Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the store. The organization is awful As well Nothing is in their intended selection spot Or where they are priced. Everything is incorrectly priced and Always Rings up Different than what you expected to pay and when you bring it to the employees attention they get an attitude and get really rude with you over it. Most of the younger employees are very unprofessional talking poorly about customers, and carrying on a conversation with each other that should not be happening while ringing out getting upset when the customer talks and interupts their conversation. Talking poorly about management, how awful their job is etc. The attitude from both staff I recieved was awful, I get its crazy busy times but COME ON your a retail worker during the holiday do your job and do it professionally or find a different career path. The way people are treated and talked about in this store is horrible and needs fixed ASAP before you communally loose good busniess. Not satisfied at ALL

Recently renovated and apparently they cleaned house with the employees. My wife and I went last night to pick up a couple items and we were amazed and impressed with the new look and new employees who were friendly and helpful. Unlike before the renovation, employees treated you like you were an imposition.Very well done Family Dollar, you'll be seeing us more now for sure.

This store is lacking in the cleanliness department, and the shelves are somewhat disorganized. I can find good buys here, but the staff is unprofessional as well. They yell across the store to one another, and often are on their phones while checking out customers. You can also hear their loud conversations complaining to one another of the management.

This place is a trash heap. Ever since they remodeled there have been full carts left in the aisles from stocking. You can't get through them with your own cart even. There's stuff all over the ground and the displays are a disaster. All of the fire exits are usually blocked too, so I don't even feel safe being in there.

The store looked like a hurricane had torn through it. When purchasing an item the price came up wrong. I guess the merchandise was stocked under the wrong tag? We asked if we could swap for a different product since the price did not reflect the tag. The lady was incredibly cold and super rude about having to void off one item. So sorry for the inconvenience. I guess it is too much to ask them to do their job.

A person can find products they are looking for, cheaper at Family Dollar, than in their favorite neighborhood grocery store. However, check the prices because sometimes the items are just as high in the grocery store. And sometimes a person may look around and find the item they are looking for on sale in their favorite neighborhood grocery store which can be of lower price. Either way, it can be a win, win experience, for the shopper looking to save money.

Excellent and very nice staff , clean store and all around great place only problem stopping a 5 star is the amount of empty shelving space could be a little better stocked on some products , although it's not a major issue they do have a wide range of products at descent prices and as I said before the staff is and was amazing, very helpful and nice

The new store manager, Sandy Reed, was promised that store manager spot if she stayed as temporary store manager in the Bellevue store. Karen, the store manager at Bellevue, was pushed out and Sandy backstabbed her when they were both supposed to put their two weeks in and instead turned around and grabbed Karen's store manager spot from her.She did nothing but MESS up of the Bellevue storein so many ways, one was having me fired a(out of retaliation, btw) and other horrible things she did to that store....Her and Tonya the DM finally gave Sandy the Gooding store manager spot JUST to blindside the current SM who asalready there and fire her out of the blue a couple weeks before Christmas

I used to go in there a lot to buy stuff like paper products paper towels toilet paper Kleenex and writing paper Staples paper clips you know that kind of stuff and my cleaning supplies I used to buy my cat food in their bag and cans I spend a lot of money on cat food every month Friskies shreds with gravy in a can used to have three or four flavors since only had one flavor and it didn't look too good so I started by my cat supplies elsewhere are cleaning supplies stuff like that has just got too expensive not as well do it when I'm doing my grocery shopping elsewhere I pretty much stopped buying any kind of food products cuz for instance Vienna sausages are already turning green I guess they just don't have much of a choice of anything in there anymore the store has just got kind of scroungy in there they got stuff just sitting in the aisles clothes racks in the aisles a huge pile of shoes on the floor scattered everywhere for people's been going through them it's just a mess in there anymore and most everything I go in there for they don't have anymore there wasn't a day hardly that I didn't go in there and do some kind of shopping I hate giving a bad review but this has been going on for some time now they really need some serious Management in there I really wish they would clean that place up and starts stocking the shelves with stuff that people really need and can use I went in there needing just one of those little blue tarps to cover my air conditioner nope spray paint color and clear stain for wood nope no kind of tools whatsoever you get the point and I have had other people besides myself think the prices on what they do have is getting too high and this is not just my opinion a lot of people around town feel the same way I really hate leaving a bad review but maybe something will get done down there so I,we don't have to leave town and spend are money elsewhere that used to be my go-to store LOL

The website says open until 10 pm but the employees said they close at 7pm now. Very frustrating to drive over and waste gas because the store is closed already!

I personally dont likr going in there the displays are messy and the floor is always filthy the people there are life less and not nice at all will not shop there again.
