I had the best experience at this pharmacy, it was close to closing and i needed a script filled for my sick kid, and i have been turned away from other pharmacies this late, but the pharmacist jason and technician moses went above and beyond and filled the medication, moses made me feel welcomed and even cracked some jokes, and they even stayed late. i’m so appreciative of them.

When I read the reviews on the website, I thought it was going to be a disaster dealing with this pharmacy but oh man was I wrong! These reviews are completely false! When I misplaced my medication and needed an emergency refill, I went to the pharmacy counter and explained my situation the gal Aimee was very nice and understanding, She talked to the Pharmacy manager Jason and he personally called my doctor and got me a refill on my medication, the curly hair guy in the back filled my medication and even though they were short staffed I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! These guys work hard in the valley. Don't always believe what the reviews say until you have personally dealt with them yourself.

26 Hours AFTER the prescription was E-transferred there:The pharmacy technician was asked to "fax the doctors office again."The technician responded "we already faxed the doctor."The technician was asked further, "I have surgery on Thursday, can you fax the doctor's office again?"The technician repeated, "we already faxed the doctor."The technician was told, "it is close to closing time, can you fax the doctor's office a 2nd time."The technician said, "don't yell at me", then slammed the phone down and left it off the hook, exposing HIPAA information from other patients as names and medications of other individuals was audible while trying to figure out why the technician would be so unprofessional.Again, this occurred 26 hours after they electronically received the prescription from a surgeon's office.It would have been nice to have experienced the ability for them to check the status during the day today, but they seemed to have no interest in that kind of consideration at this time.It is unfortunate, since there was already a wasted visit there yesterday, which also felt like a frustration.

Usually packed and seems to be understaffed most of the time. You will have to wait for a bit just to talk to someone. I would say anytime after 2 p.m. there's a decent line. But they always get the meds and I recommend calling ahead to make sure they received the order from your doctor.

This pharmacy is beyond frustrating. They never have prescriptions ready so you wait in line for ages just for them to tell you that you’ll need to come back in a half hour and wait in line all over again to pick it up.

This is the first and last time I will use this pharmacy.Contracted the big C.I am 64, high blood pressure, diabetic and over weight. My son ran up to the pharmacy 2 hrs after I spoke with my doctor. Pharmacy did not like the way the doctor had filled out the prescription. They wanted more info on what meds I take, even though they are all in there computer system. They wanted to know when symptoms started and when the positive covid test was conducted. Information the pharmacist does not need except to 2nd guess the doctor. Worst, they wanted the information directly from my doctor and not his office staff or from me. All of which could have provided the information imedeletly. Doctor played phone tag with them between patients for 3 hours. So my son is waiting there for 5 hours and needed to get to work I talk to the self righteous pharmacist getting no where or any answer why she felt she was compent to second guess the doctor's diagnosis. This medication is only effective if taken with in 5 days so clock was ticking. When I told her that my son, who had been waiting 5 hrs would need to leave to go to work in 15 minutes and I would have to drive up to her pharmacy to get the prescription, she felt that that would be totally illresponable of me to risk passing covid to someone else. I guess I was supposed to stay home and die or wait another day to when the treatment would be less effective.I will be finding a new pharmacy and will not be using this one or Albertsons stores going forward.

The service is incredible at this pharmacy! I'm giving them a 5 star because the pharmacy manager Roy and his technician the kid with curly hair really helped me out of a pickle. Long story short, the ER sent my medications to the wrong pharmacy so even though it wasn't their fault they called the doctor and got it resolved quick and easy! Will definitely be back every time I need medications!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.never again. The staff are rude, and they act like you are wasting their time. They aren’t doing anybody any favors. It’s a service that is paid for. Totally pathetic. If I could give a zero I would. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else

The male technician is condescending, rude, smug and purposefully unhelpful. If you dislike customer service that much go get a job where you can not treat every single person with disdain.

My appointment got a Covid booster vaccination meant nothing. It was first come, first served. The male clerk who gave out the information and consent sheet was very unfriendly and I believe violated HIPPA rules in asking me to detail why I qualified as moderately or severely immune compromised even after stating that I could show written statement from my physician.I had filled out an online questionnaire when I made the appointment but nobody even asked to see it, even when I asked the technician whether she wanted it.I felt like I was at a public hospital.

The service and care of the staff is beyond horrible. They act as if they do you a favor whenever you need something, make you wait unnessecairly while they fill other prescriptions for some future pick up while you stand right there. I had a very bad experience before and have avoided that pharmacy for several years. Now I tried them again and the two times I was there they were just as inefficient, rude and insulting. I ended up walking away after they waisted my time for 45 minutes, made me miss an apointment and the comment from one of them was 'go ahead and leave , see if I care'.Considering that clients come there because they need medication and compassion, that uncaring staff needs to be replaced or trained in common courtesy asap. Other Pharmacist help you and care to solve problems - these people gleefully make it very difficult to get a simple prescription filled.

I am not very pleased with the service I received. Went to pick up my RX after an apt. and was told they didn't have anything on file for me. So I called back about 2 hrs later and was told my RX was ready. I went in and the lady that helped me asked for my DOB and First name and then proceeded to tell me they still didn't have anything for me. At this point I was very upset because I needed my medication. Long story short is that the lady was looking at the wrong patient account and should have verified my last name and therefore they most likely had my RX the first time I went in. Will not be going back there as I have heard this happening to many others as well.

My mom, Jane Dyndiuk, lives in Hailey and I believe this is her pharmacy. She is 70 and has lupus, and will not get vaccinated for COVID. She told me her pharmacist said not to get the COVID vaccine. I tried calling many times before writing this review, but if you won't pick up the phone, you're going to hear it here. HOW DARE YOU GO AGAINST ALL OTHER MEDICAL ADVICE AND TELL MY HIGH-RISK CATEGORY MOTHER NOT TO GET VACCINATED?? She will likely die of COVID when she does finally get it. And YOU will have contributed to it.

In the valley for the summer and needed my medications transfered because I was out and spoke with an asain looking pharmacist I think his name was Troy? They originally told me it would take a day or so to get my medications transfered but to my surprise it only took a few hours! Will definitely make this my pharmacy when I'm down here for the summer!

First of all, Albertsons (Savon) Pharmacy has the best hours. They are open longer than any other local pharmacy. They are also open Sundays. I have found the technicians and pharmacists to be fantastic. I think Ellen, Layne, and Joe are great! They know my family well and are always helpful.

I avoid using this pharmacy at ALL COSTS. But sometimes I have to based on a particular medications immediate availlabilty. They are impossible to reach on the phone, have little to no customer service, and no call back service. They take little to no responsibility for their ineffectiveness and I refuse to give them any credit for the attempt to serve the small community of Hailey. Go to Luke's Pharmacy or Atkinsons unless under the threat of death.

Hard to beat there price in the valley but not sure if it’s worth dealing with there unpleasant attitudes and lazy actions when it comes to contacting your doctor for refills I now know why most doctors refer Luke’s pharmacy
