Cashier, Misty- was friendly and went above and beyond for me. She noticed I was limping and offered help to my car. I also thought a price was incorrect and she insisted she go check. The price had rung up correctly and she was still very polite about it. The butcher was very friendly as well. I live in Ketchum, but will continue coming here. Thank you.

Great food options -- soup/salad bar, deli sandwiches made to order, and fresh sushi. And of course a huge grocery store with a great beer and wine selection.

I absolutely love the wine selection in the Hailey market. The staff make the store great as well. The produce is always great at this location too. To use the bathroom, you have to get a key and go outdoors (which isn't great with young children), but the excellent produce and wide selection make it worth it.

I LOVE this store! FIVE star service, friendliness of staff, variety of grocery, deli, bakery items and produce. Great sales! This is like a Whole Foods store. And they have cute little carts for my grandchildren to push. We had so much fun in this store!!

If not for inflated prices, which force me to use the corporate store, I would prefer to patronize Atkinsons. I have no problem being elderly and poor,but feel disenfranchised at The Market. I'm certain the store would have increased volume if seniors(and there are many)were offered a discount...kind of a reward for surviving this far on the road (smile!) Peace.

Excellent grocery store in the heart of hailey.They have a very good pharmacy, a huge deli thats great for lunch, and every other food and basic item you could need.Prices are very fair for the area. And there is a huge selection of foods

My review is on the floral department. Customer service over the phone was difficult with the women who sounded like she had a Russian accent. When I asked what the total would be the answer I received was "I don't know, you have to take the total add 6 percent then add ten" . I have to admit I did find some humor in this. The gentlemen that delivered the flowers I'm told was very pleasant and polite and did in fact deliver what my Mom called "some of the most beautiful flowers she has ever received" . So overall the job was done but I'd suggest that the phone etiquette be improved.

It's close, I have an account, the people are nice, they are my neighbors, they have everything I need even though I can get it cheaper elsewhere I support them a lot. New in town competition from Natural Grocers has forced them to up their game. Competition is good.

Overpriced is saying it mildly. They have a good floral department but the staff there usually have angry faces on. The parking lot is a hassle to enter and exit. There is a fair selection of food choices. I avoid shopping here unless Albertsons doesn't have something. Even better I go to Winco in Twin and pay 40% less for the same amount of stuff

Shady Pharmacy, the pharmacist gave me HALF of what the Dr. prescribed me because she thought she knew better. Then continued to tell me to take my medicine differently than what the Dr. said and what it said on the bottle. I feel that’s illegal. That’s like a plumber telling a dentist what to do. What kinda outfit y’all running down there??

Atkinson's Market is a great option if you are looking for a mix of traditional and organic groceries. This store has a variety of food allergy friendly items... and lots of gluten, dairy, and soy free alternates. The price of the store is the reason why I rated it as four stars. If you are looking to save $$ on your shopping trip, look at the sales or head across town to Albertsons.

By far the best grocery store in the Valley with locations in Ketchum, Hailey and Bellevue. The store is locally owned and operated. Produce is always fresh and provided by local farmers if possible.

Too expensive. Sometimes they would have stuff that Albertsons didn't have so it was useful for that. And their salad bar is AMAZING. And their hot food is also. Way better than Albertsons.

I wasnt impressed to say the least with the deli food i purchased yesterday. I paid for chicken legs. Only to find when i returned home that they had very little meat and had been way overcooked.
