This Natural Grocers was small and had limited selection. To be honest it felt more like a GNC with more supplements than actual groceries, kind of a turn off for someone looking for food and not pills. I would rate this place a 3/5 but the employees there were kind and helpful.

Natural Grocers makes their staff watch a mandatory video that's bias towards eating murdered & exploited animals. It's bad enough I have to look at body parts and stolen milk, eggs & honey from these hard working creatures, but now your staff is going promote your excuses for selling it? Disgusting. Bye.

I absolutely love visiting Natural Grocers. It’s such a nice peaceful environment to shop in. The staff out on the floor are friendly and helpful. And they have great vitamin/supplement and beauty products sections. Only complaint is I wish they had more local options for meat and produce.

My husband and I closed this place down there are so many things to look at so many fun new things to try I went in to just look for one thing I ended up walking out and spending quite a load of money

They are a great alternative to mainstream markets, however I don't agree with their application/hiring policy. They do everything online, instead of actually talking to you, and I feel that isn't engaging with the community, or even getting to know who your employees are. Their turn over rate, would seem to support this theory.

Natural Grocers came in clutch with the Magnesium and selenium hookup! left mine at my father's house while visiting other dimensions. Walked into this joint and said "Sweet mother of me! This grocery store chain has the best supplement selection in all my time of walkin Earth!"10/10 would go back many times.Even if I ☠️ I'm coming back.That's how 🔥 their supplement selection is

Beautiful store, clean and they had samples of fresh fruit ready to taste as well as popcorn that the cashier told us about during check out.Wonderful selection of "everything".It was wonderful to see this health food store in such a small community but speaks volumes about the citizens in this town and how conscientious they are about providing healthy nourishing options.

This is a great little store with helpful staff and healthier choices compared to other grocery stores. The only thing I hope they'd do is start selling pre-made/ready-to-go food for customers who don't always have time to cook. We had to head to another store to get sushi and sandwiches.

Very clean store, friendly and helpful staff. You have to sign up online to get access to certain coupons, but the food is always great quality. They have a great variety of supplements, and herbal and chai tea. They also sell a brand of organic chips that I have a hard time finding at other stores. If you are going organic, this is your store.

Great new organic option for Wood River Valley residents. Lots and lots of choices for vitamins. Dry goods and bulk items have a pretty nice selection too. If you need meat or veggies/fruit definitely head to a different store. Overall, I am happy that we have NG here, I just wish it was more of a one stop shop.

Good addition to the valley. It's a great store, lots of organic solutions and lots, lots, lots of vitamins. Maybe to much , but these days we rely on vitamins more than ever. Perfect organic solutions for veggies and meats. Great spice selection and non meat products. Great smiling staff

Finally a store with only organic food. EVERYTHING tastes better than walmart for just a little extra, go try it! We're so used to this in Europe but first store like this we found on our 3000 miles trip through the States. Cashier was very good with kids and gave our year-and-half boy some nice stickers.

Friendly clean and so fitting in Hailey Idaho this one is a home run So helpful! We drove from Twin Falls to come here. We looked all over in Twin Falls for a specific Honest Tea flavor, Natural Grocers carried but no one else did. We called ahead and the nice people here put the tea in a temporary cooler for us so it would be cold when we got here! 😁 We drove up a couple days later for Daily Greens green juice and They carried it no one else in Twin Falls did.We had broken a lid on our glass water jug, and Natural Grocers went out of their way to help us get a new lid for our jug. We've been in a lot of Natural Grocers stores, and this is a high point among them all. We really enjoy Natural Grocers and shop here in other towns when we go by, but this one is a standout and is worth your time to come and visit.

This store is super nice. They have a large variety of healthy products. My family and I chose to purchase food from the store to eat for dinner instead of spending a fortune at a restaurant. They have a microwave, a nice eating area, and free coffee and tea. Very enjoyable! Friendly store associates, also.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The store was well stocked with a great variety of anything you may need. I found vitamins here that I could not find anywhere else. The store was easy to get in and out of and had easy access from the street with plentiful parking.

Whole foods wannabe without any soul. When I first came here, I was hoping that this place would be closer to Trader Joe's than to Whole Foods. I was wrong. At Trader Joe's, you have a wide variety of "natural" and organic foods at a low price, and a wide variety. Here, you have natural and soy free eggs, gluten free soda, and free range candy bars. The last one was a joke (I hope), but it really seems like a place for the ignorant. For people who don't realize that eggs do not contain soy or wheat, and that almost all known sodas do not contain gluten. Now they may mean that the chicken weren't fed soy, but it didn't say so on the packaging. Everything is set up very clean and lifeless that it made me feel like I was in a pharmacy more than a grocery store. The prices for everything was less than whole foods, more than Trader Joe's, but the one thing they did was buy stuff in bulk and separate it into smaller bags, seal them, and sell them for near normal prices. While it looked quite tacky, being able to buy REAL sea salt at $3 a pound was not bad.

They have a fantastic vitamin and homeopathic supply section. That said the prices can be horrendous and they enforce the liberal hatred of plastic bags, so -1 star for forcing your beliefs on me.

They have a great selection of natural medicinal products, decent produce. Very helpful staff, helped me find my Oregano oil.
