I ordered the biscuits & gravy which were fluffy and flavorful. My eggs were a little underdone for my liking, but still very good. My husband had the special, the corned beef hash, which he very much enjoyed - he was so full he could barely finish it!We also brought a cinnamon roll home for our daughter to reheat (pictured).

We love the chicken, fried steak and the pancakes.The staff is very helpful. Down home country cooking. Every chance we get a hankering to eat something we stop here.I don’t know how or why but previously I had three stars. This is a five star location according to my tastebuds.

A great family run restaurant for breakfast. Food portions are good. The chicken fried steak is fantastic. The home made pies are out of this world. Great place to chat with the locals and meet new friends. Roger the owner is a great person and he puts on a car show every year. If you are in the area, you should definitely give the Greenleaf Café a try.Kid-friendliness: The staff are really good.

What a great local place! My wife and I took a drive out here after reading a recommendation on their breakfast. It is an easy and pleasant drive west of Caldwell to the hamlet of Greenleaf. The cafe is the ultimate in local! Everyone knows each other and we’re welcoming to us as ‘newbies’. The food was very good and the coffee excellent. Great place for a weekend breakfast.

My favorite breakfast place. Staff is so nice and food is great. I like being around people that support the Constitution of the United States of America, its veterans, first responders, farmers and has God and family in mind doing Business. Macaila(sorry for the spelling if incorrect) is a great owner of the business. I don't know all their names but treat me very well. Coffee is delicious and breakfast and lunch is great. Very nice customers. A place you feel welcomed in. I don't know all their names, but all of them are fantastic, Elise, Daniele, Diane, and the other waitresses, and cooks and dishwasher. No,really, everyone's really nice there. They make everyone feel like they are regulars and special. Great deals under 10 bucks. I usually get the Farmer's breakfast, bacon eggs, hashbrowns and toast. But they also have a really good chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken breakfast. Lunch has a really good Papa burger. I think that's the sandwich with burger, bacon, ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce and onions. Great clam chowder and chili. They have really good chili. And several delicious pies I like the Marion Berry pie, ala mode, and especially the coconut cream pie. But they have other pie choices as well. Maybe they will bring.in a New York style plain Cheesecake.

Awsome food and a great atmosphere! We were on vacation and ate there several times! Everyone loved their food! My recommendations for breakfast is the chicken fried steak and the ham steak! Both are amazing! And dont get me started on the pies! Yes! We took a slice home for all four of us! 4 different kinds and all were home made and amazing!!

Chicken fried steak and eggs were top shelf. Coffee was great and they kept it coming.Truly a great find. Very nice staff and comfy country atmosphere. I run coast to coast and border to border. I will make it a must stop when I get through here again.Parking: Semi parking on the north east side by high school field.

Great place for homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner is on on Saturdays.Well worth the drive from Boise just 30 minutes down the freeway.Today I had the Farmers breakfast with loaded hashbrowns smothered in gravy, a delicious sausage pady, two eggs over easy and sourdough toast.Outstanding

I am a huge fan of breakfast burritos and this place has them for under $6 and they are huge! Great service and food; you won't be disappointed stopping in to eat or ordering takeout.

This little diner is a fun community meeting spot. Lots of nostalgia. Folks from all over stop in from time to time and leave tokens like this hat from Santa Barbara. The food was a little over-cooked, but there's plenty of camaraderie, even with the staff, to make it worth a stop.

I finally found a remaining old school cafe while on a trip!Great food and they have PIE!The chicken fried steak was as good as the best I've ever had, the gravy too.The biscuits appeared to be bought which was a slight let down...The home fries were deep fried and we opened to add onions & peppers, they were still good, just not as good as some.Service was spectacular, did I mention they had pies? They looked great but we were stuffed after split one meal (adding 2 extra eggs).

The food was incredible, especially for a small Cafe, wow!! The owner is super friendly and very accommodating. We used the cafe to film at and he was so wonderful to us.
