This location is far better than the ones I've been to when I lived in Pocatello. This store is really clean, employees are very friendly and helpful, the produce here is very good, and there are good selections of products throughout the entire store. Parking is not a problem, the entrances to the lot are kinda narrow though.

There are some really good sales and I like shopping a smaller grocery store , the only thing that irritates me is they are really pushing the self checkout . I have a Ridleys advantage card but so many items want you to download their App to get the sale price , I already have to much junk on my phone . Other than those issues , I do like shopping there .

It's too big to be a mom & Pop store, but it's too small to get any kind of deals from merchandisers.It's a substandard grocery store that looks like they last remodeled in the early 1980's, and the last time they cleaned it was not too long after that.And the pharmacy uses the lowest price generics they can find, then refuses to let you use any kind of discount card that might save you a few bucks.Drive to an Albertsons/Savon pharmacy, you'll get a better quality product with better quality employees. In a cleaner store.

Very disappointing. Seems to be a new manager! Closing down the registers, leaving a note for us to use our phone. Are we supposed to know what that means.?? They want us to check ourselves out.! Well myself will be shopping somewhere else.

one of the cashiers are honestly really rude I’ve seen someone already had a complaint about getting cash back. I got told that, that money was hers, why do you guys still have the option of getting cash back than each time I go now that lady is rude and makes me not wanna go back.

They don't carely all the products that are on thier sale ad or reward bonuses on products for being a faithful customer. I've been told many times, "oh we don't carry that product" and staff do not know if other Ridleys on the area carry the product.

Checkers aren't friendly. I was chastised by one because I wanted cash back. Was told I should go to an ATM. I said but you offer the service. I've started shopping at M& W.

Kara and Bob run a friendly store. Allen keeps the Dairy island in fresh order. He is great! Amber keeps the Deli in good shape and the food is delicious. I love the checkers they are so friendly . The Pharmacy is ok from what I can tell. I am not real familiar with this Pharmacy because they don’t bubble pack medicine. However, everyone at Ridley are very friendly.

Great customer service. But they have a card scam. You get one and cannot register it. You can call several numbers, but none are helpful. Managers are unavailable if you ask to speak to one. If you ask a cashier to scan a card for you, they are terrified because they have been threatened with termination if they help you. I do not reccomend. There's a good place down the road. Go there.

If you live in the Shoshone or richfield area I'd recommend here for sure. Prices are worth the drive and there is way more of a variety of products. Can't forget they have a deli also and the drinks are way better priced.

I went to the pharmacy inside Ridley's for the first time today. Both of the people working there were very friendly and helpful. I thought the price for my prescription was fair as well.

Pharmacy has excellent service, and the grocery section is great too. Selection is good for a town of this size. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Give em a try! You won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed with this store.Rude staff that are always impatient and sassy, even tell you to bag your own items.On a few handful of occassions staff have overrung items and overcharged me leading to me having to go back and have them deal with the issue.Ive had random unexplained charges come up from ridleys and recieved no help in getting them fixed and have had to file through my bank to fix it.And lastly, lately they have been selling expired items and not on a random and or occasional basis- ive come home with expired items and or go to try and buy something and much of it is expired and at least a week after expiration.Will no longer shop here and will go elsewhere, to many flaws to even want to continue to give it a shot. Walmart and or M&W will have to do better quality and service anyways.Ridleys is supposed to be a good place. Still a garbage place to shop

Barely deserves 2 stars. Overall look of store looks like a run down disorganized second hand grocery store. Isles are small and over crowded. Have to scan a member card to get discounts. Produce/bakery selection is good if you like brown bananas, moldy bread and stale baked goods. Only good thing going for it besides the drive out the parking lot is the pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street a mile to M&W. You’ll be glad you did.

Good selection. Good prices mostly. Great meat department. Great deli. Not the greatest produce. Customer service used to be terrible, has improved a bit, the lines have gotten a bit shorter. I do shop here often.

Be careful who you go and so not go to Debbie Jeffrey. Sent ex husband to store, gave him plenty of money to buy everything. She would not count change that I had given him causing the person behind to let us barrow money enough to finish paying for items. This is not the first time I have gone to her because she is the only checker there. My advice to you is avoid her if at all possible, she is the most unfriend, lazy, complaining checker I have seen there

Being I just moved here to Gooding from Texas I'm enjoying the small town feel and love going to Ridley's I don't have to deal with crowds and a lot of people which help a lot since I can get bad anxiety from shopping when there's big groups and crowds. Also I find everything fairly easily at Ridley's which makes for my shopping trip to be in and out!

I rate my visit at this 3 stars because during checkout I got to hear cashier #314 tell me how she was having a bad day at work. She shouldn't even be there. It was her day off, but she answered the damn phone.

Quality of produce is inconsistent. Avocados are bad 50% of the time. Cauliflower has black spots on it most of the time. Have purchased lettuce with rot inside.To say that they have good produce is not accurate.I don't believe that the Ridley's care about the individual customer. Only their bottom line. As long as they are making money, why should they care about the quality of food that I buy.
