I’d give zero stars if possible. Mike their animal control officer is unprofessional and a straight up liar. If he doesn’t like you he will tell all of his friends to spread lies on Facebook about you. He literally is making up stories and putting them on Facebook. I can’t believe this man even works for the law. Anyways stay away unless you want them to harass you along with their friends.

Shelter closes down at times due to family issues. It's mostly being run by one person.There are vast improvements from a year ago, but I wouldn't call it "perfect." Still they try their best to get homes for the animals before sending them away. Mike (The current City Dog Catcher) Tries hard to get these dogs home before he does anything else with them. They now have a facebook page and are willing to help you look for your pet. (Especially if they just got loose)

I truthfully hope you guys go out of business no dog pound has the right to say that if you don't get the dog spade or fixed they have to take it back and you have a horrible customer service I have ever seen we had to fight just to have a dog and you guys were so rude and tradable would never get animal from here nor would I ever want a job there we got a dog there and she's always scared I feel bad for those dogs in there because I do not know what you guys are doing to them to make them act like that..
