Dont trust the prices.I also work retail and i am well aware that prices are changing at a very rapid pace but the reply from the cashier when every item i was buying rang up at $3 more than the shelf price was "yeah that doesn't suprise me" oh well its a great suprise to me thanks but no thanks.The last time i was there every item except a few were also marked wrong but the cashier made it right.I completely understand the ever changing prices at the moment and I know how hard it is to keep up with back tags so i am gonna make this a 3 star instead of 2! Hopefully back tags can be updated.

Will not return. Ever. The lady working today refused to help us. Despite asking her if she would. She said no and walked away. Came back a few minutes later with a broom to sweep a bit of dried mud that came off my husband's boots. She made a comment about putting it in her garden. Then when the cashier couldn’t figure out how to take cash after hitting the card button, he called her up to front twice but she wouldn't come. I wasn't angry or rude, but i am now! This isn't the first time she has been short or unhelpful. But it will be the last. She should not be in customer service, and i hope the owner takes note of this.

This is one of the worst hardware stores I’ve ever seen. Sure, they have a great selection when it’s in stock. Sure, lots of hardware but it’s disorganized and in the wrong bins. Really hope you don’t need help with anything because the people who work there don’t know the difference between a shovel and an ice cream truck. Why work at a hardware store if you don’t know anything about hardware except that it’s probably in isle 2? Ends up it’s on the other side of the store. Save yourself some anger or frustration and just go to ANY other store. Trust me, it will be better. Sad thing is the employees don’t even care that they are clueless.
