Nice little store but they don't seem to keep their milk refrigerated properly. Over the past year I have returned milk at last ten times due to it being sour before its sell by date.

Feel grateful you are getting 2 points. Cloningers scores low on everything except, being well stocked, and having wide aisles. The employees are rude, behave like they hate being there. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting all the time.

Everything is over priced & rediculous! Can get over how we are being price gouged. Their original price is 4 times less then the price tag they put on the items. Cloninger has a new house built next to Three Rivers thats their 4th or 5th new house! $12 bucks for a single Rib eye steak and ground beef is outrageous per pound the price of beef at the auctions are at a all time low so u do the math. They dont have to charge us so much for bread, pop or meat but they do. They get richer and their bills get paid we get poorer and we have a choice pay a bill or eat (cheap food) Sad really & they dont care but I guess they dont have to right? Just sayin"....

Yesterday we sadly had a funeral for my cousin Wayne James. While in your store one cashier asked if we were ready. I said not yet and asked where we could find cold water bottles. She directed us but nothing was found. Cases of water but nothing cold. Then I went up with two papers because we wanted my cousin obituary. Cashier, older lady with grey hair ,kind of long, says you got two. I said yes , we are from Spokane in town for my cousins funeral. Very loudly she says “ how would I know your from Spokane? “ Im said sorry what and she repeats it. I said “never mind, I was just trying to have a conversation.” She says, again , very loudly, “well I was confused. Didnt know people from Spokane got special privileges. “. Never been treated so rudely here. And our family has been here way before I was born. Grangeville is special to us. She never said anything after I gave her the money so I just walked away. And the she yells, “ Have a nice day” and laughs. You may be small town but come on. We are still customers who deserve good customer service. Thank you for you time.

At checkout I requested 20$ cash back, the cashier only handed me receipt before moving on to the next customer. I told them I had asked for 20$ cash back and showed them my receipt, they handed me a single dollar bill. I then told them again and showed my receipt again, then finally got the 20$. Looking at my receipt after I had gotten home, they had charged me for 3 bags of dried apricots when I only bought 2 bags. Shady.

Jesus Christ, never go to this store. They have the rudest employees you'll ever meet. I've walked by 10 employees and had none of them even acknowledge me.We just went there since it's close by and got cash back, didn't receive the cash, and got attitude from the useless manager who didn't understand why we were angry.We will supposedly hear from them when they count drawers. I needed that money but they could literally not care less.I never thought I'd wish Askers was still around.

Glad they are getting some other people in there that actually smile and are pleasant. Last couple times in there, we were the ones initiating the hello and good mornings. Getting much better ! Keep it up. Nice place to shop other than that!

The assistant manager, Maree, was incredibly rude, and of course I can't prove it, but I work in a drug rehab facility and she looked and acted like she was high as a kite. Very scarry to see an assistant manager act like that. I will never go back.

Good selection and good service. There is self-service, which is unnecessary in a town this small. Focus on employing people, not machines. Prices are high, but acceptable because of where you are.

As a public service I am providing a fair review of local companies as they have no accountability. All in all the prices are good and the older staff is very helpful. I dropped a star because the young staff has a tendency to veer from customer service.

Horrible service.Lack or cashiers.Managers needs to go to school.Attitudes make me feel like I am unwelcome.Wish Askers was still around!Will never do business there again, after so many excuses and horrible attitudes. I'll spend my money else where. Prices drop 2 cents a unit and they're service dropped 200%

Tried to extort $300 from me after they made a mistake and charged me and someone else for my groceries. They would not accept evidence that they already charged me and I haven't set foot in that store in 3 years.

Nice selection of produce and even lots of gluten-free items like pastas and specialty baking g flours! Friendly cashiers and the store is clean. Great place to shop!

Sure is going down hill, The employees are so rude there anymore. Went to self checkout a product was not the right price asked the lady there about the price, she acted like I was interrupting her by asking about the price. Rude employees.

Be aware that they don't wear masks right now though. But they have a lot of protection they have syncs with water and towels outside and wipes when you're in the store. And they have the best donuts

Shawna in the meat department is a sweetheart very friendly and always says hello. Betty the head Checker is wonderful. Your store needs to work on employees smiling and greeting the customers. I don't feel that I should have to speak first and say hello when I meet them on the aisle they should be saying hello to me first.

Last visit we waited in line for 16 min. One checker. While three other employees stood watching face fronting and stocking shelves. Poor service. Fruit wasn't all that fresh. Not a good selection of meat for being the only store of its kind in Grangeville!

Cloningers is the better of the two grocery stores in town, but I wish we had more of an option in Grangeville. Kinda feels like a Monopoly is starting to happen. Prices are starting on an uphill rise slowly.Cloningers DONT THINK WE DONT NOTICE WHAT YOUR DOING.YOUR NOT SLY.
