitted with the right size life jackets for everyone. We all had a blast!!! The price was right for my budget. We will definitely be back. Thank you Harrison Boat Rental for making our vacation better!!

Showed up for a half day rental on the Pontoon and it was a bit late because the previous renter caught the ski rope in the propeller. They turned it around as quick as possible with good communication from the main office and from the employees who were repairing and delivering the boat. A later than expected rental time was met with employees staying late so we could get our 4 hours of family time on their beautiful pontoon boat. Will definitely rent from again!

We couldn't have been happier with the quality of our pontoon boat. The service was wonderful too, as the Harrison staff both delivered and picked up the boat to/from our dock. We looked at all the boat rental places on the lake. Harrison's prices were among the lowest and the boat was brand new. Our rental was for 3 days and the boat performed perfectly throughout. Couldn't have been happier with the entire experience.

Love the location and availability of kayaks plus a fair price. It was easy to book a rental and sign the consent forms online in advance. They had the boat and life preservers ready for us and it was simple to launch and drop off right in the harbor in Harrison. The only issue was contacting them to find the actual location on the day of the rental - voicemail full and no one answered! They did call back quickly and provided detailed directions for locating their spot out on the dock.

Was a very nice pontoon boat advertised at $600 for the day, but ended up at over $700 for the rental. I’m not sure I’d call it a great bargain.The boat was returned pristine and I was charged a “pet cleaning fee”. The website says they will deliver anywhere on the lake and while it wasn’t a big deal, people should know that isn’t true.Overall they were very nice and fairly accommodating, just very expensive with added “fees”.

Solid boat, owners and they make it easy and enjoyable. One member in our party had ADA needs, the owners provided information and made it easy for all. Boat was nice. We needed instructions on pulling canopy back, but figured it out.
