Our experience with Superior Fence & Rail was just that -- Superior! Dave, AJ, Steve and Bear were all great to work with. They were here when they said they would be, had our fence done faster than we thought it would be, and they cleaned up the yard when they were done. Superior Fence & Rail had many material options to choose from and actually came on site to show me some of them a couple times. Dave worked with me to select the fence that would meet my requirements and budget. The Superior team that installed my fence and gates were professional and also patient. They took the time to walk the site and explain how the gates and fence would be installed and the requirements for latching, especially since I had double gates being installed. When one of the gates “settled” and started to rub, I called and they were back the next day to adjust it. When I have to replace another fence line, I will use them again. They came out last week and put in a brand new fence in the backyard and left well over 1000 pounds of pile dirt surround the property. I am legally blind as very difficult for me to get this fixed. They also broke three PVC sprinkler lines that I need to have someone come out and fix, they said I should’ve read the contract. Kind of difficult when you’re blind. Guess this is what you get when you trust the sales person that comes over to your house. Be wary of this company.

These guys build great fences. Our is strong, durable, and should last years. A few caveats: Take their intentional vagueness about repairing sprinkler lines to mean that they aren't going to do it. Our installers poured a concrete footer directly on a line and it failed. There's no way they could have done this without knowing they did it (see photos). Took me a full season to find the leak after dealing with a soaking wet yard. That's on me, but still. I called. They never called back. So I fixed it myself. We also have a few pickets that failed after one season. They were just knotty wood and shouldn't have been used. No call back on that, either. Otherwise, a really great looking and well-built fence. Just hope they don't hit your sprinkler lines.Follow up to owner response, which is below: Yes, I readily admit my own part in the delay of reporting these problems. Finding that leak didn't happen until we reactivated the sprinkler system this spring.That doesn't change that (1) The footer was poured directly on a line, which was damaged and began to leak and (2) I didn't get a call back. My call was on May 22 as you claim, and it's semantics, but that was seven business days ago, which seems like enough time to respond by phone and inform me of the issues you point out with Home Depot. This review wouldn't exist if I knew you were waiting for Home Depot to respond or that my message had even been received by someone with authority to act on the problem.I hope Home Depot paid you for my fence, because you should be paid for it. Dave came out twice, once after the concrete dude made some calculation errors and Dave figured out an acceptable resolution that didn’t cost extra! The installer “Bear” and his side kick were here on time and got a lot done on the first day. We just had a new Trex fence installed this week by Superior Fence and Rail and we could not be happier! The team was so professional and great to work with throughout the whole process, from estimate through to completion. The final results are amazing and beyond my already high expectations.The entire installation process, including the removal of our old fence was completed in only 3 days! They were careful about cleaning up and went above and beyond to rake our landscape beds where the dirt had been disrupted in the installation process.A special thanks to the team who made this process so enjoyable for us...Dave, Jarrett, Sage, Nate and Jon.
