I don't mind going to RB, I often try to get most of my business there if needed. Went in & bought my SP the other day. The lady in there with long hair and very thin was rude as heck. I held my tongue...not something I often do...maybe a bad day... I get it. BUT, I just dropped over $300 before I left. You probably ought to be a lil nicer. Just saying. I'll try again I'm sure, and I'm sure hoping she's having a better day.

The woman offered the most efficient assistance in completing my handgun purchase. She was very professional and took my wishlist for future firearms sales. She earned my future business. Their prices were slightly better than a big store in Lewiston. I love mom and pop shops.

Stopped on the way to the Idaho BDR for a couple of supplies. Store well stocked with backcountry items and also high quality gear for women which I find rare in most small towns. Owners were there and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Best shop for miles near Grangeville.

We purchased a Cordova 28-quart cooler on the first of July. Since we already own a Cordova we know the cooler is of great quailty. However the one we purchased did not hold ice and filled with dirt and grass due to the gapping on the lid. I believed this to be a simple manufacture defect and didn't expect to have any trouble with returning it. How wrong I was, after explaing in full detail the issue with the cooler, the girls behind the counter inspected the cooler and called the owner. I was then asked "are you local?" I was told that they would not return the money because the cooler had been used and there was some "dirt" and scuff marks on it. They would only exchange it for another one. This was an acceptable solution, however they did not have another cooler nor did they know when they would. They wanted me to leave the cooler and my receipt with them, stating I could trust them. Maybe it's because they now know I'm local! I've contacted the manufacturer of the cooler and they are amazing! I like to shop locally but experiences like this are why the online and big box stores are taking over. Very disappointing.

Very nice people. A fake company on Amazon's Marketplace was using their name and phone number. My husband called their store to see when our rifle scope would get shipped and later I called them since that's the number Amazon provided me with. Both times they were very nice on the phone and explained that they didn't sell sporting goods on Amazon.I wish we lived closer instead of across the country! We would definitely shop there.

The guy behind the counter, the one I understand to be the new owner was very rude. They have definitely lost my business. In regards to ammo, he knew nothing that he was talking about and just blew smoke the whole time I was there. He did the same thing to my parents who went in there the other day, as well as my fiance her first time in there. I dont reccomend anyone do business with them.

I really like the new owners. I finished a run and stepped inside to go bargain shopping, my hands were really cold, and I got a free cup of coffee. The new owners are very nice people. I would definitly recommend. better than going out of town to get tags or liscenses too.

Stood at the counter waiting to check out while the owner looked at us and continued to stock a shelf. He did not want to help us and it was apparent. When the woman notcied us waiting she asked him to help us. He was reluctant but did ring us up. We asked how the fishing has been and he says depends who is fishing. Been good. That's it. Felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Went in there to pick some stuff before my daughter and I meet up with some family to have a day in the woods and have some family time away from the chaos of the world when Covid first hit and the guy behind the counter was super weird about my “out of state ID” which I couldn’t replace since Covid shut everything down at that time. started asking where I was from and if I live in town and going off about weird things and that he is a cop. Seemed super inappropriate to ask a first time customer about their personal business, address and where I live and that I need to change my ID which at the time Was clearly out of question. They did have good prices and good selection of ammo. Maybe he was stressed or having a bad day. Would be giving them 4-5 stars for a small town business that nice and just supporting our community’s business hope it has moved passed that now. Havint been in since

Went there to get a cat tagged, they stayed open late for us so we would not have to wait in the cold. Gave us coffee and talked hunting while we waited for the game warden to show. Store has everything you could want for fishing and hunting. Under Armour clothing and shoes and lots of ammo. Highly recommend.

New owners have come a long way in turning Ray Brothers around! They are headed in the right direction, lowering prices and high quality products! It is obvious they are going to continue to improve this great local resource for hunting, camping and fishing! No more driving to Lewiston to save a couple bucks, I’m going to save money here!

My wife and I stopped in at Rae Bros. today. As a 30 year fire fighter and a Vietnam veteran, I learned many years ago to “do the right thing every time”. So, to protect those around us, we wore face coverings. The owner was at the counter talking to a Idaho County Sheriffs deputy. They made joking comments about the wearing of masks. Let’s just say I will never shop there again. I encourage anyone who cares about their fellow citizen to steer clear of this place.

I was rather impressed with the selection and knowledge of the people who work/ own the shop. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. Better than some of the shops in Boise and the surrounding metro cities.
