The best gas station where you cant ever get gas! If the pumps are working, then their machines wont read the cards. Then you have to walk in and deal with that nonsense. Look hard for red plastic sacks over the pump handles or else youll be doing laps looking for one that works.

Customer service is very poor, trying to get assistance in the hot case is impossible. Waited 8people in line for one more of the four employees wandering around to get to a register. Then I asked whether food was done and was told I would have to wait until all the customers were gone to check Temps. The other cashier jumps off, the guy I spoke to is solo on the register, meanwhile we are waiting to see if I can get my daughter some food. Gave up and left. Not one of the three other employees could tend to the hot items. This is routine here, routine and it stinks.

Prices are okay but I give a one star purely due to the fact that the employee Kevin does not card people and has been knowingly selling tobacco and alcohol to minors. I have had too many friends complain that their child has been knowingly sold beer by this employee. He is going to get this business in trouble. Other than the illegal sales pf beer and tobacco this really is a great place to get gas and a quick snack.

Trucker's Oasis! Traveling through as well? Great spot to stop off or for the night. I had a very good experience here during my mandatory DOT break. The Town of Grangeville is very open and friendly. Much is within walking distance, the local merchants are welcoming... hotels, restaurants, grocery and a couple of interesting places to see as well! The staff of Zip Trip are down home locals that'll treat you right. Fuel up here and a shower is no charge.EFS and Comdata accepted ~ Roady's Network. Full trucker's/traveller's essential convenience items such as vehicle fluids, lubrication, load straps/bars, power cords, accessories, electronics and such. GREAT coffee and refills are $1! Taco John's a+! Excellent WiFi! Wearing a Mask is at your own common sense discretion. Thanks to the staff here from a hard working wayfarer trucker! ***At time of this post they did not carry snow chains** I suggested that they should.

Very nice C-store, well stocked and organized, and they make fresh food. Some truck parking. And the absolute cleanest shower on the road! Shower 7$, Coffee Refills 1$.

Tried the new taco bar and had the greatest customer service experience, although I was saddened by how little food I got for the price.My friend on the other hand, was not taken care of well. A separate employee forgot several ingredients on her tacos, and did not provide satisfactory service.I was told by an employee no one had received proper training, and it showed.So much potential, but the food wasn't great for the price and the employees need to be instructed. I feel like if the taco bar had more food options, better pricing, and the employees were properly trained, it could be a fun spot to eat regularly.

We tried to get a fajita burrito and nachos at the Mexican grill. It was 6pm and they were not making any fresh product to reduce waste. They didnt have any rice or peppers and onions, or queso ready. My fajita burrito turned into a bean and meat burrito. While I can understand not wanting to waste food, not having ingredients ready to serve your customers is not a good business practice. I will not be going back.

False advertising. Their sign says $3 their pump says $4. Pumps computers are screwed up and don’t take credit cards. I wouldn’t have minded if the price displayed was the price charged, but the way they have it is blatantly misleading.

Great store just the staff that works during the day needs to learn some customer service skills or just people skills in general. Came through on a Friday and they were complaining about something to do with the store very loudly and continued while me and my girlfriend were at the counter to pay for our stuff. Then this most recent time they just act like you are an inconvenience to them. For example when entering card to pay the gentleman just walked away without saying anything and continued to talk to other employee. It's just sad because it is such a nice gas station with pour customer service. I can only speak about the two employees that worked days on this past weekend. I've never been here at night but I'd certainly hope they care more.

The chicken is definitely crispy & crunchy. Best ever ! Very clean store and restrooms. Friendly staff and in Grangeville the people are polite and welcoming.

Julie at the counter has a horrible attitude, rude and unfriendly! We were super polite and all we got was attitude as soon as we asked to take showers. If your wanting a shower here. Good luck. They will sell you a shower and complain about cleaning them before you can take your shower and give you dirty looks and complain the entire time! Will not be back and won’t let out hunting party fuel or get suppliers there. Stay away! Horrible service....

Even though there's limited truck parking, the truck stop is fairly clean, organized, and the employees are friendly. Also, it's pretty quite, which is always nice.
