Coming home from a family reunion and stopped for snacks in Mt. Home. My wife locked herself out of her rig and I called Gary and he was at our location in 25 minutes. Called Gary on a Sunday night after locking our keys in the car just as we set up our tent at a remote campground (we were far from home and in a pickle). Gary was responsive, reassuring and upfront about cost/details of his services.He showed up right on time as planned the next morning with a smile and got to work. We had a pretty complex issue but keys we’re rescued in good time with professionalism and kindness, and for a fantastic rate. Gary saved us with a motor home lock out on a very cold snowy Utah morning. Friendly, professional and very reasonable. Popped lock in like 3 minutes from pulling up. Wish we had called him first! Called Gary early one morning. Battery dead and couldn't unlock doors. I had changed door with key lock and didn't have key. He rushed straight to me and not only unlocked my door, but made me a key for the new lock. OH and helped me jump start my truck. Wish he would follow me on all my travels in case I needed him lol.

Well my car battery died and I needed to unlock my vw at 6 in the am so I can get to work. Gary came out right away and did everything he could to open up my car. We are so THANKFUL for Gary at the Lock Doc. We are from Meridian Idaho but having a family weekend at Three Island State Park. We locked our keys in the trunk. We called Gary and he was able to get to us in a short amount of time, took only a few mins and we had our keys back in our hands. Did I fail to mention this was after 10pm!!!? My insurance company wasnt going to be able to get anybody to us until the next day! He provided a detailed receipt so that we can submit it to our insurance and hopefully get some reimbursement. He came to help me a few weeks ago when I was locked out of my house. He was super quick and super nice! I’m a young girl and I felt super comfortable with him too. He told me about his daughters and his dog and he was really nice to be around. It was actually after hours and I was having the hardest time finding someone and he came out as soon as I called! His wife answered the phone and she was super friendly as well. I plan to go to him for a spare key for my car eventually too! Would recommend him any time!

Gary is Top Notch!!!!! Best service I've ever had.... He answered his phone on a saturday night at 2am and drove from Hammett to CJ Strike to help us unlock our truck.. Gave me a price up front and never deviated from that when he was done. Very professional, his truck was immaculate, and well organized.
